Time of Reading 4:05 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1480], present in this room.

2. Now as we find, there are conditions the better reactions of which produced in the system would make for the prevention of disturbances, rather, and bring the body much nearer to normal.

3. These as we find - the improper reactions - arise from old disturbances of natures where there were lesions in the pelvic areas; and these have produced effects upon the glandular forces of the body as related to the adrenals, the assimilation, and to the impulses at the base of the brain - or in the 1st and 2nd cervical areas.

4. Then these are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1480] we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, here we find the indications of how there is the inability to produce proper reactions, because of the lack of the proper amount of elements for the coagulative forces when there is produced sufficient activity for the elimination of drosses or used energies of the body.

6. It produces incoordination between the sympathetic or vegetative nerve system and the cerebrospinal system, or a nervous reaction wherein at times the body finds it impossible to obtain that balance which is desired or needed; and it becomes easily irritated. Or there are periods when the body may not be able to obtain the full quantity of rest, or there is the inability for the rest to give the proper relaxation to the body as there should be for its up-building or for keeping the balance.

7. There are at times conditions that find reactions to the head, at times to other organs, and a nervous reaction.

8. It's not nervous indigestion, but oft there have been the indications as if arising from same. Rather is it the inability of the proper distribution of the forces in the

1480-1 Page 2

blood stream for coagulation to take place properly.

9. So the excesses of eliminations produce greater distresses and greater strains on the body.

10. IN THE NERVE FORCES AND NERVE ENERGIES, as indicated, those activities have existed at times through the pelvis and the ileum plexus where the effect has been not exactly lesions, not exactly adherences, but the tendencies as it were for the inactivity of impulses - or inflammation, rather than the proper impulses to the body.

11. Hence we find the reactions to the nervous system through those indications as given in the blood stream itself.

12. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces and reflexes are very good. The mental abilities, the mental reactions are very good - from the cerebrospinal as well as from the sympathetic system, and from the activities of the sensory organs.

13. However, from the nerve pressures produced by those reactions in the body as indicated, we find at times there is the awareness of the conditions in the ear; so that there is a straining to keep a proper equilibrium or balance; so that noises occur, and the feelings of the activities through the Eustachian tube become a portion of the disturbing factor. Again there would be an activity to the throat, the voice or the vocal cords, or the sensory reactions.

14. These as indicated are reflexes from nerve pressures produced in the activities of the system, reflex through the blood stream, and to the portions of the body disturbed - in the eyes, ears, nose, throat, as related to the sensory forces.

15. As to the activities in the organs, with the general applications as we find may be indicated, these will find better reactions in the body.

16. Lungs, bronchials, larynx - the reactions are very good save for the improper coagulation.

17. Hence functional or sympathetic disturbances but not organic; and not even what may be termed DEEPLY functional.

18. Digestive forces of the body as related to the heart's activity, and to that between the upper hepatic and the lower hepatic circulation - here we find at times there may be heard rather a murmur or skip, or as of a relationship between the liver circulation and the heart not functioning normally - or being disturbed.

19. This as we find is a sympathetic condition, not an organic; and as we find these disturbing reactions should disappear and normalcy be brought - with the correction of

1480-1 Page 3

those areas in the cerebrospinal system from which all of these portions receive their impulse for nerve as well as blood supply, then the altering through the applications for the blood stream itself as related to the functioning of the assimilating forces.

20. The nervous condition at times produces superacidity. This, of course, has been controlled by applications made for same, as well as by the inclinations for keeping the diets better in the body; but such reactions exist by the very activity of those disturbances indicated.

21. The activities of the spleen and the pancreas and throughout the digestive fluids of the body we find near to normal, though at times they become upset - as indicated by the very disturbance in the body.

22. Through the activities of the pelvis as related to the lower hepatic circulation, as activities of the kidneys and the bladder, these we find disturbed at times through sympathetic and reflex conditions from the disturbances in the body.

23. THEN, IN MAKING THE CORRECTIONS FOR THE BODY:

24. As we find, there are corrections needed as indicated in the upper portion of the axis of the pelvis - the upper portion of same, now, through the pelvic activity or the caecum areas themselves as related to the SACRALS. Now, from the caecum to the sacrals. This, of course, as related to the ACTIVITY of these.

25. Then this coordinating through the 9th and 8th dorsal, then the coordinating of these to the upper dorsal and through the cervical area.

26. These RELAX the system, so that - WITH the application of the low vibratory forces from the Radio-Active Appliance (which is only to make for rest in the body-functioning) - we create a normal balance between the upper and the lower pressures, the upper and the lower portions of the system as related to the vibratory forces of the body; by these two applications (the corrections AND the Appliance) being taken coordinatingly one with another.

