1. EC: Now, we have in this body the mental, the spiritual and the physical forces and their effect as is manifested in a material manner in the physical world.

2. In the mental forces we have one that is well defined in the abilities as is accorded the body. One that may, with the application of the mental capacity and faculties, go well toward development of self in a material world and in a spiritual and physical way. One that is well adapted to the chosen application of forces as applied from the mental in a material and physical world.

3. In the improvement of this we would only apply the spiritual and mental elements in a physical manner. That is, bring to the ones depending upon the manifestations of the material forces necessary to bring any material results in a physical plane.

4. In the spiritual conditions of the body, this we find well, and only needs that to be kept in that way and manner that the spiritual forces may manifest themselves before others and that others may, through the physical force of this entity, have the knowledge of the indwelling forces of Him who giveth all good and perfect gifts, that the world and those that come in contact with the manifested spiritual forces in this body may know that the spirit forces are of Him, who gave "I am the Way, the Truth and the Light".

5. In the physical we find the body well in many respects, and near normal in the functioning of the physical forces. There are some conditions that the body needs be warned of, and these have to do with those conditions that govern the elimination in and through the sensory organism, for with the development in the spiritual and the mental forces the physical only finds its manifestation, and in the physical manner may exercise physical forces to the detriment of physical, mental or spiritual forces in the physical body.

6. Now, these are the conditions as we find them from the physical aspect in this body, [1447], we are speaking of, present in this room. First:

7. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find very good, though we find there are times when the sensibilities of this

circulation are under the guidance or the force as exercised through portions of the body, as we shall see. This produces then at times an irritation that is perceptible in portions of the body, by the tingling or itching as is felt in portions of the cuticle. Rather a nerve refraction than a condition in the body, other than exercises through these forces. In the pressure then is near normal, with the good aspect of coagulation and coordination throughout the circulatory system. That is, blood forces.

8. IN THE NERVE FORCES, we find in the upper dorsal region where we have that stimuli in nerve and muscular force that accompany the branches in circulation that feed or furnish the eliminating channels in the sensory organism that, with the surcharge of this center in the third dorsal region, this begins, that the sensory system and the organs of same - throat - for we find mucus forms too easily at times; eyes, for we find there is a peculiar burning sensation produced in frontal portion (not so much in back). In speech at times words do not form, for the coordination becomes hindered. In the sense of taste and smell may become exaggerated through the dissemination in eliminations from the center. These are conditions to be warned of. In the nerve force this becomes accentuated by any undue activity of the mental as applied to physical forces, though we have a physical aspect. We have the mental through the sensory and sympathetic forces being the active force producing conditions.

9. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS PROPER, brain forces good.

10. Organs of the sensory system as is given.

11. Those of the lungs, throat, bronchials, larynx very good, though there are times when extra secretions show through the bronchials and in the ductless glands region, or thyroids.

12. In the digestive tract this is very good, but never well that the body take foods in system when worried mentally, for we have the incentives from the nerve condition to become taxed under that condition, especially the hypogastric center as controls the effect of such upon the kidneys.

13. In the digestive tract proper, and in the stomach and the organs preparatory to digestive forces, all are very good.

14. In the rest of digestive forces very good.

15. In the region of the eliminations in the posterior portions these cause distress at times through nerve reaction. Needs only that the exercise of mental forces,

spiritual elemental forces, applied to physical force of the body to keep the body fit.

16. Through the exercising of the physical forces in the various portions of the body, keep the circulation in the proper equilibrium. That is, exercise of portions of the body morning and evening for the few necessary movements to equalize circulation, before rest in the normal physical condition is taken, and before the mental exercises of the day are taken.

17. Do that. Keep the body fit and present the whole to Him who gave, in that manner that will be acceptable unto Him.

18. Do that, as we have given.
