Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Penna. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body and those conditions that surround the body, [1385].

2. In giving that which as we find may be helpful in such conditions, first it is well that the attitude the body has taken - and has studied - be given some consideration.

3. For while there are at times to the body-entity some resentments, some doubts, and at times even fears, we find that there is that attitude held by the entity, by the body, respecting the constructiveness that may be had by a mental being or body though suffering under those conditions that have been pronounced as hopeless from the material angle.

4. Hence if that attitude is held with that fortitude and that strength and that vigor of using whatever talents, whatever abilities the entity finds self with, toward constructive forces, then it must build - and does build - for a more satisfactory and for a better outlook.

5. For while each soul is in the flesh there is a constant meeting of same.

6. It is true that the body is as but a cloak or a garment, and as its usages are put to constructive forces - even though, as with this body, it is tattered or torn and thus prevented from giving (from the material angle) the more PERSONAL self in its efforts - we find that the greater spiritual and the greater helpfulness may be gained for the body as an example of that used as the pattern, if the shadows and the mental self may be so applied as to overcome those weaknesses, those hindrances, those activities so as to give of a greater influence.

7. While the applications have so seared the vital forces of the system as to become even more destructive in a manner than the other effective forces, these as we find are but temporary.

8. And we find that there may come helpfulness in the applying - for the disturbing forces in the physical self - the lower form of electrical vibrations through the Wet Cell

Appliance carrying these properties into the body:

9. To 1/2 gallon of Distilled Water add 16 ounces of Ragweed. Reduce by slow boiling until when it is strained off there is only a quart left. Then to this - as a preservative, which will also make for a carrier through the lower forms of electrical vibrations - add 6 ounces of 90% pure Grain Alcohol.

10. Use only 6 ounces of this at a time in the Wet Cell Appliance, and make the attachments to the body for its being carried into the system proper; that is:

11. The smaller anode would be attached first, at the 9th dorsal plexus; while the larger plate - through which the current passes from the Ragweed Solution - would be attached last, at the lacteal duct and umbilicus center.

12. We would recharge the Appliance and change the Solutions every thirty days.

13. Make the attachments each day for thirty minutes, preferably as the body is ready for retirement.

14. Also we find that Castor Oil Rubs about broken tissue would be well, as well as along the whole length of the cerebrospinal system; the Castor Oil gently massaged into the body.

15. These as we find offer, in the present, the better conditions for the body itself.

16. As to those applications that are being used, these suggested here would have nothing to do with curtailing their use - but as indicated these are added to work with all of those.

17. This as we find will also reduce the system's turning so much of the activity of the pancreas into destructive forces to the kidneys, and making them less effective - that is, the application of the massage as well as the vibrations of the Ambrosia Weed or Ragweed.

18. In the diet - this we would keep as has been outlined for the body.

19. Do that.

20. Ready for questions.

21. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) Hold to those constructive forces, that these are being met in self - as is sometimes comprehended or understood.

22. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file " " Mr. [470]
