Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1448].

2. Now as we find, the disturbing conditions are partly the effect of applications made of too high an electrical vibration, and an insidious force that disturbs the structural portions of the body.

3. These to be sure affect other portions of the system - as their reflexes upon the organs that supply nutriment to the activities of the glandular forces in system to produce resistances, as well as replenishing supplies, as well as the elimination of drosses that arise from the disturbance in the structural portions of the body itself.

4. But as we find, if the applications are such as to reduce the disturbing conditions and stimulate the activities of the system for better eliminations and better replenishing forces, we will not only stop the inroads but bring about a near to normal condition for this body.

5. To be sure these suggestions as we find are in opposition to some of those applications that have been given, and that have been outlined for the body. But if there will be the changes in the present to those applications as we find indicated as need, we will find a much quicker reaction and a building to the abilities of the body to serve in and through those channels in administering help for others.

6. For the choice of the entity to become a channel through which help or hope may come for those who have lost hold upon themselves becomes not only a means for a greater awakening mentally and spiritually for the entity, but gives the opportunities for self or soul development for the entity itself.

7. Then, we would outline these as the applications for this body, Dr. [1448]:

8. We would use the low electrical vibrations from the Wet Cell Appliance; only for THIS body increase the quantities of the compounds in making same: Half a pound extra of the Copper Sulphate, an ounce more of the Sulfuric, and two

drams more of the Zinc.

9. In the applications, make these in two connections, one that carries the Chloride of Gold, the other the Nitrate of Silver. The attachments would be made as follows:

10. Every other day for thirty minutes the Chloride of Gold Solution would be used in the proportions of two grains to each ounce of the Distilled Water. The first or smaller anode would be applied to the 4th lumbar, while the larger anode - through which the Gold Solution passes - would be attached last, to the lacteal duct and umbilicus center, or just a hand's breadth from the central portion of the system toward the right side.

11. Every other day (alternate these, you see) for thirty minutes the Nitrate of Silver Solution would be used (a ten percent solution). Both of the plates for these attachments would be the same size, but one of copper, the other nickel. The copper plate would be attached first, to the 1st and 2nd cervical; that there may be the vibrations from these to the glandular forces about the thyroids as well as to the activities of the upper portion of the glandular forces that come through those areas for their activity with the gonads, to the heart, to the medulla oblongata, to those stations that make for the vibrations to the brain forces. The nickel plate, through which the 10% Nitrate of Silver Solution passes, would be attached last, at the 9th dorsal center - or between the 9th and the 8th dorsal centers; that the solar plexus may vibrate to the activity of the assimilating and the eliminating forces as directed from the organs of the liver and the hepatic circulation as a whole may be affected by these to the lymph, the emunctory as well as the deep circulation.

12. These vibrations from each of these would be taken one day, the other the next day, for only thirty minutes. Alternate them, and make the attachments in the places and manners given. Do not leave either of the connections attached when not in use, or the connections in the Solution when not in use. Change the Solutions every fifteen days.

13. Each day after the use of the Appliance as indicated, a massage - as a Swedish massage - would be well for the body; that there may be the activities throughout all the centers or ganglia along the system for the distribution of the energies and the assisting towards the better circulation and activities for the whole of the body.

14. Do these.

15. After those periods of thirty days, we would give further instructions as to whether these would be necessary to be used immediately again; dependent upon the reactions

to the body.

16. Ready for questions.

17. (Q) What does my physical disability consist of? (A) As has been indicated, the interruption to the activities in the structural portions of the system itself - or bone reaction, the coverings to same.

18. (Q) In view of the disability should I go ahead with my plans? (A) As has been indicated, if the applications are carried on in the way indicated, the material applications of self may be carried on.

19. (Q) How much future trouble will I have and how should it be handled? (A) If these are handled in the present in the manner as we find indicated, there should be little future trouble in THESE directions. Do these and as we find we may bring for this body a NEW undertaking.

20. We are through for the present. Two copies to Self (one to be furnished Mr. [257] if so desired) Copy to Ass'n file
