At home, Time of Reading 4 mi. East 11:00 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alabama.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief for this body; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1391] - at home.

3. Now as we find, there are disturbing conditions which prevent the better normal functioning of the body. These as we find in part are deep-hidden in their influence, yet there are others that become primarily the contributory causes.

4. And yet in this instance, with the correction of the contributory causes, WITH corrections of the main or chief source, we may bring much nearer normal conditions, and ELIMINATE those disturbing factors that in the present produce such acute distresses at times in the muscular forces and joints of the limbs and in the hip and the lumbar areas.

5. These then are conditions as we find them with this body, [1391] we are speaking of:

6. In the blood supply we find the indications that there are sources of infection and poisons - also that these arise in such measures that, with an already disturbed liver and gall duct area, excessive activities become necessary and these have not been sufficient to eliminate those poisons and accumulations through the areas and organs of elimination.

7. Hence the reflex to the lower hepatic circulation gives a disturbance, and we have a toxic force from pus - as from conditions in the teeth - as well as a disturbance in the gall duct area and the liver. And now there are the uric reactions also in the system.

8. These as we find are indicated in not only the blood stream but the organs as affected by same.

9. The neuritic pains and muscular contractions show that

1391-2 Page 2

the pressure is produced upon the superficial nervous system.

10. Hence a great deal of the disturbance becomes as sympathetic reactions from disturbed conditions as indicated - the nervous system's reaction.

11. And unless there is the removal of the causes of same, we may have conditions that will so involve already disturbed conditions - as the liver and the whole hepatic circulation - that constitutional or acute conditions may gradually arise that would be hard to eliminate.

12. To be sure, there will be periods when disturbance and activities of general distress through some of the muscular forces will recur at times - even with the making of applications that will be beneficial to the body, though these will aid in the first, by the extracting of the teeth - or the most of them - until the poisons are entirely eliminated AND the activity of the liver is balanced with the activity of the gall duct and the assimilating and eliminating system.

13. As we find, then, in making applications - we would have all of the teeth X-Rayed, that have not been removed; and where there is the indication of pus in the roots of same, such should be removed, see?

14. Do these first. Do not undertake to have all taken out at once, but be a little patient with the body.

15. After there has been begun the taking out of same, use Toris Compound made with the Simple Syrup as an eliminant; taking two teaspoonsful three times each day of the solution well dissolved. This also would be taken throughout the period of the removal of these disturbing conditions.

16. After the dental work has been completed, we would begin with osteopathic adjustments in the cerebrospinal system. Not chiropractic but OSTEOPATHIC adjustments - that will stimulate the liver to better activity, better drainages through the lower portions of the cerebrospinal system centers that stimulate the elimination from the stomach digestive forces, and stimulating of course the kidney and lumbar areas; also relaxing, to be sure, the centers in the upper dorsal and throughout the cervical area.

17. Climatic conditions, of course, will have their effect, but just keep away from where there is cold and dampness; keeping plenty of sunshine preferably for the body.

18. Beware of meats, especially hog meats or foods that are prepared with hog lard - or fried foods.

19. Have plenty of raw fresh vegetables each day. At least every day have the principle portion of one meal consist of these.

20. Plenty of fruits and vegetables.

21. Preferably fish, fowl and lamb as the meats, and these NOT fried.

22. As to the natures of breads, use either the whole wheat or those prepared preferably with vegetable oils.

23. Do these and we will bring the better conditions for this body, [1391].

24. Ready for questions.

25. (Q) Will a stay in Florida help my condition? (A) Best to have the conditions corrected first, before there's the stay in ANY particular place - or have the corrections made after such an activity of having the causes removed.

26. (Q) Is it too much for my nerves living in constant confusion? (A) Those conditions in the nerves, of course, are more from the disturbance in the physical body. After the corrections, and then unless there are some greater disturbance arising, these as we find will be in the major part removed.

27. (Q) Is there pus anywhere else than the teeth causing this neuritis? (A) As indicated, there are disturbances that these are causing in the gall duct as well as in the lower hepatic circulation. But with the removal of the pus, the SOURCES of this, stimulating the activities of the organs in the MANNER as outlined, it should remove causes AND effects. Do that.

28. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (We are having two packages of Toris Compound sent to you from our local druggist, as you may have trouble getting it there. When it comes, you are to get your OWN druggist to prepare it - or prepare it yourself - using the Simple Syrup, according to directions on package. See extra sheet of directions [which was enclosed] to be given to Osteopath, when you are ready for these treatments. Mr. Cayce says there is an Osteopath in Montgomery now. For several years there have been only two osteopaths in the whole state of Alabama - one in Birmingham and one in Mobile. Love, GD.) Love, GD.)
