Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ark. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes.

2. As we find there ARE definite disturbing conditions that prevent the normal development or activity of this body.

3. And these should be corrected; else, as there is the development of the glandular forces we may find serious disturbances in the mental coordination with the physical body.

4. These are the conditions as we find the with this body, [1460]:

5. The blood supply indicates a lack of resistance being able to be builded into the system; owing to the inflammation that is produced in the ganglia along the cerebrospinal system from which the organs of assimilation receive their nerve impulses for activity in the body.

6. For we find in the coccyx end of the spine a subluxation, as well as a form of lesion in the 1st and 2nd lumbar.

7. Hence this weakness that occurs in the lower limbs, the disturbances that arise at times with the activity of the kidneys.

8. Again we find with these in the upper dorsal and through the cervical, not only obstructions in the activity but for the nerve coordination between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal.

9. These make for those conditions from which at times the poor digestion arises.

10. Hence the tipping of the stomach itself, the lack of the ability for food to digest properly; as well as headaches and the high nervous tensions that arise in the activities of the body at times.

11. These then as we find produce the disturbances for the body.

12. As it is a developing body, these make for the variations in their activities at the present.

13. If these are corrected in the present, as we find, with

the application of those influences of the bodily forces that would produce the better coordination, with then the application of those things to build in the system the elements that are lacking in same, we would find normal development physically and mentally; and the opportunities of the body to give the better physical and mental expressions in this experience.

14. These then as we find would be the applications:

15. There should be at least three or four series of treatments, OSTEOPATHICALLY given. These should last for at least three weeks at a time. Not chiropractic but osteopathic; with adjustments, yes; raising the end of the coccyx, adjusting those areas in the upper portion of the lumbar. Make corrections in the upper dorsal and through the cervical area. Have the manipulations about twice a week, but in series; not continuous - about three weeks, rest two or three weeks, and then three weeks again. Three series of these would be sufficient.

16. Also, after the third or fourth osteopathic treatment, we would begin with the use of the Radio-Active Appliance - for the equalization and a quieting of the nervous system. Circulate the attachments properly about the body. The use would be for an hour each day, preferably before ready for retiring. Have and keep the anodes clean.

17. After the first week of the osteopathic treatments, we would begin with the taking of White's Cod Liver Oil tablets. These should be taken about four each day; two after the morning meal, with a little milk - warm milk preferably; and two after the evening meal - thirty to forty minutes after the meal - preferably with a little warm water, or as hot as the body can drink. Not the evening dose with the milk, but the morning - and the evening with hot water. These we would keep up regularly.

18. In the matter of the diet: Beware of fried foods, of white bread, of fat meats. No hog meat at any time. The meats when taken should consist of fish, fowl or lamb. The vegetables would be the leafy as much as possible.

19. Ready for questions.

20. (Q) What is wrong with his throat? (A) Those reflexes from the pressures in the coccyx that coordinate with the cerebrospinal system and a portion of the sympathetic system; and the pressures that arise from same in the cervical.

21. (Q) The kidneys? (A) The pressures as indicated.

22. (Q) Could two falls be the cause? (A) These have been contributory to the condition, as has

been outlined. Make these corrections, using those things indicated; and we should have a normal physical body.
