11:00 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mr. [1428].

2. Now, as we find, there are disturbing conditions that prevent the normal activity of the mental and the coordination of same with the physical forces of the body.

3. Also those surroundings, the environs, those activities have brought about much of that which is a relative condition.

4. As we find, in administering for the help of this body, this may not be done without gaining first the confidence and getting or having the wholehearted cooperation of the body physically and mentally.

5. For the natural reaction is to be antagonistic. This is the very nature of the disturbances.

6. As we would find, this may be best accomplished through one Phillips, or the chiropractic doctor that is acquainted somewhat with the conditions not only in the home but as to what have been the reactions in the body - or the nature of same.

7. These as we find, then, are the PHYSICAL disturbances with the body, Mr. [1428]:

8. In the bodily functions there have been those effects of activities to allay an infection that acted upon the organs of the body as related to the higher or the more emotional nervous systems and forces of the body through the genitive system.

9. These with pressures, while the conditions have been allayed or eliminated, pressures left in the coccyx, the lumbar and lower dorsal area, continue to make for the effect of these highly active forces upon the system.

10. These are from the serums and the medicines taken, rather than the dis-ease or disturbance itself.

11. This, then, is not a true dementia praecox condition. While there is incoordination between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic nervous system, this arises rather from the conditions that have been indicated.

12. So, we would give that there be made the perfect alignment of the body through the administration of mechanical means for the relieving of the pressures in the system.

13. Also we would add the vibratory forces of the Wet Cell Appliance that would clarify or purify the activity of the glandular system; and through these low electrical vibrations we would carry the vibrations from Chloride of Gold (the proportions one grain to one ounce of distilled water).

14. These vibrations would be added BY the physician making the adjustments, and these done at least five days of every week for thirty minutes with the Wet Cell Appliance, as well as making the adjustments, the alignments to the system.

15. The attachments of the Appliance would be: The small anode would be attached first, one day to the 9th dorsal center, the next day to the 4th lumbar center; but each time the larger anode or plate (carrying the Gold Solution) would be attached last, over the umbilicus and lacteal duct center, or just about four fingers from the umbilicus plexus toward the right side direct; for thirty minutes five days each week. Apply direct to skin.

16. This would be done for at least thirty days. Then a rest period of two to three weeks, then AGAIN these applied.

17. And we will find, in this manner, we may bring the better conditions for this body.

18. Ready for questions.

19. (Q) Should the advice of any of the previous physicians be followed? (A) As we find, rather these suggestions that have been made here. First, gain the confidence - that is, let Phillips gain the confidence, let him make the applications, let him do the conversation. And let all the activity, the talk, the conversation at each period of treatment be made constructive. And do not take just a little period in making the treatments, but make the massage and the adjustments at each period - and then take thirty minutes after same for the application of the Appliance; and THEN a gentle massage over the lumbar, the sacral, through the abdominal area, AFTER the low electrical vibrations have been had. Make adjustments and massage before, and after the Appliance has been used then give a gentle massage over the abdominal area, especially the caecum and the lacteal ducts and the abdomen, right and left side, that there may be the proper stimulation to the glandular forces of the body.

20. (Q) What should the wife's attitude and actions be in order to help him? (A) That of a constructive and, most of all, PRAYERFUL attitude. Constructive, creative; not antagonistic, not constantly arguing about - but sympathetic.

21. (Q) Would he be benefited by weekly visits to Dr. Stewart of the Meadowbrook Hospital? (A) As we find if these are applied in the manner indicated, it will be better than hospitalization, better than weekly visits; for these are influences and forces brought about in the OWN seeking to be relieved, see?

22. We are through for the present. Two copies to Wife (one for Dr. Phillips) Copy to Ass'n file
