At her sister's Time of Reading home, 3:50 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Mass. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1375]; this we have had before.
2. While there is still much to be desired in the general conditions, these are still somewhat better than at times when we have had the conditions here.
3. However, there is still some discharge from the areas above that which has been reached by the enemas and the healing properties.
4. Hence naturally, with the general mental strain, the body becomes somewhat anxious.
5. Also with still the feelings of distress and disturbance, there are those anxieties that produce that general weakness and the giving away to the general surroundings.
6. These as we find, however, would still prove to be the greater beneficial forces and influences for the body.
7. In giving the enemas of the oil, these we would give at least three times a week. Use a large catheter tube, with the same character of the enema being injected into the rectal area, see? that of the force. Put two tablespoonsful of the oil and a pinch (just between the finger and thumb) of baking soda, but dissolve or stir this thoroughly into the oil so it is well mixed before it is put into the tube, or into the ejector for giving the enema.
8. Continue the Simmons' Liver Regulator occasionally, sufficient to keep the eliminations from becoming so segregated as to cause the greater distress.
9. During the periods of evacuation, use the Mullein Stupes; following same, to be sure, during the severe weather, with the Cuticura Ointment. The Bichloride Solution should be used at times, too, depending upon how great is the irritation.
10. Use also the Ash twice a week, but not on the days when the Oil is given. This also (the Ash) is to be injected

into the areas where the disturbances lie. This will mean, then, intruding the catheter through the rectal area through the second of the sphincter muscular centers, see? or at least to the second of the sphincter centers or muscles above same. Both the Oil and the Ash enemas should be given to this area (but not on the same days). This means about six and half inches of the tube injected into or through the rectal area.
11. In the diet, keep the more strengthening foods; not only the Beef Juices (which have NOT been kept as regularly as they should be) but fish or fowl as to meats may be taken. But no highly seasoned food, nor those things that have too much residue after digestion; that is, not merely for weight in the body.
12. Keep up the manipulations that were begun for the upper portion of the cerebrospinal system.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) Shall I add anything to the diet? (A) As indicated, those foods as given; though do not use highly seasoned foods nor too much of pastries nor starches.
15. (Q) I feel that I am growing weaker? (A) This is as has been indicated as much as the mental attitude, or MORE the mental attitude than the physical condition! But if the applications are made as has been indicated, these will bring the better conditions.
