1. EC: Yes (Nice red building - they are cleaning it up some).
2. We have the body here, [1457].
3. Now as we find, conditions in the general are very good. There would rather be given the precautions as respecting the changes that are coming about as the natural development, natural consequences of time as affects bodily functions; and, of course, the chemical changes that take place during such periods.
4. These then would be rather as warnings, or that as we find that would be helpful and beneficial to the body in the adjustments of the new activities in the system:
5. As these chemical changes are the effect of glandular activity, and conditions through the activities of the system, these need to be as precautions that there is the supplying to the system of that which would prevent same from becoming as pressures upon the nervous systems; so that during this change or this menopause that begins soon, we would have the re-balancing or the perfecting as it were of a nominal, normal change for the system.
6. We would use the Radio-Active Appliance as a balancing in the circulatory system. This we would use about the body; that is, right wrist, left ankle; left wrist, right ankle; left ankle, right wrist; right ankle, left wrist - making a circuit of the body in this manner, each time beginning with the right wrist, left ankle, etc. The attachments would circulate about the body in this manner, except a few days before the regular monthly period; when the attachments then would be made, the first to the last dorsal, the other to the pubic center. The Appliance would be used each day for a period of thirty minutes to an hour. Continue for a month, or through the full monthly period, you see; then leave off for a few days; then begin again.

7. When there are the periods of a little tautness, or the inclination to become rather nervous, we would during such periods find it most helpful to take small quantities or doses of Tonicine. This is a compound made from glandular secretions or glandular reactions, and will assist the system in adjusting itself. Take rather half the quantity as is ordinarily indicated, and we find it will work well. Take only when necessary to relieve disturbances of the nature or character as indicated.
8. Do these; keeping the body mentally constructive. That is, as the very nature of the mental influences of the body would be as constructive forces, know that their application does not consist of formulas or ritual but just being kind, gentle, patient, even with those that apparently would torment thee. This is MAGNIFYING those influences that keep a body mentally, physically, spiritually balanced. For the Mind is the Builder. Hence it is both material and spiritual.
9. If spiritual constructiveness is used, then, that builded into the experience must be of those very constructive natures.
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) Any advice regarding diet? (A) Keep in those things where there is a consistency; that is, not an excessive diet especially in acids but rather the reactions being eighty percent alkalin-reaction to twenty percent acid-reaction. Not that acids are never to be taken, or foods that produce same. Beware then rather of these: Very highly seasoned foods, fried foods of any kind. Not too much of white bread, white potatoes, spaghetti or the like. Those foods of such natures tend to produce acidity, and tend to produce irritation to the nerve system during the next three or four months in the bodily adjustments. Beware then of such.
