1. EC: Yes, we have the records here ( - a beautiful record in part; in part so disturbed) of that entity now known as [1469].
2. In giving the interpretation - some of the appearances of the entity become so outstanding in their influence that they overshadow others, and some of those variations in the astrological aspects become disturbing in giving an interpretation.
3. Yet we will gather that as we find that may be helpful in the experience in the present, and which if applied may bring greater harmony and peace in the inner self of this entity during this experience.
4. In giving the interpretation then, we find the astrological aspects, and those from the sojourns in the earth, become somewhat confusing.
5. For there have been periods when the application of self has been not so well for its soul development, and others where it has shone with such a strong light that these become confusing to the entity in the present.
6. The astrological influences are from the sojourns of the entity in the environs about the earth. Thus to such sojourns there are given or accredited certain temperaments that are innately a portion of the entity, rather than because the entity was born at such and such an experience or time. Rather was the entity born at such and such a time because of their influence.
7. For the entity, as each soul, is a portion of the whole. Thus, though a soul may be as but a speck upon the earth's environs, and the earth in turn much less than a mote in the universe, if the spirit of man is so attuned to the Infinite, the music of harmony becomes as the divine love that makes for the awareness in the experience of the Creative Forces working with self for the knowledge of the
1469-1 Page 2
associations with same.
8. Hence we find the astrological sojourns become as innate urges; while the mental abilities of the entity so surpass in many ways the other influences.
9. Then we find Mercury, or mind, becomes an influence; while the material sojourns become as the urges from the emotional.
10. Hence we find, as may be found from that indicated, the entity is VERY spiritual-minded and yet quite emotional at times.
11. These, in their activity then, become - in other periods - confusions.
12. In the astrological then: Mercury, Venus, Jupiter - all become active influences in the experience of the entity in the present, because of the relationships with those environs of the soul as an entity IN such an activity or environment.
13. High mental efficiencies then, with a care for that which is the expression of same.
14. Hence we find in the material the seeking rather for that which stands as an emblem, as a shadow, as an indication of that influence which has prompted, or the assurance in self that others my have passed that way; thus the self gains assurance in the mental self and the spiritual awakening is assured of its purpose and its aims.
15. In the Jupiterian environ we find the mental influences that should be used, that may be used, that find a greater expression in giving to others as mass rather than as individuals the ideals and the purposes that may be the promptings of the entity.
16. Thus in writing or in song, or in those things that give the ability for expression of self, that may be taken or may be visioned or may be dwelt upon by the many, become the channels through which the entity may give or find the better means of expressing self in its relationships with others.
17. In Venus we find the sympathetic relationships that find expression; in not merely friendships, not merely material loves, but rather in the universality of love itself.
18. Hence a sympathetic mien, a sympathetic activity, a sympathetic relationship with those of kindred activities that may bear upon the entity.
19. Thus in the establishing of that as may be given as the outlet for self in such ways may the greater heights of ability in these directions be shown by the entity in the expressing of same, or manifesting of same.
20. Those influences from Saturn are not, save at periods,
1469-1 Page 3
those that become contrariwise or adverse; but do bring and have brought into the experience of the entity decided changes at periods in the mental associations as well as finding expression in the material environs such as to bring about at periods the expressions in a mien or manner where adverse forces arise from that which has seemed to be the correct expression at the time.
21. As to the appearances of the entity in the earth, and those as we find that influence the entity in the present:
22. One appearance, especially, as we have indicated, so overshadows the others as to be a part of the entity's experience in each sojourn in the earth; and - peculiarly - the entity is just entering that experience from that influence in the present. Not only from the astrological aspect but from the numerological as WELL as from the symbols.
23. For even the visions (of which the entity should be more mindful) have brought about certain symbols, that have been seen by the entity oft in the dream or the deeper meditation. THESE point also to those experiences in which the entity is just, in the present, entering.
24. As to the appearances in the earth, then:
25. These may not be all given, but those that affect or influence, by the application of the abilities of the entity as a whole in the present.
26. Before this (among those that are of influence in the present) we find the entity was in the land of the present nativity, during those periods that are now called the American Revolution.
27. The entity then was active in those periods when there was the occupation of what is now Long Island, New York, and those environs about the land of nativity, by the British - or the opponents of that to which the entity, though young in years, had given itself, did give itself.
