Born February 14, 1900, in Wyoming, Ohio. Time of Reading 3:35 to 4:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Life Reading Suggestion)
1. EC: (In going back over years from present - " - 1929 - change in environs - 1920 - '19 - another change - " etc., on back to birth date)
2. Yes - Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [1373].
3. In giving the interpretations as we find that may be helpful in making application of those intents and purposes for which each entity enters the material plane, we find:
4. These are given as in relationships to the urges that arise from astrological aspects - that is, from the sojourns of the entity in the environs about the earth - that become as the individuality; or that innate in the experience. Thus the expression of same is found in the intuition or the mental, or the deeper meditation, or the arousing of the inner or super or soul consciousness.
5. Also those urges are given that arise from the sojourns of the entity in the material plane; that come as influences more to the emotions, or the under portion, or the underflow of the mental self - hence becoming as the emotional forces in the influences.
6. Yet these are only as indications or signs. For, to be sure, the will is that which makes for the individuality of the soul, with its awareness of its at-oneness with the universal forces; surpassing any urge. Hence these may be changed, as the entity has in the present experience, as well as in others, chosen those directions that have led from those that first prompted activities in given directions in the experience.
7. We find then these the ruling influences from the astrological aspects with this entity:
8. Those in Jupiter make for the relationships with individuals, the masses; rather than with or for things.
1373-2 Page 2
9. Yet we find also Venus making for influences for individuals, love, friendships; these mean much in the experience of the entity, and more often than to those who are influenced by the Jupiterian sojourn with the effects of Venus only subservient or in afflicted ways or manners.
10. But here we find the very physical activities may or may not, dependent upon the influences or the choices of the entity, bring the entity in association with the throng - through individual activity or service; but the effect upon the many.
11. However, again within self the influences from Venus make for the beauty of individual service, the beauty of individual friendships and relationships. These come to mean to self that wherein the greater opportunities may to the entity express or manifest themselves in that it holds as its ideal in its relationships in material things.
12. From the Venus influences as combined with the Uranian, we find also the making for extremes. Hence the entity will find in its associations those things wherein great extremes are manifested, whether they be in relationships to the social, the material, or any surroundings in which there may be all those phases of the endeavors or activities of the individual.
13. Also these make for an interest in and a feeling for that of the artistic towards the developments from the unseen forces or activities in same.
14. These as we find - as to extremes - whether joy or sorrow, associations materially or socially, will gradually increase in the experiences of the entity in this present sojourn.
15. Hence to the application of self in those directions may come the abilities or the growth in which the entity may find unfoldment in spiritual things.
16. The influences we find from Saturn's environs are rather of the benevolent nature than adverse. Hence when and where decided or definite changes are made, or have been made (and these come into the experience of the entity, just as those extremes have come or will come, and do come), these have been for the greater expression of those desires of the entity that are innate as to its relationships with others.
17. In the expressions then, from the astrological abilities in definite directions, we find these:
18. One with a pleasing personality; yet at times by friends or associates called rather moody; and in the application of self at times becomes rather easily discouraged, and at others is found to be rather optimistic - or building upon those things to great heights that to some would appear as
1373-2 Page 3
not a means or cause for exaltation.
19. Hence by some the entity is called temperamental.
20. In the activities we find the love of the beautiful, as found from that innate expression of love and friendship; though the entity may see as much beauty in an individual life or an individual experience as in a sunset or a rose or the smile of the child or the antics or expressions of individual things that are a portion of nature's activity.
21. The entity sees beauties as a whole, then; just as of statuary or of man's attempt to define things of creation or nature or activity or thought or appearance. These are a part of the entity's whole being, then.
22. There is an APPRECIATION, then (and so few have it!), of those things that give expression or that are a manifestation of life - God - in their relationships to associations in the material plane.
23. As to the appearances in the earth, these - as we have given before - are as the individualities; while those activities through sojourns in the earth make for greater reflection in the emotions or the personality. And as has been indicated, there is a pleasing personality.
24. Then when the individuality is reflected in the personality, by the application of things in the glory of an individual, it becomes such as to produce what may become constructive or retarding in the experience of an individual soul or entity.
25. These are given, then, as the appearances that have an influence upon the entity in the present:
26. Before this we find the entity was in the Norse land, during those periods when there were those venturous activities of Olsen (?) and Eric.
