Born September 11, 1888, in Chicago, Ill. Time of Reading 11:25 to 12:10 Noon - Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Life Reading Suggestion)
1. EC: (In going back over years from present - " - 1928 - All the changes! - '27 - '24 - Yes - '23 - " etc., on back to birth date.)
2. Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [1458].
3. In giving the interpretations of the records as we find, it is well that the causes, the purposes for the entrance of an entity into material application be reviewed with same.
4. Know that the influences of an astrological aspect, or the urges through the emotions from sojourns in the earth, are only as the patterns - or indications of those influences that are in the activities of an entity; and that will is the ruling factor ever - the birthright of each entity, given in creation, that the entity may become one with Creative Forces or God in its manifestations in any sphere.
5. Hence the purpose ever is, as has been so oft given, that ye may make your paths straight, that ye may enter into that at-oneness with Him for the more ABUNDANT joy - of not merely sacrifice, not merely self-denial, but that thy purposes, that thy aims, that thy desires may be in accord with, one with, those that are the Creative Forces in the experience of each and every soul.
6. For when the souls of men had wandered away, He - not willing that any soul should perish - has prepared a way through which, by which, they each may find their way again to that companionship, that relationship with the Creative Forces.
7. Hence in each experience, again and again the opportunities come for the manifesting that which is the ideal of each soul in the relationships with the fellow man.
8. As to whether it becomes for weal or woe depends upon the manner of application of those that have been given as the
1458-1 Page 2
fruits ever of the spirit of light, life and immortality; just being kind, just being patient, just showing brotherly love, just longsuffering.
9. For these manifested in the experience make for developments towards the knowledge, the understanding of the relationships with that Creative Force which is as the longing for the soul; not merely for rest or ease, as judged by man in the material plane, but rather as of a growth into the knowledge and the understanding that as ye do it unto the least of these, thy brethren, ye do it to thy Maker.
10. For God is not mocked, and whatsoever a manifestation or body sows, that it must also reap.
11. What then is the purpose of the knowledge of thy activities as related to the astrological, the sojourns?
12. That ye may know that indeed ye have in Him an advocate with the Father, and that He - thy Father, thy God - is mindful of the children of men; and seeks that they of themselves will seek to know His ways with man.
13. As to the influences in the experiences of this entity, then, from the astrological aspects we find these have been met in most of the activities in the present experiences. For these become in Jupiter that of a protective influence, so that the relationships, the dealings, the activities of the entity tend to - be while of an individual nature - rather with the MINDS of others as a whole, as a group; though individual in application.
14. Hence in any field of service or activity in which the entity may give the greater hope or knowledge, or aspect of human experience or endeavor, becomes an outlet for the self that gives the assurance that ever "Thy spirit beareth witness with my Spirit as to whether ye be the children of God or not."
15. Not in an abstract manner, but in the definite giving forth of self, as in the abilities of building - first a home.
16. Hence the relationships become such that for the greater development of the entity in this experience it must build that which is not an idealistic but an ideal environ for those associations or activities that will give again and again the greater opportunity, the greater outlet for self-expression in the writings of the entity, the abilities of teaching with those that may be associated in such an activity.
17. For as Venus also becomes a benevolent influence, those things which bring into the experience of the entity not obligations, not duties alone, but rather as friendships - are a part of the entity. These are not meaningless - as
1458-1 Page 3
for material associations - but that the love of the Father may in the associations bring the greater glory in the activities of others. Love for Love's sake; that maketh not afraid; that is not puffed up; that thinketh no evil; becoming those things that make for the glorying of the Father in the Son in thee, as to become the natural manifestation of thy associations with thy fellow man.
18. However, we have an influence not so benevolent in Saturn that makes for the indications of the changes that have been in the experience of the entity through the present sojourn. So, the entity has passed those signposts of here a light, there a shadow as it were; again the light seemed to burn the brighter and again the shadow has grown the deeper; and yet with those benevolent influences from Jupiter and Venus, out of the shadows of sorrow has grown the greater friendships for the entity - for the strengthening of purposes in the experiences in the present.
19. These be then the astrological urges, latent and manifested according to that ye know put INTO practical application.
20. As to the appearances in the earth and those that become as urges through the emotional forces of the body itself, first let it be said: Study ever to show thyself approved unto God, rightly divining - and dividing - the words of truth; and keeping self unspotted from the world - in that thy conscience never condemns thee.
21. For know, as He has given, "I do not condemn - I come rather to love," and that ye may have the life and life more abundant in thine experiences with thy fellow man.
22. As to the appearances then that have the influences upon the activities of the entity in the present, we find:
23. Before this the entity, during the developing and building up of the land of the present nativity, during those periods prior to that called the American Revolution, was active in that period when there were the settlings in the land about what is now the Carolina lines - or the developments for bringing same into groups as states.
24. The entity then was in the name Susan Antony; not the 'h' but rather this became a portion of the experiences later; for of the entity's own association did there come the one called 'Mad Anthony' Wayne.
25. In the experience the entity gained, for it builded for a helpful experience in the associations and applications of the material experiences as benefits into the lives of those with whom the entity was associated. And the entity was what would be called in the present a faith doctor or healer, or one closely associated then with the medicine men

roundabout.
26. For the entity had caught that vision in the experience that there IS that principle in every herb, yes in every element, that is creative within itself that gives that inclination for HEALING to a physical body; whether it be applied by mechanotherapy, mechanical appliance, suggestion or even by the knife or the red hot irons. These various means are used that the very elements of the physical may become aware of the healing forces in nature, or the manifestation of health itself.
