Time of Reading 11:05 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions he has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. As we find, most of the time there are very good reactions through the body; though there are still the effects and not the full elimination of those disturbances through the shoulder, the muscular forces of the body, FROM the inclination for accumulations of poisons through lack of proper eliminations to cause the body to function normal.

4. Or this causes disturbance to the body, upsetting the digestive force and producing pain through portions of the system.

5. Still, as we find, there should be the deeper or better coordination made in the cerebrospinal system, with the brachial center or the muscular forces to the shoulder and to the arms, and a GENERAL treatment as to setting up better eliminations and activities through the alimentary canal. These would be - such manipulations - much preferable to a great deal of medicinal properties.

6. However, precautions should be taken that there is sufficient of the laxative foods, or plenty of such as prunes, figs, raw vegetables, or fresh vegetables well-cooked, as a part of the diet; so as to make for plenty of iron as well as the activities for resistances through the system.

7. If the body does not respond to these, or does not gain the resistance sufficiently through the diet, then we find that Codiron would be a well-balance for producing plenty of the vitamins AND THE ACTIVITY necessary for the system.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Has the pressure on the pelvic bone been removed? (A) It has not been balanced. We would change to Hudgins - or Irvin.

10. (Q) What should I do for the twitching in my shoulder?

(A) Have the corrections made!

11. (Q) My hair is still falling out. What treatment should I give my scalp to prevent this? (A) Use an antiseptic, one week that of an acid nature, the next week of an alkaline nature. As we find, this would be the more preferable. Hence we would use Fitch's Scalp Tone one week, and the activity of Listerine the next week. These should make for a better condition for the hair.

12. (Q) What is cause and relief for the splits in my finger nails? (A) Lack of sufficient vitamins. Hence the influences in the diet as indicated, or the use of Codiron.

13. (Q) What shaving cream should I use? (A) Any emollient would be better as we find - as Molle's.

14. (Q) What razor is best for my skin? (A) Whatever is preferable to the body.

15. (Q) Any special toothbrush or tooth cream that would be advised? (A) The BEST, of course, is to use rather an equal combination of Salt and Soda, than any paste OR cream! if there is used at times any good cream or paste to cleanse the teeth thoroughly. But to massage with an equal combination of Salt and Soda is better than ALL the toothpastes that may be had!

16. (Q) Do my teeth need dental treatment? (A) They do. The gums will be improved by the use of the Salt and Soda also, which will make the general condition better. Naturally the lack of the activity of the glandular force causes the skin to rough easily, and the nails to crack or break easily - and this is a part of the disturbance with the hair also, as well as producing a general condition in the system. Do those things as we have indicated.

17. (Q) What causes the quick and achey feeling in the upper right teeth? (A) As indicated, the lack of the proper glandular force. Hence the diet or the properties indicated, with a balance of iron and a resistance which will make for activity of the glandular force of the body. Lack of activity through the thyroid.

18. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See separate directions [which were enclosed] for Osteopath.)
