Born June 5, 1901, in Santa Barbara, California. Time of Reading 3:30 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Life Reading Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [1430].

2. Here is the opportunity for the experiences of an entity to be much altered by the doing something about what may be given here, regarding those things that are traits, urges and influences.

3. And the problem is how to turn these into constructive influences in the experience. Yet if there is the correct approach, these suggestions may be helpful.

4. As a summation of the records here, we find the manifested forces or influences - but irrespective of what the entity does about same - arise not only from sojourns in the earth but from the astrological sojourns also, as these:

5. One whose initiative work should be in organization, especially for those things that are constructive in the experiences of others.

6. For until there is a manifested interest by the entity in a helpful influence in the lives of others, not a great deal of change for constructive forces may be expected.

7. One who has had sudden and definite changes in the experiences during this sojourn. These have come in the fourteenth, the twenty-fourth and the thirty-first years of age - these have been very definite.

8. There is the inclination to be expending the vitality, and inclination towards those things that are rather blase'; the study of and an interest in collecting curios, especially as related to the anatomical forces of bodies, or of associations, or those things that would have to do with the exotic.

9. These, unless curbed and turned into CONSTRUCTIVE forces, may become very destructive influences in the experience.

10. But if there is the activity in a constructive force, towards developments in the minds of the young - or

1430-1 Page 2

experiments with such things or influences - these would become constructive forces in the experience of the entity.

11. In the astrological aspects we find Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, with the extreme influence - or the activities that make for the very good or the very bad in the experience.

12. These as we find, find expressions much in the manner as has been indicated as making for influences in the intuitive and mental forces of the entity.

13. As in Venus - one sympathetic and big-hearted, and generous to a fault; while as combined with Saturn, there are those changes and those inabilities to hold the activities in a given direction; also there are the urges that turn to those things that become too emotional in the influences of gratifying of fleshly forces or desires - or appetites.

14. While in Venus, as combined with the Jupiterian influences, there are the abilities to show great vitality, great endurance - even though in things that are not always the better for the body. For the entity will be able to eat more, drink more, work longer under existent circumstances than others under the same environment would show the abilities to do. These turned into constructive forces, and creative energies and activities, with a spiritual IDEAL as the prompting, would bring about a life of activity that would be such that ALL would call the entity blessed, and many would make overtures for associations with the entity. On the other hand, these neglected may become all that the reverse might imply.

15. As to the appearances in the earth, we find that some of these come under very extreme conditions, extreme circumstances:

16. Before this (among those making for an addition, or as an influence in the experience in the present) we find the entity was active in the earth during those periods when there was that called the Gold Rush, when the entity with others journeyed towards the west coast - or the California Gold Rush.

17. Hence many of those of that land have become, and are, the experiences of the entity; yet an aversion is felt for same at times. For not all of the experience there was progressive in its soul or spiritual development.

18. Rather the wayward experiences, the exotic activities or the abilities in same, arise in the present from the sojourn there.

19. For that which is constructive GROWS, while that which is destructive degenerates.

1430-1 Page 3

20. Hence unless these are set in motion, they do not bring about activities for the greater growth.

21. In the experience the entity lost and gained and lost. In the services, in the kindnesses and gentlenesses shown to others - a gain.

22. Hence easily does the entity in the present make friends, yet just as easily oft are they left or lost or deserted.

23. The name then was Samuel Rudolph, as known or called, and there may be found in some of the old records something of the activities of the entity during those days when there was the establishing, or the attempt to establish the closer associations or connections with the Government itself; some are not beautiful, some are not good to look upon - but these may be found.

24. Before that we find the entity was in the earth during those periods when men for a cause gathered for concerted activity in releasing, or in destroying those that would overrun, the Holy Land.

25. The entity was among those during the Second Crusade that made an entrance into the land, and was taken captive and tortured.

26. Hence we will find in the present the PECULIAR aversion to vermin, to insects, to those things that make for the appearance of filth about an abode or a home or a place where one sleeps or lives or abides. Such an aversion to insects comes almost to horror at times.

