At home on a farm Time of Reading a few miles north 11:00 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. of ..., Mo. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: (In undertone - "Some change here. Something wrong with the addresses here, or some changes are indicated." GC: Shall we wait for more specific address? EC: "We haven't had this address before." GC: The body has been with her sister, Mrs. [...], in Bethany, Mo. EC: Is the body there at present?")

2. (After long pause, and mumblings) There have been disturbances in the surroundings of the body, but as we find there are GENERAL improvements.

3. To be sure, there are days or periods when there is the attempt of the conditions to draw upon the system and thus make for appearances of going backward.

4. But if the manipulations are continued more to make for the relaxing of the areas around the lower portion of the stomach, we find - with the keeping of those things suggested, when there are the inclinations for nervousness or irritation or overanxiety - we would continue to keep improvements for the body.

5. When the body feels much better, do not overtax same by too much activity until there is an allaying altogether of the inflammation in the areas indicated.

6. Well also that at least in every other manipulative treatment the lumbar and the areas or plexus through the ileum, for the locomotories, the lower limbs and especially the feet, be treated also; to remove this strain, this tendency which has existed from the body drawing.

7. We would find that the exercises also that have been partially kept should be continued - these exercises of the feet upward, see.

8. This also makes for the necessity, owing to the inabilities for being active (or should not be active) that there be the equalizing of the circulation to the lower extremities.

9. Do these and as we find we will keep the better conditions and the improvements for this body, [1419].

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) Is Dryco a suitable dry milk for this body? (A) This is very good. There may be some little alternations in the manner of preparation, as is indicated that it may be changed. These should be tried to see their reactions, for - to be sure - it depends upon the quantity of the gastric flow as to how the assimilations are kept with ANY milk of this nature; yet this as given is much preferable to raw milk.

12. (Q) Should it be sweetened with honey, Karo syrup, or some other ingredient? (A) Honey, as we find, would be the preferable.

13. (Q) What proportion should it be? (A) This again, as indicated, had best be tested for the body; not too much, but so that it is palatable and is the more digestible for the body. And if there is made the proportion for one pint, then a large quantity - or for a day's usage - may be made in the same proportion.

14. (Q) What quantity of prepared milk should this body take per meal or per day? (A) At least three pints, each day.

15. (Q) As the body gets stronger, would a little cod liver oil be beneficial? (A) As we find, the Halibut would be preferable - and that which carries the other properties that prevent, or that make for resistances to, cold.

16. (Q) What character of foods are most likely to produce gas in the stomach and intestines of this body? (A) For THIS BODY, those that have any quantity of grease or that are excessive in starches to the gastric juices or to the activities of the upper portion of the stomach. The natural inclination for inflammatory condition has been to reduce the quantity of hydrochlorics, as produced by the system. All of the applications have been in this direction. Then naturally those things that require the quantity or balance of the hydrochlorics for the production of same for assimilation would tend to produce gas, if these foods were given in excess. Hence as indicated for the body, almost pre-digested foods - or those properties that are easily adjustable to the variation, until the system can as it were from its natural activities, from the strength, from the glandular forces that secrete for the system, produce the correct balance

between the lactics and the hydrochlorics.

17. (Q) Are frequent hot or cold baths advisable for this body? (A) At times. This depends upon the reaction of same, or the body-mental reaction to same.

18. (Q) Is the gall bladder all right? (A) This is very good. The precautions and those conditions there are in keeping this balance between the activities of the system as indicated. If there would be the excess or the adding of foods that would tend to create the hydrochlorics before the right strength was received, we would produce inflammation again. If there is the excess of foods taken that REQUIRE hydrochlorics, excess of gas is noted. Hence the close following of those suggestions given.

19. (Q) Is it safe for this body to travel to Washington, D.C., for recuperation? (A) Within ten days to two weeks it should be.

20. (Q) Any further suggestions? (A) These for the present as we find are the better conditions for the body.
