Time of Reading 3:15 to 3:20 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1368].

2. Now as we find, while there is not a great deal of change in the general physical forces, if there will not be the care as first indicated, these suggestions we would follow:

3. We would have corrections made in the areas where there is tautness between the shoulders and in the area between the lumbar axis and solar plexus axis. Such treatments we would have made about twice a week for about four weeks, then rest from same about two weeks, and then corrections again for about two weeks more.

4. Also we would use the low electrical vibrations through the Wet Cell Appliance, in the same manner as the Radio-Active Appliance is used, to re-ionize or revitalize the circulatory forces and make rest for the body. Make the two plates both small ones, and not a larger one, you see. The attachments would be made to opposite poles or opposite sides of the body; that is, right wrist and left ankle, left wrist and right ankle.

5. Take precautions as to the diet. Have a well balanced diet with a tendency towards a laxative diet; that is, fruits and vegetables. Not much meats. Sufficient bread to keep the strength in the place of meats.

6. Keep in the open.

7. Thus we may prevent the accumulations and so revitalize the system as to overcome those tendencies for the lymph to produce those segregations that make for pressures in and through the abdominal areas and through the areas of the pelvic system.

8. Do these.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) Should she continue to take sleeping powders? (A) It will not be necessary if she will use the low electrical vibrations of the Wet Cell Appliance at the time when she desires to got to sleep. Keep the Appliance attached for thirty minutes, then take off - and if the body

becomes restless during the night or early morning, put it on again.

11. (Q) In view of her lack of willingness to go to the hospital, should further steps be taken to try and persuade her at this time to go? (A) These would make for more aggravating conditions and more fear. Persuade her to try the suggestions made here, or it will be necessary to resort to going to the hospital.

12. We are through with this body. Copy to Mr. [261] " " Ass'n file
