Time of Reading Apt. 11-E, 11:30 to 11:50 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1469].

2. As we find, conditions in the present indicate the effects of disturbing influences as related to accumulations in the system. And naturally with the removal of these there are the inclinations for the system to renew towards activities as related not only to the healing but the effect of the drosses or extra accumulations.

3. Hence precautions should be taken by the body, as has been indicated for same, in respect to the activities - until full recuperations have been accomplished.

4. In the general these are the conditions-physical as we find them with this body, [1469] we are speaking of:

5. The blood supply indicates that the red blood flow, or accumulation, is somewhat below normal. Not to the extent that the body may be said to be excessively delinquent in same, or an anemia reaction, but there are the inclinations or tendencies for the reactions in the direction.

6. Hence we have still in the circulatory forces of the body, the functioning of the organs as related to same, a little quick pulsation of the heart's activity, of the liver's reaction, of also the activity in the lower hepatic circulation.

7. Yet all of these, with the proper precautions, may adjust themselves; not overexercise, yet not under estimating the necessity of same sufficiently to keep the general reactions in the system well balanced. And do not expose self in such manners as to incur extra amounts of draft, or the cold feet; though these are inclined to be in this direction, by the slowed circulation through the lower portions of the extremities, owing to the necessity of the better coagulation to take place through the pelvic organs and the activities of the lower portion of the abdominal areas; as well as through the soft tissue in the upper portion of the bodily forces themselves.

8. Hence we find only that proper precautions should be

taken.

9. We would find a most EFFECTIVE activity with the use of the Radio-Active Appliance for keeping equalizations in the circulatory forces, for toning or reionizing the system as related to the vibratory forces, the making for the ability of the body to rest and for recuperative forces to be equally balanced throughout the system.

10. These vibrations we would find more effective to take periodically; or for a week or ten days consistently, left off for a week, then again taken - unless there is overactivity as to tire the body physically or mentally; then at such times the use of same would be found effective in bringing better or quicker recuperation.

11. Keep the eliminations and the diet balanced.

12. That is, at least have an eighty percent alkalinity in the diets to twenty percent of the acid-producing foods.

13. Hence little starches, or no great quantities of fats - these equally balanced for the activity of the body.

14. And occasionally have a thorough manipulation osteopathically to prevent any of the accumulations along the cerebrospinal system, or the coordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal system becoming stagnant even.

15. Thus we will find we will keep an equal balance and near to normal forces, and the recuperative forces near to that as will keep the balance for the body.

16. Ready for questions.

17. (Q) How often should the osteopathic manipulations be given? (A) Whenever there is a tired or overanxious feeling in any portion of the body. This may be once a week for two or three, and then left off for a month or more, and again these taken - occasionally taken - would be most effective for the body.

18. (Q) Any specific directions regarding the manipulations? (A) As indicated, a general rather than specific treatment. To prevent any accumulations, or through those specific centers where there is the closer coordination between the sympathetic or vegetative nerve system and the deeper or cerebospinal nerve system - those ganglia.

19. (Q) How long and how often should the Radio-Active Appliance be used? (A) As indicated, and in the manner indicated, for thirty minutes to an hour, dependent upon the feelings or reactions of the body to same. This is as a preventative more than as a curative. These vibrations are effective for the regaining and keeping of the equilibrium, in the use of same, see? But circulate the

attachments of the Appliance about the body in the form or manner as is indicated for same.