27. Hence in those fields pertaining to nursing, home building, directing the young, the entity finds those activities that are emotionally interests of the entity. And the application of self in any of these may bring the greater awakening from the material associations.
28. Before that we find the entity was in the earth when the Master walked in the land, and when there were the needs that the holy family flee from the wrath of man.
29. In those portions nigh unto what later became a part of the educational experiences of the Master, in Egypt, did the entity then reside. And the entity came to know the holy mother, yes the child Jesus; so that those cares during that sojourn in the portion of the land became a part of the entity's experience - in that which is held innate in the experience of the entity; that is, the emotions as to the care for those that are called for an individual activity.
30. Hence many, many, will come to the entity for that counsel, that advice, for the training of the child as it may grow into the purpose for which it may be the better fitted in a material world for the expression of that for which the Spirit of Truth gave it the opportunity.
31. In the experience the entity then gained and lost and gained.
32. Only with the turning of the spiritual laws into self-indulgence was there brought the misapplication in the experience, as Hunduen; as to make for the losing of the hold in that experience.
33. Yet when there came the greater knowledge of the purposes for which there were those activities of those peoples who had taken to themselves the training, the entity became an aid to those in Delphi [Delhi?] for the interpretations of the mysticisms of the East as combined with those of the Egyptians in that period.
34. Hence we will again find in the present experience that all of the mysteries of the ages become an innate FEELING for the entity; to delve into that which prompted the activities under the varied influences through the evolution
1458-1 Page 5
of that ye call civilization; when indeed the correct interpretation of same should be the application of kindness. And only are those truly civilized that have learned to be kind to those that do them good only? but to those who would intentionally hurt them.
35. Before that we find the entity was in that land in the 'city in the hills and the plains,' in what is now called the Persian and Arabian land.
36. The entity then was among those who came of the Grecians for the breaking up of those influences, yet remained with those activities for ministering to the needs of those that were the travelers of the day.
37. There the entity gained, for the healing of the mind and the body as wrought during those experiences made of the entity the teacher, the minister, the writer, the interpreter of EXPERIENCES of others for their own hopes, their own aspirations in the experience.
38. The name then was Xerxen.
39. Before that we find the entity was in the land now known as the Atlantean, during those periods when there was the breaking up of the lands - owing to the destructive forces that were being wrought by the sons of Belial in the mis-application of the lessons of truth in the land.
40. The entity was among those who came into the Egyptian land FROM the Pyrenee land; and hence came with the latter portion of those from the Atlantean land.
41. When there were the rehabilitation and the re-activities of the Priest in the land, the entity joined with those in the preparations for the service in the Temple of Sacrifice and later in those activities in the Temple Beautiful.
42. And there the entity gained much; as the emissary, as the minister to the preparations of those for their activities in other lands.
43. Hence in the present may be found the abilities in the entity to give confidence in the minds of those that are laboring for their developments in these individual experiences.
44. The name then was Shushepen.
45. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, and that to which it may attain, and how:
46. The entity is only limited to that it sets as its ideal.
47. What then is thy ideal?
48. If it is in the material things, then it must have an end; and fall far short of that to which it may attain.
49. If it is in the Spirit of Truth and Light and Life, then it may attain to that in which hope and help and understanding may come to others.
1458-1 Page 6
50. The APPLICATION is in the field of writing, and in the field of the home.
51. BUILD that which will give the OUTLET for that thou dost vision within.
52. For know that the pattern in the mount is in self, for the kingdom is within; and He has promised to meet thee in the holy of holies within thine own self.
53. Meditate then upon His Word day by day. For He has given, "When ye call, I will HEAR - and answer speedily."
54. Then the Lord is nigh unto those that seek to do His biddings.
55. And as ye have once caught the vision of the purposes of the activities of a chosen One in the field of service among the children of men, so again may ye in thine own experiences in the present aid those who have seen a great light - and are seeking the way home!
56. Ready for questions.
57. (Q) What is my present purpose in life? (A) The present purpose must be set within self. It should be, as has been given; study to show thyself approved unto Him, not ashamed but keeping the faith.
58. (Q) Is there a place I'm supposed to be for my best development, or is the one which I seem to like the best correct? (A) This we would find the correct place. For how has it been given of old? "USE THAT THOU HAST IN HAND TODAY." And as ye use it, the WAY is shown thee for the GREATER developments in ALL thine activities.
59. (Q) Is the plan which sprang into my mind in connection with this place the reason for my going there? (A) This is to be a growth. It may GROW to that expression and experience, dependent upon the application of that thou dost already know and see in thine inner self.
60. (Q) Please give the means by which this may be best accomplished? (A) This, as has just been given, must be little by little, line upon line; using that ye have - and as ye use, that necessary for thy greater understanding, for the greater development, is given thee day by day.
61. (Q) Would it be a wise thing for me to re-marry? (A) Be a wise thing, under the existent conditions; and making for the application of the abilities of each in the directions as indicated. If these purposes and desires are then one, well. If they are not, FIND the one in which this may be fulfilled.
62. (Q) Would it be well for me to marry [...]? (A) Well.
1458-1 Page 7
63. (Q) What are my best aptitudes or qualities? (A) Thy purposes as may be found in Him; Jesus, the Way, the Truth, the Light!
64. (Q) What are my weak points to be omitted? (A) As has been indicated in the study of that which is in the heart of each that has ever lost the way, SELF-INDULGENCE! Let thy prayer, thy meditation, ever be: "LORD, HERE AM I! USE ME, SEND ME; THAT I MAY FILL THAT PLACE IN THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF THY CHILDREN THAT THOU HAST APPOINTED UNTO ME."
