1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1421].

2. Now as we find, there are disturbing conditions in the better physical forces - or preventing the activity for the better physical forces of the body.

3. These as we find have been long existent, and are the outcome of two specific disturbances that have affected the bodily functions and that have produced much of a constitutional condition - or that wherein the system has attempted to ADJUST itself to the conditions.

4. Hence we will find, to overcome the conditions and to prevent disturbances later of a most serious nature, it will require time, patience AND persistence on the part of the body; not only as to corrections where there have been pressures in the cerebrospinal system, producing impulses, but where - as combined with same - the assimilating system has caused reactions that have combined with the effects of the pressures to produce the disturbance.

5. Hence we have this combination of conditions, AND a glandular condition.

6. These then are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1421] we are speaking of; first:

7. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find the inclinations for an overamount of that which would cause an increase in avoirdupois, or fats, or the building up to fats especially in portions of the body, owing to the lack of the coordinant balance in the glandular system - arising from the pressures and from an unbalanced condition in the chemical reactions through the system.

8. Hence we find, or may find unless changes are taken properly, things that would produce in the blood stream disturbances either to the circulation of the heart's activity or that as to upset the digestive forces.

9. IN THE NERVE FORCES OF THE BODY, here we find, is the basic disturbance. As has been indicated, these

1421-1 Page 2

inclinations are produced by pressures upon certain portions of the body; and these then, as combined with the glandular condition as formed, and the assimilations, the circulatory forces, produce these disturbing forces.

10. This is in the cerebrospinal system, as we find - the disturbance is of that nature, rather than in the superficial or in the vegetative or sympathetic system; though when the adjustments are made that are necessary, those coordinant conditions - that should exist in the areas where the deeper circulation and the superficial coordinate - must be taken into consideration.

11. The pressures, as we find, exist in the lumbar axis, the 9th dorsal, and through the upper dorsal and lower cervical area.

12. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, as we find, these pressures upon the system have produced effects with the glandular forces; in the adrenals and the glands above the stomach itself - or a part of the glands as of the Typhus [Thymus] and the system that formulates for the digestive forces,or in the pancreas; as well as a sympathetic condition in the thyroid condition.

13. Hence they affect, because of the very natures of the system, not necessarily these with which they are coordinant as to position, but with which they are coordinant as to the activities of the system.

14. These then as we find are the disturbances with this body, [1421].

15. AS WE FIND, THEN, IN MAKING CORRECTIVE FORCES, these should all be taken into consideration; and, as has been indicated, it will require consistent and persistent application of corrective measures as well as those to meet the various conditions as they arise.

16. Hence we will find it will be necessary to take these rather in a series or courses of activity.

17. First, the corrective measures: These as we find should be made osteopathically; adjustments and massages twice a week for periods of three to four weeks, a rest period of almost like time, and then proceed again with them. After the next series rest for about twice the period and then begin again with another, and the second and the third series after same, with rest periods between, you see.

18. The adjustments are to be made in the areas indicated; the lumbar, the 9th dorsal, 1st, 2nd and 3rd and 4th dorsal, through the 3rd, 4th and 5th cervicals. These necessarily should be made to coordinate; not only as adjustments but as massages of other portions to produce better coordination throughout the system.

19. Begin also with taking Atomidine internally; this also to be taken in series but altered a little bit from the periods when the manipulations are taken: Three mornings a week, preferably with a day in between, take one minim of the Atomidine in half a glass of water - before the morning meal. Continue in this manner for a period of two weeks, leave off for a period of three weeks, and then take again for a period of two weeks; rest from same again for a week or two weeks, and then take again - one minim in half a glass of water every other day, or three days a week for periods of two weeks, with a rest period of a week, and then again two weeks, a rest period of two weeks, then again two weeks, a rest period of one week, and again a period of two weeks, see? Take same in those rotations.

20. Also on two days each week (preferably on Tuesdays and Fridays, for it is especially on these days or at these periods that the disturbances in these directions come the most), AFTER the evening meal, take half a teaspoonful of Milk of Bismuth and six minims of Elixir of Lactated Pepsin stirred together in a half a glass of water.

21. This necessitates, then, that there be periods when enemas are taken for the elimination or evacuation of the colon area.

22. The activities of the body: Keep in the open as much as possible. Walking is the best exercise. This is the better exercise for the body.

23. The regular setting-up exercises occasionally are well, but these should rather be combined with the hydrotherapy treatments that would be taken at periods of two to three weeks; these setting-up exercises taken at those times, see? These may be once a week, once a month, twice a month, or twice in one week; dependent upon the reactions to the system.

24. In the matter of the diet, the body should be MOST particular! Do not take starches as in combinations of potatoes, white bread, rice, spaghetti or the like. Do not take these in combinations of any two at the same meal, though one of these may be taken at most every meal. But let one meal a day be only of RAW fresh vegetables; preferably this would be the noon meal.

25. Citrus fruit juices, but do not combine those with any starches or cereals at the same meal.

26. Do not eat red meats; that is, rare meats. Let the meats consist only, or preferably, of fish, fowl or lamb. No fried foods at any time.

27. Be consistent with these, and we will bring the better conditions; make the experiences of the body physically much

1421-1 Page 4

more opportune or worth while.

28. Ready for questions.

29. (Q) Will this body ever be able to bear a child? (A) Not impossible, but very improbable - and the conditions physically are not such that would justify the body in attempting same until many chemical changes as well as physical changes were effected.

30. (Q) What will clear up the facial condition? (A) Those things as indicated to purify the blood stream. It'll take a combination of all of these to CORRECTLY purify the blemishes or the irritations in the superficial circulation.

31. (Q) Any further advice? (A) Do these; but it will require persistence and consistence for the body. Beware of too much sweets at any time.
