Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

2. Now as we find, as there have been many promises made by those who have interceded to Divine Forces for this body, these must be kept, in the minds, in the lives of those, of each, that have so interceded.

3. That the conditions are greatly improved is apparent to all.

4. Then it BEHOOVES the body, [1409] to so use the opportunities, that are being given for the activities in this material experience, that the love, the life of the spiritual-minded be impressed upon the consciousness of all the body may contact. Not by laudation but by just being gentle, kind, patient, longsuffering; exhorting all, to be sure, but not as in a domineering way but rather as in humbleness of mind; preferring the other in the place of self.

5. As to the physical attributes in the present, we find:

6. Since the temperature has been allayed, there is the necessity, to be sure, that there are not foods used nor activities that would tend to make for the weakening of the digestive forces, nor the allowing of activities of the assimilating system - the liver, the kidneys or the whole hepatic circulation - to become so congested as to allow the temperature to arise again.

7. Hence we would keep rather a tendency to the alkalin-producing foods; as fruit juices of all kinds. Quantities of these may be taken, but often rather than a great deal at once.

8. To be sure, buttermilk (if it is home-made) and corn bread, toast, coddled egg, crisp bacon may be gradually added; not all at once, to be sure, but just sufficient that the body gains the strength physically.

9. And keep the eliminations well.

10. The Castoria will prove the more helpful; or if this

becomes so as to nauseate (which it may), then use preferably an oil enema with the Russian White Oil or Usoline; not too much - about three to four tablespoonsful would be sufficient to make a reaction through the lower portion of the alimentary canal and to the colon, as to produce the proper activity of the lymph circulation throughout the alimentary system.

11. Do not exercise or sit up or walk about TOO SOON, but gradually - just a little.

12. Keep the body cool, but not cold.

13. And we will find, as indicated, the greater opportunities for the glorifying of the influences that are giving the opportunity for the body in this experience.

14. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) Should the cool enemas still be used? (A) Rather as has been indicated, if it is necessary for enemas use the Oil; this not hot, not cold - but the regular temperature.

16. (Q) Would the medicine prescribed by the physician be beneficial to the body? (A) This hasn't applied, doesn't apply in the present, as we find.

17. (Q) How long before any solid foods should be given? (A) This will depend upon the abilities and the activities of the body as to the gaining of strength, by the mental attitude as well as by the taking of the fruit juices as indicated, and vegetable juices, and those properties as indicated that may be taken. This depends upon those. Do not take solid food too soon.

18. (Q) Should the alcohol rubs be continued, and should the grain alcohol still be used in preference to rub alcohol? (A) These are very well to be given occasionally, though they may be farther apart. This would depend upon whether temperature arises or not. The temperature has been broken, you see. Now, it has been indicated that much depends upon the attitude not only of the body but of those that have made intercession. Do not give away too soon; for in union there is strength. It must be the grain alcohol, to be sure, and not the rub.

19. (Q) Would wine be beneficial? (A) Not yet. This a little bit later. Red wine in the late afternoon with brown bread will be helpful, and as a food - not as a drink.

20. (Q) Should the whiskey still be burned for the eggnog before taking? (A) This must be burned, and use RYE whiskey!

21. (Q) Should the Radio-Active Appliance and the electrical vibrator be used now? (A) Not as yet.

22. (Q) Any other information at this time that would be helpful? (A) Do these, and the hands will be full for more than one!
