1. EC: (In going back over years to locate entity from birth place - " - And each city has its own color!") [See 262-66, 7/11/34, and 262-76, 1/18/35, in re city vibrations.]

2. Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [1456].

3. Much of every nature, that comes as an influence in the experiences of the entity, shows in these records.

4. For the entity has even been supersensitive to things, to conditions, and to peoples.

5. These then, in the present experience, make for something of turmoils.

6. While the entity is very sincere, and very set and determined, there are so many experiences and influences under which the entity has passed that the entity has brought over rather a disturbing experience.

7. Hence those doubts and fears that have crept in.

8. Question marks have come into the mind of the entity, especially as to individual activities of others as to their PURPOSES in same.

9. Rather then, for the constructive interpretation of this, we would first give:

10. Know indeed that the kingdom of heaven is within, and that thy own spirit beareth witness with His Spirit as to whether or not ye are doing all in thy relationships to others in all good conscience.

11. In giving these interpretations as we find them here:

12. The astrological aspects are innate, or those influences that may find the greater expression when the entity is in the deeper meditation.

13. But the appearances in the earth find their expression more from the emotional, or the or the conditional side of material things.

14. Hence we have these factors CONSTANTLY warring within

1456-1 Page 2

self.

15. And it is indeed as said of old, there is TODAY, now, for each soul, set before thee good, evil; life, death; choose thou.

16. These activities then of the will, or of the ability to choose, IRRESPECTIVE of environment or hereditary or other forces about the body, are those that make the difference between the animal, the mineral, the vegetable kingdoms of the earth as related to man.

17. For a man is a little lower than the angels, yet was made that he might become the companion of the Creative Forces; and thus was given - in the breath of life - the individual soul, the stamp of approval as it were of the Creator; with the ability to know itself to be itself, and to make itself, as one with the Creative Forces - IRRESPECTIVE of other influences.

18. Then the astrological aspects, the earthly sojourns, become only as signs, only as indications. Not then be they excuses for thy faults or thy virtues, but the KNOWLEDGE of same that - being forewarned - ye may be forearmed. Even as He has given, who - if he knew that the thief would break in - would not rest in peace? Rather would he not be watching that the house be not broken up?

19. Then thy mind, thy body, thy soul is in this house - this temple in this material plane now known as [1456]; and those applications of self in the varied experiences, whether in the earth or in the sojourns about the earth, have become thy tools to work with.

20. Ye are then building in this experience that which becomes a stumbling-stone or a stepping-stone to greater comprehension, greater understanding.

21. In the astrological aspects we find Jupiter as the ruling influence.

22. Hence it is as a protective influence, even with the adversity of Venus - which makes for those abilities of the entity to become or to be attractive to the other sex, or to make for those activities from the Jupiterian influence that - though they may be individual in expression - find the greater expression in the dealings with the whole.

23. For innately the entity finds, from this greater influence, that the love in self - materially, spiritually, mentally - becomes all-inclusive.

24. And this makes for, in material expression, oft the activities or experiences of becoming misunderstood by others as to motives.

25. Thus, with the deeper understanding, again with those experiences, is it a wonder that the questions have arisen

1456-1 Page 3

in the experience of self as to what are the motives that are prompting the activities of others?

26. "As ye sow, so shall ye reap" is not merely a saying but is the experience of every entity; yes, every body, mind and soul. And God has not willed that any soul should perish, but has with every temptation prepared a way of escape.

27. An ANSWER to every question is within the grasp of every soul. For he that seeks shall find, and they that knock to them it shall be opened.

28. Each soul is a portion of the whole; for: Know, ye seekers of truth, the Lord thy God is One! He is NOT divided, but ONE; that ye may know the truth, that the truth may indeed make you free.

29. In the aspects also in Venus as combined with Uranus we find the making for the extremes.

30. Hence we find periods when the entity becomes very much DISTURBED, and again very satisfied with things materially, mentally and spiritually about self.

31. Know that it is not in the knowledge alone. For knowledge without practical application of same becomes sin in the experience of many. It is not then what you know that counts, but what you do ABOUT what you know!

32. For it is line upon line, precept upon precept, here a little, there a little. Not some great deed then to show forth the love of the Father-God, but just being kind, just being patient, just being humble. These show forth in thy dealings with thy fellow man day by day that ye indeed walk, ye indeed talk, with thy Maker - who has promised to meet thee in the holy of holies within thine own self!

33. And as He, thy Brother, thy Savior has given, "Abide in me, and I will abide in thee; that the GLORY of the Father may be MANIFESTED to the children of men."

34. As to the appearances in the earth, that make for the emotional nature - and yet as has been indicated, are again only as signs, as omens; that, being forewarned, ye may know those things that may so easily beset thee as to weaken or to strengthen that determination within thyself; and know it is that determination, that desire, that purpose, that makes for the activity becoming acceptable or rejected in His sight - which is to all good consciousness WITHIN; we find:

35. Before this (among those making for an influence in the present), the entity was in the land of the present nativity; during those periods when there were the changes in the directing of the land at that period.

36. It was during those periods when there was the change from the Dutch to the English.

37. The activities during that experience made for the first

1456-1 Page 4

of the determinations in the entity for greater consideration to be given to those that were less fortunate in the material things of life; and they that were less endowed with purposes, other than satisfying of the material or bodily desires.

38. The name then was Grace Buchanan. The entity it may be said was the first in the experience to establish a home for the varying types of people with which those changes came about; that is, a home for the seafarer that had become overburdened with the satisfying of self.

