Time of Reading 4:20 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Pennsylvania. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1370], ..., Penna.

2. Now, as we find, while the disturbing conditions are - or have been - somewhat acute, these arise from basic conditions that are not indicated so much in the effect being produced.

3. These as we find (the disturbances) arise from an improper activity of the gall duct area, and an effect of the spleen's activity; or a glandular combination with poor eliminations.

4. Hence acute conditions that arise from same in extremities, in the muscular forces, in the digestive system, in the types of disturbances for the head, the eyes, and the sensory organism.

5. Then these are conditions as we find them with this body, [1370] we are speaking of:

6. THE BLOOD SUPPLY, from this we find toxic forces indicated in the system, owing to the poor eliminations and the poor activity of the secretions in the liver area as combined with the glandular force of same to act upon the rest of the system.

7. These produce then in the lymph and the muscular activity the disturbing forces.

8. IN THE NERVE FORCES, here we find, in the nerve activity, the effects of deeper-seated conditions and the stress is put upon the nervous system by the pressures in the ganglia along the cerebrospinal system.

9. Hence the activity in same will be not only a part of the application for helpfulness, but to enable the equalization by the stimulation of a better coordination in the cerebrospinal and sympathetic nerve system as related to the internal circulation and more of the superficial or the lymph circulation in the forces of the body itself.

10. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, these we

find involved as has been indicated.

11. Hence they must be taken into consideration in making applications for a helpful condition for this body.

12. First then, as we find, we would begin with the deep osteopathic manipulations, with particular attention to the stimulating of the secretions from the activities of the liver and the gall duct, the gall bladder.

13. To be sure, increase the eliminations by not so much cathartics as by enemas, that the poisons - that are a part of the toxic forces - may be eliminated from the system. These may be, while under the supervision of the one making the applications, as we find given rather frequent until two or three are given - or until the colon has been entirely cleared.

14. The manipulations and the adjustments in the beginning should be about three times each week, until ten or twelve are given. We will find improvements by the sixth or seventh treatment, to a great extent, but these should be continued until at least two series of thirteen treatments are given - with a period of a week to ten days between the two periods of treatments, see?

15. In the matter of the diet, while we find there might be suggestions from here, it is better that these be given from the one making the adjustments and manipulations - in accordance with just how the digestive forces react to the activities of same, rather than those that would be given from here in the present. But beware of sweets and too much starches, or no great quantity of fats.

16. We find also that the low electrical vibrations from the Wet Cell Appliance will be most helpful in stimulating the activity of the glandular system; if the Chloride of Gold would be carried in same - the proportions of three grains to one ounce of the distilled water. The attachments would be made in this manner:

17. The smaller plate would be attached first, to the 9th dorsal; while the larger plate - through which the Gold Solution passes - would be attached last, over the lacteal duct and umbilicus center.

18. Attach the Appliance for thirty minutes every day, preferably in the evening.

19. This will make for a better rest for the body.

20. Do these, and as we find we will bring for this body, [1370], much nearer to normal conditions.

21. Ready for questions.

22. We are through for the present. Copy to Self
