Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Michigan. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we find there are some quieter conditions. As to say a great deal of improvement - only that of the quieting, as we find.

2. But we do not find that there would be a great deal of change from those things that have been indicated, even as yet, for the greater improvement.

3. Of course, there is the necessity for the use of that which is easily assimilated and those things that have been indicated, and the keeping up of the manipulative forces - these as we find to make the body the more comfortable - these are the better conditions for the body.

4. Ready for questions.

5. (Q) What causes the weakness? (A) Poor assimilation and bad elimination. Hence as indicated the necessity for those things that are strengthening yet easily assimilated. More of those that are not what would be called heavy foods but such as broths, beef juices, malted milks with egg in same, and a little stimulation with same - all of these that would make for strengthening forces are the better.

6. (Q) No appetite? (A) Lack of eliminations, to be sure, causes that; and the lack, of course, of the ability for exercise. Then, rather than a whole lot given at once, there has to be given a little in quantity often - and insistent. These will make for the more strengthening and the tendency for a better assimilation and a better appetite; that is, just sips every little while - no matter what is given - these are preferable to quantities at once.

7. (Q) Irregularity of bowels? (A) This, of course, is naturally the inclination from these slownesses and the enemas and the manipulative forces are to assist in those directions.

8. (Q) Sleeplessness? (A) As we find this arises from poisons and irritations

that arise from the general nervous disturbance produced by the pressures upon the bodily forces themselves. The Radio-Active Appliance, as we find, would be most helpful in this direction - if kept consistently in proper relationships to the activities of the body.

9. (Q) Wheeziness in chest? (A) Pressures from accumulations of the lymph circulation. Hence the necessity of setting up drainages by the manipulations that are given.

10. (Q) Should osteopathic treatments be continued as often as last advised? (A) These we would keep up.

11. (Q) Any change in treatment? (A) Only set up more of the drainages to the whole of the eliminating system, as well as stimulating the activity of the eliminating organs.

12. (Q) Any specific diet? (A) As has been indicated, those things that are easily assimilated. Liquids and semi-liquids more than the heavy foods. This is much preferable, and these given easily; that is, small quantities and often are much more preferable.

13. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) These as we find offer the greater help and the greater aid for the body in the present.
