Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:25 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the conditions that have surrounded this body, [1398]; these we have had before.
2. As we find, some of the conditions that have been administered have been very good; others - the reactions have not been so well.
3. These as we find arise from too strenuous an application of those things suggested.
4. In the taking of the Atomidine (and this should be a part of the applications), take as indicated; not just at any time and not being particular as to quantity. Take as GIVEN, if there would be the proper reactions!
5. As for the osteopathic manipulations, these are very good.
6. As for the baths, the rubs - take as indicated! While the applications have been well, the manner of taking has not been regarded in the way and manner as it should - with the conditions to be met. The manner outlined is the manner that will be the more helpful for the body.
7. Do not be too strenuous in the exercises, but take sufficient to make for the proper reactions from adjustments and massages that have been indicated; as well as in the diet, we would follow closely that which has been indicated as the better for the body - if the body would receive the better results.
8. These, to be sure, are the manners as we have found. If the body chooses otherwise, then take the consequences.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) What has caused the headaches? (A) As has been indicated, an overquantity of the Atomidine and not taken at times indicated, with the disturbed metabolism, produces heaviness. Take as indicated; not as given on the bottle or as some one else tells: Either do it or leave it alone!
11. (Q) What effect did exercises taken on Sunday, July 25th, have on the body?
1398-2 Page 2
(A) As indicated. Overstrenuousness is not well for the body, any more than overeating, undereating or overdosing or improper dosing at any time.
12. (Q) What exercise is best, and when should it be taken? (A) There should be rather the balancing. That which is constructive in the mental, the physical and the spiritual body. ALL MUST, to have the better results, have the proper consideration. The change of mind and mental attitude, as in activities of the body, changes as much for the mental and physical reactions as exercises. But when possible exercise gently, not overstrenuously, in the open; as well as the exercise that may be had both from the adjustments and the hydrotherapy treatments.
13. (Q) Was the treatment given by Dr. Dobbins satisfactory? (A) As indicated.
14. (Q) Are the treatments being taken at Reilly's the proper treatments for the body? (A) As has been indicated. Please give or take that as has been indicated.
15. (Q) What else can the body do to aid in bringing about his equilibrium? (A) Be more consistent in all things, as well as persistent.