27. And then take Ventriculin internally to produce a stimulating of the hormones in the blood supply for more of enzyme activity to the plasm of the blood supply, or in the hemoglobin reaction. The activities of these properties will NOT make for increasing in weight; they will make for the keeping of nominalcy.

28. Do these consistently and persistently, and we will prevent many, many disturbances later, and make the physical activities in the present much more normal.

29. As to diets, we would not alter those that have been

1480-1 Page 4

LATELY the considerations of same.

30. And as to the activities of the body - keep constructive in its thinking. For this should be a part of every nominal or normal reaction for a physical organism.

31. To sum up, then:

32. Applications osteopathically from the caecum to the sacrals' reaction; that's following, of course, portions of the colon but as related, of course, to the bladder - from the plexus in the frontal portions as well as through the sacral and the last lumbar area. Coordinate these with the 9th and 8th dorsal centers, relaxing, but setting up drainages from those in the UPPER dorsal AND cervicals.

33. Use the Radio-Active Appliance; circulating the attachments about the body as is indicated for its use. Apply for thirty to forty minutes each day for three weeks, leave off a week to ten days, then use again. Keep anodes very, very clean before applied. Do not allow, in the use of the Appliance, the water to come over the top.

34. Take a teaspoonful of the Ventriculin every other day, not every day.

35. But let all of these be done coordinatingly, not one without the other - if we would bring the better conditions.

36. Ready for questions.

37. (Q) [By GC] The Ventriculin with or without Iron? (A) If it had been with Iron we would have given it! Without the Iron!

38. (Q) What causes the pain, pressure or queer sensation in my ears, and what can be done to remedy same? (A) As indicated, these arise from pressures in the lumbar and sacral area traversing or traveling along the impulses of the sympathetic system that coordinate with the sensory centers. While the impulses from the sensory centers arise principally from the upper dorsal and the cervical area, these connect with the lumbar and sacral areas also. These disturbances we will find disappearing with the use of the Appliance to coordinate this impulse of activity from the electrical flow of bodily functioning, (This Appliance is not electrical save by the changing of the vibratory forces from the bodily sources themselves) and with the mechanical corrections osteopathically, and with the use of those properties in the system that change the blood flow.

39. (Q) Is this arthritis active? If so, what is to be done about it? (A) This condition is not even of an arthritic nature! It is rather, as indicated, the effect of that disturbance wherein the activity of the plasm of the blood stream allows

1480-1 Page 5

in the tissue of the body, as in the activity of the extremities and portions of the bodily forces, that sticky or hardening condition. Hence the use of the Ventriculin or the enzymes to act upon the flow of the blood force itself; and the necessity of the osteopathic manipulations to distribute energies, to stimulate the plexus in the areas as particularly indicated; with the use of the Appliance to equalize the vibratory forces of the body; and we will find such reactions disappearing!

40. (Q) How can my tendency towards obesity be controlled? (A) By creating a normal balance; using the diets properly, yes - but if the applications are used as indicated we will keep NORMALCY as to weight, as to activities, as to the reflexing of the forces themselves in the system.

41. (Q) What is the reason for so much formation of intestinal gas? (A) Just those descriptions as indicated, as to the activities of the system related to the ASSIMILATING system, the lack of those properties in the plasm of the blood forces themselves to produce coagulation without producing inflam mation or fermentation of assimilated forces in the body. As the gastric flow does not make for the proper balance, this does not receive the proper balance because there is the lack of the flow of the blood stream - or the lack of the elements or enzymes in same; hence it becomes necessary to add these to the body. Do these things as indicated, and we will bring the better and near normal forces for this body.

42. (Q) What is the reason for gums receding, and what remedy? (A) The activities in the structural portions of the body, from lack of those influences in the bodily functionings as indicated. Now as we find, as has been given, glandular forces are under distress. Hence the salivary glands are lacking in their proper formations because of the attempts for the body to secrete or create the balance between the alkalinity and acidity in the system. As this has gradually drawn away, and there's less saliva than there is normally from the activity of the glands (if functioning properly), it naturally produces that effect upon the soft tissue of same.

1480-1 Page 6

With the use of those things indicated, then the local stimulation with Ipsab, we will find these changing to the betterment for the body.

43. (Q) Have I damaged my body by my reduction in weight? (A) Not so that the damage may not be repaired. Such activities become a part of the disturbance. But do as we have given.
