Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ala. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [1443].

2. Now as we find, there are physical disturbances that prevent the normal activity.

3. It is true that the body-physical, the body-mental and the body-spiritual are one - just as Father, Son and Holy Spirit are one - yet in the material application of any portion of the activities, these must be considered in their individual phase of experience or activity.

4. Hence as we find, to bring the best to this body, Mrs. [1443] these must be analyzed in their relationships to not only the conditions existent in the physical surroundings and the physical body but in the mental and spiritual attitude and aptitude also.

5. In the physical body we find the body is passing through those periods when the after effects or the results of the changes in the vibrations of the body, and the change in the functioning in the system owing to the emotions, bring about conditions that must be - to bring the better - PHYSICALLY considered.

6. The activity of the eliminating system, the activity of the circulatory system as related to the heart, the liver, the kidneys, all must be taken into consideration; and application made in the way and manner as to better fit the physical forces to meet or coordinate and cooperate with the mental and spiritual activities through the system.

7. Whatever may be applied to the physical body for material aids, know that the activative force of same arises from the ONE SOURCE; that is good - GOOD that we know or classify as God. This is true whether the applications are of a spiritual nature, in the elemental essentials or in mind-control over matter, or whether mechanical or even of the nature of herbs or medicinal properties.

8. Hence these are the conditions then physically:

9. As we find in the blood supply, the stresses and strains as produced upon the system as related to the circulatory

1443-1 Page 2

forces and the activities of the glandular system, arising from the disturbances indicated, are the effects of poisons that accumulate through not only the alimentary canal but more specifically in portions of the colon itself. And the pressures upon same through the lumbar areas bring about those effects of the pressure upon the activity of the kidneys, as to produce a disturbance in the pulsation, in the hearts's activity, in the circulation, and producing the swelling at times in the lower extremities especially and through the limbs and through the arms and through the body - a portion of same.

10. These then as we find need specific or particular attention.

11. First then, as we find:

12. We would take properties internally known as the Toris Compound, prepared in this manner:

13. To 6 ounces of Simple Syrup - Compound Simple Syrup (this is a little more than ordinarily called for), add: Toris Compound.........................1 ounce, Compound Syrup of Sarsaparilla.........1 ounce. Sufficient Alcohol or Whiskey to preserve same. These would be thoroughly dissolved, of course, as they are mixed together. Shake the solution well before the dose is taken, which would be a teaspoonful BEFORE each meal and before retiring at night.

14. Then, after the third day this is taken, we would use a high enema to relieve the distresses through colon, where there is an engorgement in the transverse and descending colon - or in the turn here. And this engorgement in the physical reaction produces a quickness of pulse, the pressure upon the activities of the system as indicated, and leaves the general disorder that exists there.

15. This may be repeated within a week or ten days or oftener if desirable to relieve the fullness, the dizziness and the little nausea that occurs at times.

16. Be sure the eliminations are full each day.

17. We would also, after about half of the quantity has been taken, have at least a week of treatments osteopathically or neuropathically for the body, to ADJUST the circulation and the pressures throughout the system.

18. Also we would use the Radio-Active Appliance one-half hour each day for a week; leave off then for a week; then use EVERY OTHER day for an hour, for two weeks; leave off for two weeks; then use every third day for a period of three or four weeks. Then it may be left off or used

1443-1 Page 3

whenever the body is restless, tired, in pain, or distressed. Keep the anodes clean. Do not let it remain connected when not in use. Put the Appliance in the ice at least fifteen to twenty minutes before the attachments are made to the opposite extremities of the body, and each period it is used apply to the opposite one. If used first on the right wrist and left ankle, the next time apply to the left wrist and right ankle, see?

19. And during the period of application of the Appliance, let this be the period of the deep meditation; and let the meditation - in the own words - be with this as the purpose, with these as the desires:

20. "I AM THINE, O LORD, GOD OF HEAVEN AND EARTH, CREATOR OF THE INFLUENCES IN THE EXPERIENCES OF THE INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITY. AS I SEEK, THEN, TO KNOW THY WILL AND MY RELATIONSHIPS WITH MY FELLOW MAN, BE THOU, O GOD, THE GUIDE. LET MY MIND, MY BODY, MY ALL, BE USED IN A SERVICE TO THEE DAY BY DAY."

21. These as combined, we find, will bring about PHYSICALLY much nearer normal conditions.

22. In the mental attitudes of the body:

23. As is understood by the body, Mind is ever the Builder. But know there is the self-mind and the spirit or spiritual-mind, or the portions of same. That which is constructive in the mental attitudes becomes then creative in its relationships and dealings with the fellow man.

24. And as the mind holds to the attitudes that are destructive regarding others, it builds barriers for the abilities of self to live or be constructive in the experience of such individuals.

25. Then, animosities or the feelings of distaste, distrust, these bring about an influence within the body that - with an already supersensitiveness owing to the disturbing factors in the physical forces - produces the greater distresses upon the mental and physical being.

26. Hence it is given that the physical MUST be cleansed of impurities that the mental and spiritual may magnify the greater in the experience of the body in the material relationships.

27. In the spiritual attitudes of the body:

28. These become, as is seen and indicated, such that hope ever springs anew within the desires, the wishes and the hopes of the individual activity.

29. Know, as indicated in what should be the attitude when there are the generative forces of the body with the use of the Appliance, that if the wishes, the desires, the hopes are in attune or in accord with Creative Forces then these

1443-1 Page 4

MUST be manifested in the material relationships, with the fellow man.

30. For as He gave, "As ye do it unto the least of these, ye do it unto me."

31. Know, then, as ye would that others do to you, ye must do even so to them. For this is not merely a saying, not merely a fable. For if such attitudes mentally and spiritually will be held, then no hurt can come nigh unto thee; for as given in thy promise, thy prayer, thy meditation, "I AM THINE, O GOD! USE ME!"
