1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body. You will answer any questions I may ask you regarding same.
2. EC: Yes. Now, we find the general physical forces of this body are very good in many respects. Rather, had the body had a different attitude towards life, and the various phases of life as are presented, and into the advancement of self and the assistance and help of others, we would have had quite a different condition existent in the physical forces of the body than we find those at present. While the attitude may not be censured by many, but the entity finds self censuring self for the attitude taken on life and for that little that the body physically, mentally, morally, financially, has attempted to do for others. This, as we see, creating now within the physical forces of the body, and in those conditions which come with the change of the viewpoint as is assumed by the various forces of the body - for each portion of the body physically, as the body-mental, as the body-spiritual, cries out for its own sustenance, and for its own propagation. Hence we see the three phases in life, and in ALL of the aspects of same that present to a body that arrives with a physical body - well-rounded in all the various vicissitudes of life - calling for its own self expression, and in same there comes that call for that necessary to bring about reproduction of mind, of body, of the spiritual elements as bear with the body towards such sustenance, towards such conditions as bring about the rebirth of mind, soul, body.
3. In the physical forces of this body, [1381] we are speaking of, we find these are the needs of the physical:
4. There are those conditions which prevent the body BUILDING toward the replenishing of used energy. Hence there often comes the tendencies toward not having rested,

when the body should have builded through the natural or the normal rebuilding period for the physical forces of the body in sleep - or the body arises much more tired than when it retired. The body rather dreads the time to retire, as well as the time to arise, and these, as we see, are combative one with another. Not that any physical condition is at that point wherein there may be deficiencies, except as combined with many forces of the body, or as we would see, the metabolism, the katabolism, and the cooperation, coordination of the body, all, as it were, losing a stitch once in a while. Not the fullness to all of the replenishing forces as is necessary.
5. Rather, then, should the body find the full awakening for the abilities and for the potentialities of a body and a life well spent - not as only being well spent, but spent for SOMETHING! See?
6. In such activities, in such use of mind, such use of body, will the body find that of the recuperative forces as will build for the best in the physical, the mental, and the spiritual well-being of this body. Not medicinal properties, not travel, not song - but activity of the mind, physical and mental, to bring about that rejuvenation, that application of all the physical and mental and spiritual well-being of the body, will the body bring to itself that as is necessary for the full life.
7. Do that.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) Is it possible for this body to bear children? (A) There has been - as is seen - within the physical forces of the body, in the mental and in the physical, that which has prevented such coming about. There may be those physical conditions attained wherein conception may be brought about, or wherein this body may conceive - through and with the proper conditions being brought about. These we would give RATHER when the body applies itself in that as we have given. Then we would give those suggestions. Use that given, first, and not too much at once. Apply self in the well-being for others and for self. Then this would be given, within ninety to a hundred and twenty days.