27. The entity was closely associated with those individuals, and thus came to know longings; the entity came to know adventures into strange experiences. These became a part of the entity during that sojourn; making for the desire for self-expression in ways in which there might be given the activities to express the longings of the heart as in relationships to others.
28. Thus in song did the entity then find a means of release for the emotions in self.
29. And there will be seen in the present experience the abilities especially in those characterizations of songs where the emotions of the heart, the emotions from longings, the emotions from fears that would come to the loved ones. These become those means or channels in which the greater expression may be made or had.
30. Hence the artistic temperament may be a portion of the
1373-2 Page 4
entity's experience in the present.
31. The name then was Graciarr Olson (not "e").
32. Before that we find the entity was active in the earth during those periods when there were the artistic forces expressed by the almost DIVINE activities of one who brought into the experiences those special representations of the Lord's Supper - da Vinci.
33. The entity's associations in that period were in what would now be called a portion of the Pyrenees land, in and about the Roman and Cecily (Sicily?) land.
34. Then the entity was associated with the companions of da Vinci, or those active in carrying out much of what would be called more of the commercial natures - or what would be called the inventive geniuses of the time.
35. There the entity again found those longings, expectancies, the periods when great expression might be given in individual activities as to dance.
36. And the entity will find in the present experience there are periods when there is an expression in those directions; when those natures of activities may find expression in giving special characterizations of entertainments - those that depict or call for certain seasons or certain periods in the activities of individuals. As in the harvest season, the Lenten season, the High or the New Moon seasons; all of these become as experiences that mean to the entity, under varied temperaments, a great deal in the manner and way in which the entity may find expression in itself.
37. The name then was Gelden Humer.
38. In the experience the entity gained throughout; for little may ever be accomplished in the experience of an individual entity that does not EXPECT - and ACT that way.
39. The entity was rebuked oft during that sojourn for that very activity, yet made for that which brought hope into the experiences of many in those particular periods of association and activity.
40. Before that we find the entity was in the land now known as the Promised Land, and in those activities especially in the associations with those who became sojourners from the Grecian and the Parthenian forces of what is now the Ukraine land.
41. For while of those peoples (birthly - or by birth) of the Palestine land, in and about even a portion of Damascus (in the lower portion), we find the entity's activities in the latter portion of its sojourn were among those peoples in part of the Grecian land; and closely associated with those who were the followers of the Nazarene - Jesus, the Master!
1373-2 Page 5
42. Hence the entity gained through those experiences in bringing hope to those who were troubled in body, in mind, as for their OWN safety in the material things. For the activities in bringing hope, by the cunning devices in which there were brought about those experiences for those who were troubled, as to the lovingkindnesses, the gentlenesses, the patience, the longsuffering - these that are as the fruit of the spirit, were a portion of the entity's experience during those sojourns.
43. The entity was closely associated with those who were active in what ye would term those places that were out of the way, in those particular periods.
44. Hence we find the entity in the present, as has been indicated from other activities, when it gives expressions of those things that bring joy or sorrow, defines or depicts same by those influences in the lives of those who are not in the crowded cities but rather in the hamlet or the small places, or in the country lanes - or those activities that have to do with the soil and the like.
45. The name then was Jacobing. And in the experience the entity GAINED throughout. For though there were those experiences of sorrow from the physical, there were those lessons gained that brought HARMONY and joy in the inner self throughout the sojourn.
46. Before that we find the entity was in that land when there was the returning from the wanderings by the chosen people, when Nehemiah and the last of the Persians returned to the city where Zerubbabel had begun the building up of that activity again in the temple.
47. There the entity was among the daughters of the priests that were appointed under Zerubbabel that brought active service, as had been in the lands to which they had been as strangers.
48. Hence in the temple activity did the entity GAIN in that experience.
49. The beauties in dress, the beauties in service, the beauties of love and sacredness, deep sentiments, all arise from those experiences of the entity in that sojourn - as Machor.
50. Before that we find the entity was in the Egyptian land, during those periods of turmoils, when the banishment of the Priest brought rebellion to the Natives as well as to those peoples who had come into the land - not only from the Nordic or the upper lands but those that were sojourners from the Pyrenees and from Atlantis.