28. Though in the same sex as in the present, the entity then was ACTIVE in making for those things that became a portion of the Intelligence department.
29. For the MENTAL self, the wisdom of mental activity, has ever been and will ever be a portion of the entity's experience in WHATEVER CONSCIOUSNESS it may attain; and that which carries reason with same is ever as it were a portion of the entity.
30. Thus the entity served, and in the experience the entity gained through not only those abilities but through the satisfying of that innate urge of the self for the FREEDOM of activity.
31. Hence the relationships that have to do with those in
1469-1 Page 4
authority, whether it be political, in home, in business, in any activity, have to the entity in the present experience always had those PECULIAR significances. Not as of authoritative, but that they are a portion of the freedom of self-expression.
32. The name then was Amy Acrombie in the experience, and the help the entity gave made for the influences that are still felt among those in authority as to campaigning in such activities; that were the experiences of man during that period of the influences in his activity in this sphere.
33. In the present experience from that sojourn two definite feelings arise within the entity: Never give ALL that you know to those that you may even attempt to aid, unless you are very sure of their position. Keep free from those entanglements that may cause too many questionings.
34. These are innate, these are a part of the entity.
35. And as will be seen, these have been through the experiences of the entity in material sojourns so much a part of self that only if patience is gained in self - not with others but in self - this great awakening may soon be a part of the entity; that there is in each soul that which if applied becomes as the stepping-stones for greater undertakings.
36. Before that we find the entity was in the land now known as the Roman, during those periods when there were the activities in many of the lands for occupation, for the obtaining of revenue and the like.
37. The entity then was close to those in authority under those in power; hence it may be said that the entity was of the royal household.
38. And with the natural incentive that has ever been for freedom, and again of knowledge, and again of activity, the entity sought to accompany those of its own household to those lands where the strange experiences were.
39. Thus the entity visited many of the lands that were occupied by its companions during that experience, which was - as may be known - very unusual for those periods.
40. Thus the entity came to know much that was used as counsel, as advice; not as from the secular nature but rather as that becoming authoritative for the good of the many.
41. In that the entity aided, the entity developed for self; and the entity, as Pompepipen, made for activities with the Romans, the Carpathians, those in the Alexandrian land, the Judean, and the lands about the Pyrenees, such that much the entity gave has stood, will stand, as things that to some
1469-1 Page 5
become destructive, to others become as the uplift.
42. For the entity made for those activities that brought destruction in the end, though brought knowledge to many in that individual experience.
43. There the entity lost then, and gained, lost and gained.
44. And from those very experiences may the entity in the present find oft that too much knowledge may appear to be destructive unless it is applied in the daily life.
45. Before that we find the entity was in the land now called the Persian or Arabian, during that period when the 'city in the hills and the plains' was as a Mecca for those of many, many lands.
46. The entity was among the natives that came with the first of the caravans that made for those activities where it became a place of healing.
47. The entity became a healer. Hence blue-green has been as a color, as a vibration. Also many bangles, many fancy things become as an innate portion of the entity's whole feeling; many wavy lines; music that is of a particular nature or kind. And all of these raise the vibrations of the entity.
48. And the entity may be - if it will apply itself - a HEALER to others, even by the laying on of hands.
49. For the vibrations are high, and these are of the healing nature to those especially who are troubled with those things that have raised the emotions to detrimental influences to the whole of the assimilation; the assimilating system, to the nervous system, to the heart's activity, to the influences where destruction of self is at times felt necessary.
50. The entity may soothe, the entity may cause all such to become quiet.
51. For the entity gained through that experience much that if applied in the present may become very, very worth while; not only for the assurance that is always sought in self but for the help, the hope it may bring to others.
52. For after all, the whole duty of man in any experience is to show forth the love the Father has shown, in the manner and in the way as to bring hope to those that - from the material things - have lost sight of the promises to the children of men.
53. The name then was Shasum.
54. The entity gained - and those experiences are a portion of the entity's influences in the present, if they will be applied.
