1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1390].
2. Now, as we find, there are disturbing conditions in the general physical forces of the body. While these are not as severe nor as acute as they have been, still we find that they may be aided to present a much nearer normalcy; thus giving the physical body, the mental body, those opportunities for a great deal more of the spiritual expressions.
3. These as we find have to do rather with the eliminating system, and the effect that has been produced upon the general system by the poisons or accumulations as a partial result of the condition.
4. The acute condition - or the sedimentary reaction in portions of the system - we will find has much to do with these general disturbances.
5. These then are the conditions from the physical angle that we find with this body, [1390] we are speaking of, present in this room:
6. THE BLOOD SUPPLY, here we find effects of accumulations of poisons as well as a disturbance in the gall duct area, the effect of those sediments that have accumulated and the drain or strain this has made upon the alimentary canal as related to the lymph circulation; as well as the strain or pressures upon the lower hepatic circulation, the activity of the kidneys - as we shall see, and the upper or the liver activity; and the general mental reactions that have arisen through the pressures produced upon the ends of the sympathetic or vegetative nerve system.
7. THE NERVE FORCES OF THE BODY, these as we find would have as much to do with mental attitudes that have existed, do exist in the experience of the mental body, as the effects that have been indicated from the physical reactions that naturally have their reflections in the activity of the
1390-1 Page 2
mental forces of the bodily functionings in the system.
8. Hence we will find that not only will the clearing up of the physical disturbance enable the body to function the much nearer normal in the mental reactions to disturbing factors within the mental forces of the body but make for the abilities for decisions in the mental, the material, the spiritual attitudes as related to the body as a whole.
9. THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces and the brain reactions are very good.
10. Through the sensory forces and the reflection upon the hearing, the sight, the speech, the taste, the feeling, naturally - being supersensitive - there is a relationship between the physical reactions and the sensory forces and the mental reactions. Hence these at times suffer under the stress of a general reaction, though organically we do not find great disturbances in these.
11. In the throat, the bronchi and the larynx we find a fullness that occurs at times from the natural overflow of the circulatory forces, or at other times from the very lack of same by the very activity of the distressed areas through the alimentary canal and the glandular forces in those portions of the system as related to the lower hepatic circulation there is produced a dryness and a tiredness in the throat, bronchi and larynx.
12. The lungs are very good.
13. Heart's activity - with a disturbed circulation we have a natural unbalancing in the metabolism of the system, and a greater disturbance in the katabolism owing to the very nature of the disturbance in the liver, in the gall duct and in the alimentary canal, as well as a disturbance for a portion of the prostate reactions in the system.
14. Though these as yet have not given so much disturbance, there are those reactions to same that make for this heaviness which occurs through the lumbar and through the lower limbs at times; making the body tire easily, and at other times the rest does not give the recuperation that it should through normal reactions.
15. In the digestive forces - naturally as the assimilation and the circulation are disturbed, there is in the digestive forces a disturbance more or less of a sympathetic nature, but there is found at times that there is a disagreement with food values for the system that should be easily assimilated; while at other times we will find those things that have at times heretofore disagreed may digest properly - and others upset. This depends upon the general reactions at the cycle of digestion as well as the balance between the alkalinity and the acidity of the duodenum or the lower
1390-1 Page 3
digestive forces; for at times the disagreements in these directions are to produce regurgitation. Thus the body becomes disturbed by things that should be easily assimilated.
16. In the organs of digestion - the liver, the spleen, the pancreas - and especially in the lacteals and the gall duct area:
17. Here we find - from disturbance mentally, from a very low ionization in the system - the poor coagulation has brought about those disturbances in those areas of the liver, the gall duct and - naturally, then - an engorgement at times in the colon and the concurrent distresses upon the eliminations of the bodily forces themselves.
18. These then are the areas specifically where specific attention should be given, yet we will find the response from these is to relieve distresses in many portions of the bodily forces themselves; and relieving the mental anxiety and activity in many ways also.