51. There the entity, after the return from the wanderings of the Priest and those that went with him, became an active
1373-2 Page 6
servant in the Temple Beautiful.
52. The entity was among those who arose to the position of holding, as it were, posts or offices through which there were the initiations of those that were prepared for the special services where there had been the cleansings from the encumbrances of the physical body in the Temple of Sacrifice.
53. Hence the entity became active in what was then the HOME building, or in the choices of individuals for service whether in the home or in the other lands where there were the representatives of the teachings, or whether in what would be called the arts or the commercial activities.
54. The entity supervised those that were taught in the ways and manners of HOME building.
55. The name then, as it would be called now, was Shu-She-sha-t.
56. In the experience the entity gained and lost and gained, throughout those activities where service was given that would bring hope and help and greater strength to others - these were developments.
57. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, and that to which it may attain, and how:
58. It has been indicated, through the material experiences in the earth and the sojourns in the environs about the earth, that the entity is given many abilities, many faculties, many facilities as it were above the ordinary.
59. Thus much may be expected, much may be commanded, much may be accomplished by the entity in bringing to those that have lost hope, to those that have lost their direction, the greater achievement by LOOKING within themselves and trusting and acting that way and manner in the better forces that arise with the communion with the Divine within each and every soul.
60. As the entity gained, as the entity applied self throughout the expression in those activities, so may the entity apply self in the present.
61. And whether in bringing the beauty in the life and in the expressions of those in the home, or whether in directing those in their choice of vocational activities; or whether in giving expression in song, or giving expression in music of any nature that depicts the LONGINGS of the heart for loved ones, for home, for fearfulness in the experiences; these arouse the unity of the soul to the Creative Forces or God.
62. Ready for questions.
63. (Q) What can I do to further improve my husband's financial status?
1373-2 Page 7
(A) In those encouragements, or the directing in those activities in which the encouraging influences and forces have arisen and do arise from the very efforts of the husband.
64. (Q) How can I help him toward his goal in painting? (A) ENCOURAGEMENTS in the directions for the looking within for that which has been accomplished BEFORE, and that may be aroused within self again.
65. (Q) Did I ever know [1158] before, and what was the relationship? (A) Friend in the Palestine period during those experiences that made for close relationships; yet they each were in the position where they looked for or expected activities one from the other.
66. (Q) Should I ever sing again; i.e., as a career, and when? (A) When the home has been set in order that there may be the directing forces from same, then there may be given much; not only through those that may be prepared for such a field of activity but for those who are seeking ways and manners of giving expressions within themselves of those longings. Then we will find not the career as before the many, but as before and for and with the individual influences in groups and masses.
67. (Q) How was I associated with my husband in the past, that has influenced our present association? (A) In the Palestine and Grecian forces, and in the Cecilician (Sicilian?) and the Roman or Italian or Pyrenees period. In the Palestine period, the wife; in the other, the sister.
68. (Q) How can I bring family relations in closer harmony with my husband? (A) By walking, by thinking, by keeping in those ways that bring harmony in the way of expressions in those relationships that bring about hopefulness, helpfulness, in the experience of each.
69. (Q) How have I been associated in the past with my older daughter, [...] and how may I best aid her in the present? (A) In the associations not only in the Norse period but also in the Egyptian period. In the one sustained by the very outbursts of song. Then the association was of very close friendship. Teach her the BEAUTY of music and expression of same, RATHER than too much of the rote or the ritual of same. In those experiences in Egypt, sisters - as ye would call, or of the same household. Purity of body, the blessings of
1373-2 Page 8
the care of same for its purposes in material expression; and the application in those directions in the present may bring - and do bring - the greater expressions of harmony, for self as well as for others; for as ye give, ye receive. As to the activities then in the present, as may be gained from the study of that given: Know, as ye experienced through those periods in the Palestine or Holy Land, and in the southern portions of the Grecian land - Holy, HOLY is His name! And in keeping in those influences and forces that give ways and means of expressing the PURPOSES for which the soul, the entity, entered - and joins in those tenets or lessons as He taught, greater may be thy joy, thy harmony, thy peace. For His promise is not to bring ease or comfort as known in the material planes, but peace and harmony and joy - not as the world knows such, but as those that seek to know His Face!