55. Then to write of such, then to administer such, should be the work of the entity in the present.
1469-1 Page 6
56. Before that, we come to the one that may be said to overshadow all the others.
57. For there the entity was the Princess, or the daughter of the Young King in Egypt when all the turmoils and strifes arose; and when there were those activities that made for the influences which changed as it were the whole conditions of the world - or the earth - in the experience.
58. And there the entity may be said to have been as that influence which turned same.
59. For not only from the counsel of the Counselor was the Priest banished but by the word of the entity at that period.
60. Not only was the Priest recalled by the supplications from without, and the activities by those of the King's own household and the Rebellions and the declamations by those from the Atlantean land, but because the entity had come to the experience and to the consciousness that such must be; not only for the material gains but for the satisfying of that within self that had become so much in turmoil, through the strifes that had arisen in the entity's father's own household.
61. Then with the reestablishing of the Priest, the entity became active in not only the religious services but the varied forms of expression in the hospitalizations, in the teachings, in the active service in the training of all classes and activities.
62. For the entity then carried on much of that which became the active service.
63. Then is it any wonder that in the present all forms of a spiritual activity, where TEACHINGS of ANY nature are given that will arouse the individuals to an ACTIVITY, are a portion of the entity's consciousness?
64. Thus seeing good in that which others see disturbing, seeing that which may be helpful in those movements and natures of same that to others oft become as stumblingblocks.
65. For the entity has been enabled through those very experiences, as Ar-Teshet, to make for those influences that will bring - if they will be applied in the associations of those peoples of that particular period - much that would be of greater help than all the counseling of many counselors, or of many influences that have thus far been experienced by those groups.
66. These then may be again a part of the entity's service, the entity's activity. For again the entity may find ready hands, as then, to go forward in the various departments of a service to mankind that becomes, as it were, the answer to
1469-1 Page 7
the many, many that are disturbed by the turmoils that are arising here and there.
67. To what may the entity attain, then, and how?
68. Find thy place in the services, in the activities of thy fellow man, in the ministering through the abilities in the writing, in the music; and in the most, the COUNSEL ye may give to the Young King - yea, thy sire in that experience in the Egyptian land!
69. Let the laws of love guide thee, and the freedom of speech be ever present with thee.
70. Let the light of His countenance, as ye have found in thine inner self, guide thee.
71. For when ye see that blue-green light, and the triangle and the dove, or the birds of paradise, KNOW that the way is being opened for thee.
72. Ready for questions.
73. (Q) What is my worst fault and how best to overcome it? (A) WHO is to say one's worst fault? Study rather to show self, ever, approved unto that thou hast set as thy SPIRITUAL ideal. For HE found fault with no one. Why should those forces find fault with thee? Use that thou hast in hand as knowledge, as power, as love; and thy faults and thy errors, thy disturbing forces, fade as the dew of the mist before the light of truth or the sun (son) of righteousness.
74. (Q) How can I make my life more interesting? (A) As has been indicated, writing those influences as ye have seen, as ye have experienced; as also in counsel to those that are awakening that activity from the Egyptian experience. For the many phases of same WILL be, are, of interest in such ways that they will make thy life experience worth while - and interesting. For to see those that have lost hope awakened; to see those that have only sought for self-indulgence, self-aggrandizement, turn to weep with those that are sad and to rejoice with those that are glad, and to make the paths straight for the many that are wandering away, brings harmony that ye seek, brings the peace that may be thine own. And THESE make life, experience, worth while. For Life, ye know, is the manifestation of that ye worship as God.
75. (Q) Is there some change in my life I can make to bring more happiness to my husband and boy? (A) As has been indicated, as we find, ye are just entering a new experience. With these awakenings - for as ye make
1469-1 Page 8
thine own life beautiful in service to others, ye bring happiness and joy to those about thee. As ye give the truth ye receive its beauties and its bounties to those about thee, as a natural consequence.
76. (Q) Is it probable that I will have to live in Europe much longer? (A) The change is coming, which as we find makes it not probable.
77. (Q) What business am I best suited for? (A) Writing and counseling; for ye have counseled oft, and more oft than otherwise it has been good.
78. (Q) How can I be more spiritual? (A) Applying that ye know. For we grow in grace, in knowledge, in understanding of spiritual laws, as we apply gentleness, kindness, patience, longsuffering, to those we meet day by day. Not long-facedly, no; but in JOY of the Lord!
