Time of Reading 10:45 to 11:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1467]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, conditions still show improvements through the physical forces of the body.

3. While there are still some conditions that disturb the body at times - as that condition in the shoulder and the reactions to the system in which there is the feeling of lack of proper equilibrium - these are reflex conditions.

4. Now:

5. There needs to be the continuing of keeping the eliminations at an excess at times.

6. Also there needs to be the occasional general treatment osteopathically; this once a week or twice a month, but given especially deep in the areas of the upper dorsal and through the LUMBAR areas.

7. With these as we find, and the precautions as to keeping an equilibrium in the diets, we should find continued improvements with the body.

8. The excesses of the toxic forces produce the pressures along those areas in the shoulders and prevent the equilibrium to the head, where there is the coordination between the cerebrospinal, sympathetic and sensory systems. Gradually producing the equal balance in the manner indicated will reduce or take away the catch, also make for a better equilibrium of the body - through the activity of the hepatic circulation to the eliminations of the body.

9. Hence the DEEPER manipulations in the upper dorsal.

10. Hence also the keeping of the eliminations for the system at an excess at times; just so there is kept away that dull taste that arises at times in the mouth, especially of a morning. When such is the case, then take the properties that have been indicated for the eliminations.

11. Then when these have been brought to normalcy, we will

find the general improvements.

12. Ready for questions.

13. (Q) Has the pressure in the coccyx area been RAISED, as indicated? (A) Not fully raised as yet. Hence as indicated there should be the PARTICULAR attention given to the lumbar and upper dorsal.

14. (Q) Have the directions been followed correctly, by myself and by the doctor? (A) These have been very good. There needs be rather the keeping consistent with it, for the time being, see?

15. (Q) What causes "quick" feeling of teeth when using cold water? (A) This is from poor circulation to the sensory system, from that condition which has been indicated, that makes for this dizziness that occurs at times. This is from the same condition. Now if there is a better circulation set up in the upper dorsal, of course this would help the teeth also. This means then that there would be, when this general treatment is given, some manipulations around the head and neck, to the lower portion of the jaw and to the upper portions. This will increase the circulation and thus make for the carrying of a better condition to those portions. Also, other than the regular dentifrices used, we would about once or twice a week massage the gums with an equal combination of baking soda and table salt. Mix these thoroughly together and use as a rub. Put a little bit on the finger or dampen a cloth with same and massage the teeth and gums with it. This will tend to strengthen the gums and make for a better condition around the teeth, keep the acidity down, and produce better conditions through the mouth. Have a certain day to do this and then do it every time that day comes around; whether it comes on Monday evening, Sunday evening, Tuesday evening or Wednesday evening!

16. (Q) What may be done further to correct twitching of shoulder? (A) As indicated, the deeper circulation increased from the upper dorsal - these in the general treatments.

17. (Q) What caused the fainting spells I had on Nov. 14th and 15th? (A) The body adjusting itself to the reactionary conditions between the cerebrospinal and sympathetic systems. And these were as the movements in the ear or the FLUIDS in same that made a circle - well, like a flying motion - and the

1467-2 Page 3

indications as if it WANTED to faint!

18. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) Do those things as we find that have been indicated, and we will keep growing towards that near normalcy for this body.
