Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1446]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, in the main there are improvements throughout the general physical forces of the body.
3. Still there are those disturbing conditions from the irritations in and about the bladder, and the tendency for the condition to become irritated when there is any acidity in the system.
4. Also there is the inclination for the activity of the lymph to produce pain or drawing in the manner as if one were pulling or removing an adhesive from a portion of the body.
5. At such times, as we find, it is well that there be taken the douches, as have been indicated, with the cleansing solutions - as the Atomidine.
6. Also it is well for there to be the relieving by the applications of the heat, the salt.
7. And the occasional manipulative forces osteopathically will be most helpful in the PREVENTING of the conditions becoming more irritating.
8. As we find, if there are the continued precautions as to the diet, as to the general eliminations, as to keeping the whole system in order as related to the activities through the pelvic system - gradually will the causes be allayed and eventually the disturbance eliminated.
9. If there is the reverting to the conditions that cause superacidity, overaggravation by cold or congestion, we may produce greater adhesions, greater lesions; and eventually cause irritations that would become malignant in their nature.
10. As for those specific conditions in the dermis and epidermis, about the neck and shoulders, here we find that the applications have tended to separate the dermis or epidermis; or to cause - by the very activities of same -

the condition to become more irritated.
11. Hence we would of an EVENING apply about two thicknesses of flannel well saturated with Castor Oil. Not necessary that heat be applied, but just that this be bound so that it does not rub or irritate. There will be enough irritation, or the feeling of same, by its application.
12. Of MORNING cleanse this off with a little soda water, and then pat or dab with Spirits of Camphor. This is not to be bound upon the body; this applied about twice during the day - of morning after there has been the cleansing with the soda water, and then in the middle of the day or just after noon, apply again.
13. And then in the evening, use the Castor Oil again.
14. This as we find in a few days should relieve and remove the disturbance.
15. It would be well that the violet ray, with the bulb applicator, be applied not to the disturbed area but from the palm of the hand to the shoulder blade, then around the lower portion of the dorsal and around the under side. This would be applied about every second or third day.
16. And these we find, with the general conditions, will keep the nearer normal forces for this body.
17. Keep the attitudes constructive ever.
18. Ready for questions.
19. (Q) What caused this breaking out on shoulder in the beginning? (A) A broken cell from absorption through the system of disturbing conditions from other portions of the body; forming partially that as might be known as a ringworm.
20. (Q) Does this cause the drawing sensation down the arm? (A) This causes the drawing sensation. It is the irritation, as indicated, of the outer and the under skin - or the dermis and epidermis.
21. (Q) What should be done for constipation? (A) Use the irrigations rather than too much of cathartics. When there are laxatives taken, use those rather that are of the vegetable nature; or a Senna compound, or Figs, Raisins and the Pie Plant. Any or all of these at various times or in various manners are most beneficial. These are a portion of the NECESSITIES for the body to keep in the physical forces. If there are not the eliminations each day, REMOVE the fecal forces with the enemas; body-temperature, and with a little salt and soda both in the solution.
22. (Q) What continues to cause pressure on bladder? (A) As indicated, the drawing of the lymph flow, by adhesions or by the TENDING TO STICK, adhere. This produces irritation.

See, there's a great deal of the condition - as has been first indicated - produced by soft tissue or lymph being burned by caustics, and this tends to continue. Hence the necessity for the SYSTEM'S being kept near normal to prevent it becoming a more serious condition.
23. (Q) How much have I improved? (A) About sixty to eighty percent.
24. (Q) Should I continue with the same diet? (A) Continue near the same diet. Of course, as the seasons change it is well - would be excellent for this body, as soon as it is practical - to have wild GREENS; including poke. This is not meat (pork), but is POKE - the NEW buds as greens, see?
25. (Q) Any other treatments I should use? (A) These as we find would be the more effective. And CONTINUE the OPTIMISM!
26. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file
