Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. As we find, conditions are in some respects better and in others not so well; because there is not as consistent and persistent application as should be of the suggestions outlined.

4. While they are carried on very well for a while, then there are those activities and exposures of the body in such a way and manner that there is the inclination for the body to more easily - apparently - take cold. This is due to the adjustments having been made so as to create naturally a better coordination between the deeper and superficial circulation. And the exposure of the body, in ANY form or manner, tends to work more easily - or the body becomes more susceptible to the violent changes than if these corrections were not made.

5. Then, if the body will be more persistent and consistent in doing those things which have been suggested, more improvement may be expected.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) Have the adjustments by Dr. Hudgins been correctly given? (A) These have been very well given, but there has NOT been the cooperation of the BODY with the suggestions and with the activities as have been made through the adjustments! There needs to be more corrections made, but also a more consistency in diet, as to exposure and activity of the body; as to getting overheated or getting in the cold and the feet cold - and this tends to make for the reactions in the system for greater acidity.

This then should be altered by the diets; not so much of meats but more of raw and fresh vegetables, both cooked AND raw; and the meats, only fish, fowl or lamb - and no fried foods.

8. (Q) How often should the adjustments be given now? (A) As to whether or not they are given at all depends upon how CONSISTENT the body is going to be with its activities!

Only a few would be necessary, if there would be the consistency in other directions!

9. We are through with this Reading.