27. Through the experience, though, the entity gained in the greater portion of the activity; for there were ideals. Though the material activities made for material sufferings for the ideals, these became constructive.

28. Yet in the main they become in the mental self in the present rather the urges to scoff at too much of that pertaining to spiritual forces.

29. Yet there are periods in the present experience of the entity when the occult and the mystic become as an interest; and at such a period and during those activities of the mental self in these directions the greater interest or influence may be aroused for that activity in which the entity may gain the greater in this present experience.

30. The name then was Abduhl, and he was OF the French - though coming from the French AND the Turkish associations.

31. Before that we find the entity was in the Egyptian land, during those periods when turmoils and strifes arose; when there were those activities with the Counselors to the King and the Natives and the activities of its own household, and when the rebellions and divisions arose.

1430-1 Page 4

32. The entity was among those who were close to the King in counsel, though NOT a Counselor; rather what would be termed in the present as a young advisor, or one as a scout or spy, or one active in GAINING information that would be imparted to the King direct.

33. The associations of these brought rather a close relationship, that might in the present be brought to a hopeful influence in the experience of each - if there are the opportunities for the discussion of activities along the lines in which the entity may find the greater activity - organizing groups for definite work in definite fields of activity, whether educational, constructive in recreational, or in activities as to relationships between countries, nations, or activities in the own home.

34. The name then was Telk-Eska.

35. In the experience the entity gained through the greater portion, but during the changes when there was the return of the Priest these brought disappointments owing to the activities of others, and the lack of the King in exercising regal authority (as was held by the entity) in the experience.

36. Thus we may find and do find in the present the aversion to authority, by the entity, in those that are in high places.

37. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, and that to which it may attain in the present:

38. First - know in what you believe, not only the sources of that which is of interest but in your individual study; and that make for those things having to do with Creative Forces.

39. Thus you will find that these would bring activities, associations, to make the material, the home, the associates and the social relationships as well as the purposes in life, more helpful.

40. Ready for questions.

41. (Q) Into what specific channels of activity for best success in living do the previous experiences of the entity lead him? (A) As has been indicated; in that of organization, directing same, assisting in same, planning same to be worked out by others and by self.

42. (Q) Is married life indicated for entity and where shall he contact ideal mate? (A) Unless there had been marriage by that period between the twenty-fourth and thirty-first year, there is little indication of a successful marriage until after the thirty sixth to thirty-eighth year.

1430-1 Page 5

As to what the experiences then may be, and as to the character of the mate, will depend upon the application of self between those periods.

43. (Q) Will children of his own aid him in finding a larger place in the world? (A) The working with children would aid more than children of the own; for it would be better for the children and better for himself also!

44. (Q) What methods are suggested for guarding against undesirable habits? (A) As has been indicated, interests and activity in organizing for constructive forces in either the educational or recreational field, or the building for activities as to relationships between groups or nations. Diplomatic service.

45. (Q) How can he come into closer relationship and understanding with his mother? [Mrs. [1438]] (A) To understand each other and their purposes and their desires the better, this will make for the closer relationships. For these as we find - their relationships were strained in more than one experience, through the very activity and interest of each in varied directions. Hence much is to be worked out together; not only in CONSTRUCTIVE activity but in spiritual thought may there become growths of constructive forces between the two. Then there must be give and take on the part of each.

46. (Q) How can he arrive at most rational attitude toward Michael [...]? (A) We haven't Michael [...]. [See 1430-1, Par. R3.]

47. (Q) Should he try to liquidate or hold together the estate? (A) Hold together the estate. IF there are the constructive influences in activities of specific natures attempted. If these are NOT attempted, or are not to be attempted, liquidate.

48. (Q) Will his personal development be better served by spending the coming winter in Texas or California? (A) In Texas or California, preferably in the Southwest.

49. (Q) Are there any grounds for association between the entity and the educational program of [Mr. [165]]? (A) We haven't [165], but ANY educational program for the young as - as educational or recreational - would be of great help in interesting the body IN same. If this includes the efforts of [Mr. [165]] well.

50. We are through for the present.
