Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes.
2. Some improvements from that as we have had heretofore. While the vitality is low, there is RESISTANCE in the activities of the system.
3. As we find if there will be kept those precautions that we have indicated, bewaring of OVERACTIVITY and OVEREXERCISE, keeping the stimulations for body-building, we should make for a great deal more improvement in the physical forces of the body.
4. Keep eliminations by the use more of enemas than cathartics, though when cathartics are used for this body we would use rather those of the vegetable nature than mineral.
5. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) Should a tonic be given that will be blood building and give resistance? (A) This is very well; and as we find Beef, Iron and Wine would be very well.
7. (Q) What is the cause for cough, and relief for same? (A) An irritation, or a nervousness in the activity between the cerebrospinal and sympathetic system at the bronchi center. A stiff manipulation or the use of the electrically driven vibrator (the body sitting erect, though, not lying down when given), would be beneficial. Though it will tend to irritate at the time, this will make for a stimulation to the circulation for better coordination there. Then the building up of the strength of the body, to be sure.
8. (Q) Would Sherry wine be good for the body? (A) Very well. Heavy red wine would be better, taken as a food, NOT as mere drink. Sherry is very well, but the heavy red wine is the better.
9. (Q) Is she too active about the home? (A) Too active.

10. (Q) What diet will be most beneficial? (A) That which will be assimilated, which necessitates that they be tried from time to time. Those that are of the vegetable nature and that are body-building without too much grease. No fried foods, and not too much grease. These become hard for the assimilating in the system.
11. (Q) Any spiritual advice? (A) Make the opportunities for an active service in keeping with the ideals of the spiritual life. A lot in a few words, but they should cover much for the body.