39. Hence we find those things that pertain to social welfare, those things that have to do with the full interpretation of spiritual life in the experiences of the lowly in the material world, as well as those gifted with abilities to make for the greater expressions in ways or manners, become a part of the entity's experience.

40. And as we find, save in the home, the entity may find in such activity the greater channel for expressions of that being sought. For indeed the entity seeks to be a channel through which the blessings of the loving heavenly Father, or the divine love, may be manifested.

41. There is no greater channel, no greater place, than the home. For there it rightly should begin. For as has been said of old, "Train the child when he is young in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart therefrom."

42. Hence with the young, the unfortunate, those that have been taken by the wily influence of the world, may be the channels through which the activities of the entity may bring not only satisfaction but the greater peace and harmony and joy.

43. For to find happiness is to find that the Spirit of Truth is DIRECTING thy footsteps; yes, thy activities; yes, thy very thoughts day by day.

44. For He has given, "Take my yoke upon thee and learn of me, for my yoke is easy, my burden is light," to those that have found that grace in making themselves a channel of blessings to SOMEONE today.

45. Before that we find the entity during that period when the Master walked in the earth, when there were the cries first - that the entity heard - of the triumphal march or entrance into the city.

46. For the entity was among those of the Parthians who came at that particular season for not ONLY service, not only the reckonings, but for the social and companionable activities during such feasts.

47. But hearing and seeing the influences that aroused the people to crying "Hosanna in the Highest" there was aroused

1456-1 Page 5

that which is innate in the entity in the present when there is the singing of such in unison by many; it raises as it were the vibrations along even the physical being to a worshipfulness that little else can do.

48. Just as the entity in its experiences in the days following heard the cries of the rabble, and the entity wondered HOW and WHY those in authority COULD override the people in such a manner.

49. Hence is there any wonder that disturbances have arisen and do arise in the experiences of the entity, even in the present, by the cry, "Lo, He is here - Lo, He is there"?

50. But rather know, as has been said by the Psalmist, "Though I take the wings of the morning and fly unto the uttermost parts, He is there! Though I make my bed in hell, He is there! Though I fly unto the uttermost parts of the heavens, He is there!"

51. For the consciousness of His abiding presence is within, even as He gave, "The kingdom of heaven is within thee."

52. The entity then later was among those who came with Stephen and Philip for the ministering and aiding to those activities that brought about the early associations in the Church.

53. Then the entity was in the name Dienna, or Deunna.

54. In the experience the entity gained; and those influences that prompt the entity to seek in the religious or in the holiness of the individual activity arise from those experiences.

55. Before that we find the entity during those periods when there was the returning to the Holy Land.

56. It was during the return of the second group, when the activities of Ezra and Nehemiah made for the greater gatherings of the peoples that would return to the worship in the Holy City.

57. The entity then was among those that were very close to those that served as a portion of the temple activities.

58. Thus it came to be more interested in the redecorations, the rehabilitations of the hangings of the temple; as they went about the re-preparations.

59. And to the entity may be accredited the discovering of the portions of the writings that were later transcribed by Ezra.

60. For the entity CLEANED in the temple when they were discovered.

61. Is it any wonder in the experience that there is continued to be unfolded to the entity, in its seeking for that which is the pearl of great price in the experiences of others in their attempts to make for the greater

1456-1 Page 6

manifestations of the love of the Father as shown to the sons of men?

62. The name then was Rebekka.

63. From that experience we find again the entity in the present has the abilities for uncovering and correlating facts for due consideration by groups, masses, or the general public. And also there are the influences for the greater work in social service.

64. Before that we find the entity was in the land now known as or called the Egyptian, during those periods when there were the preparations for the activities in the Temple of Sacrifice and the Temple Beautiful.

65. The entity was of the natives that returned with the Priest from banishment; and, being cleansed, became as an emissary to her OWN people.

66. The name then was Du-Denlu.

67. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, and that to which it may attain, and how:

68. Seek within, and in thy communion oft with Him. For these be the ways in which, through which, the awakenings may come. For as ye apply that ye know day by day in thy service and thy dealings with thy fellow man, thus is the way opened for more and greater understanding.

69. For ye grow in grace, in knowledge, in understanding, by the APPLICATION of that ye know.

70. Ready for questions.

71. (Q) What should be the guiding principles of my life? (A) Jesus, the Christ - and HIM crucified!

72. (Q) Toward what goal should I direct my efforts? (A) To the greater abilities for service, especially in those ways or manners as indicated; though FIRST in the home - though these may be prepared in thy preparation and in thy activity. BUILD a home!

73. (Q) On what activities, physical, intellectual, spiritual, should I concentrate my energy and development to best advantage? (A) As has been indicated, through the activities that have found, do find, the greater expression in those thoughts and lines indicated.

74. (Q) Should I take up a career? (A) This may be a portion of the experience, but the home is the greater service.

75. (Q) In what sphere or general direction? (A) As indicated, social service.

76. (Q) Have I any artistic talents worthy of further development? (A) Those especially in decorating or especially in draperies.

1456-1 Page 7

77. (Q) Would it be to the advantage of all concerned if I continued in my present circumstances fulfilling my duties or if I relegated these duties to others in order to concentrate my activities in another direction, or if I gradually prepared myself for a plan for the future at the same time fulfilling my obligations? (A) At the same time fulfilling the obligations and making the preparations as things or conditions develop. For as has been indicated, it is step by step, line by line, precept upon precept, and in the application of these that the greater abilities, the greater awakenings come.