19. In the functioning of the eliminating system as related to the alimentary canal, the activity of the lower hepatic circulation:
20. Here we find, as has been indicated, with the superacidity that occurs at times, the tendency for the accumulation of the uric acid; consequently the irritation through the prostate.
21. These are in abeyance to the upper hepatic circulation, and are from an unbalanced condition as indicated by a disturbance in the katabolism as well as the metabolism of the system itself.
22. AS WE FIND, THEN, IN MEETING THE NEEDS OF THE CONDITIONS FOR THIS BODY:
23. There has been indicated those that are well for the body to adhere to in many directions; but with change in environs, change of activities, change of those influences having to do with the general make-up as we find, there will be required a little variation, a little difference in the general applications.
24. First we would begin with taking a quarter teaspoonful of Alcaroid twenty to thirty minutes after each meal, four to five days, leave off four to five days, then take again. Continue in this manner for three or four series or periods.
25. Also take two Caroid and Bile Salts tablets each evening for three evenings, then leave off for a period of three to four days, then take again.
26. These we would continue in series until we eliminate the disturbing forces and produce a better drainage through the system.
1390-1 Page 4
27. The Alcaroid, with the Caroid and Bile Salts, will act as an aide to the digestive force with the body-functions themselves.
28. For one hour each evening when ready to retire we would use the Radio-Active Appliance for the re-ionizing of the body itself and to produce the better vibratory forces throughout the system.
29. Once a week we would have a thorough cleansing of the system by the hydrotherapy; that is, a sweat, a rubdown and a general massage. This would be most beneficial to the body; not only with the general exercises but the cleansing of the superficial circulation. Not heating the body too hot at such periods, but the rubdown and the Swedish massage that would naturally go with same should be a portion of the treatment that will stimulate the circulation - as it is increased by the taking of the Alcaroid, the Caroid and Bile Salts.
30. Also when there is the massage, the rubdown and the general hydrotherapy treatment, we would use the colon tube to cleanse the colon; so as to get away from the tendency of the dilation in portion of the colon and the pressures upon the caecum area. This not only reduces the acidity but reduces the activities of the poisons from the uric forces in the system, cleanses the activity through the liver and the gall duct area and produces for the body - with the vibratory forces of the Radio-Active Appliance - a better reaction throughout.
31. Thus we will find we will bring a bettered condition to the body.
32. The period when the Radio-Active Appliance is given, we would use that as the period for meditation, when there is the closer union with the spiritual forces that manifest through the bodily forces themselves.
33. For - as seen and understood in the mental activities of the body - the spirit of self and the spirit of Creative Forces coordinate when the opportunities are given, and - as has been the promise from the Creative Forces - to meet within the temple of the holy self is to attune the body to Creative Energies.
34. Hence as the Radio-Active Appliance is to create a normal balance by the recharging of the electrical energies within the bodily functions, this period of its application becomes a season when the attunements can come closer - and closer yet - to that union that creates harmony, peace, hope, energies within the bodily forces themselves.
35. Do these, for the periods as indicated; leaving off for the periods as indicated; and we will find nearer normal
1390-1 Page 5
conditions, nearer the normal physical and mental activity, giving the opportunities for the greater spiritual development.
36. Ready for questions.
37. (Q) What about my diet? (A) The diet has been indicated by those who have ministered to the needs of the bodily forces. But as we have indicated, with the changes in the environs, some of these necessarily need change. But as a general outline: Refrain from combinations where too much of starches are combined, where red meats are combined with too great quantities of sugars, to be sure. Let these be the outline in a GENERAL way. For, as has been indicated by the variation in the mental activity, let the choices be made by the influences or forces from within. For when there are not appetites created by self-indulgence, the natural influences or desires of the body call for those elements that create a better normal balance than if these were set up as rules or regulations. For as the needs for the various influences are added, these create the necessary changes. These we would follow. Do these, and then - as has been indicated - we will find the body, the mental body, the soul body, responding to those Creative Energies that may work within.
