Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Virginia.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1409].
3. The vitality is rather low, as has been indicated for the body.
4. For twenty to thirty minutes apply over the abdomen and liver area the Tartaric Acid Packs; the Tartaric Acid dampened and put on very thinly, on gauze, and then apply heat.
5. Follow this with the Castor Oil Packs - not too much of the oil, but the heat.
6. Then take a good irrigation; this may be taken by self provided a colon tube is used. This will set up better eliminations, thus ridding the body of the poisons or accumulations that cause the pains in the joints and muscular forces of the body.
7. Do take the strengthening foods - as the beef juice, a little egg and milk, and even just a little of spirits frumenti in same would be strengthening and helpful for the body.
8. These as we find will aid the most.
9. And massage along the body - as on the ribs and the spine - the whole length - with an equal combination of Mutton Tallow (melted), Spirits of Turpentine, Spirits of Camphor, AND Peanut Oil. These would help the body.

11. (Q) What should be done for the terrible cough? (A) When we have relieved the conditions in the liver and the better eliminations are established, we will find the cough improved. Beat the white of an egg very stiff, add a VERY LITTLE sugar, and about half a lemon. This taken during a day will allay the cough, provided the other things are done. This will also add to the better conditions for the gastric flow in the intestinal and stomach area. Do these and as we find we will make better conditions for

the body. These are NOT rheumatic; these are more the effect of toxic forces and are thus neuritic.
