R E A D I N G
Time of Reading 4:40 to 5:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., New York. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1488].
2. As we find, conditions are rather in the serious nature for this body.
3. The relaxings being given in the bromides are not an aiding. While the body responds somewhat, these conditions as we find are of a more specific nature. And unless the adhesions are broken up, the nerve AND mental strain will be very disturbing and grow worse.
4. These then are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1488] we are speaking of:
5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find a deficiency, owing to the strains upon the whole nervous systems of the body. And we find there is the lack of the proper nourishments that are assimilated FOR the replenishing or the rebuilding in this direction.
6. The activities in the pulsation and the heart's activity have varied and do vary according to the reactions from the disturbing factors, from the mental reactions and from the administrations that have been indicated.
7. IN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, here we find the cause or those sources from which, unless there is relief, must prove very disturbing results.
8. There is incoordination between the deeper circulation and the superficial circulation, owing to pressures produced by adhesions in the upper portion of the pelvis and the activities of same to the brush end, or the lower end of the cerebrospinal system as it functions with the superficial or sympathetic nervous system.
9. Hence the weakness, the exhaustion, the nausea that has occurred at times more than occurring at present; but these are enough to be disturbing: the hallucinations, the activities from the mental forces arise from pressures in the areas in the lower portion of the dorsal and upper portion of the lumbar area.
1488-1 Page 2
10. These as we find then are the SOURCES.
11. AS TO THE EFFECTS THESE HAVE UPON THE ORGANS AND THE REACTIONS OF SAME THROUGH THE SYSTEM, all are under stress and strain, not only from the disturbing forces but from the lack of the proper flow that causes disturbance through the lower circulation to the lower extremities, to the upper portion of the system through the reflexes and the general conditions in the body.
12. THEN, AS WE FIND, IN MAKING ADMINISTRATIONS THAT AID OR WOULD BE HELPFUL TO THIS BODY IN THE PRESENT: As soon as there have been the applications of these things suggested here sufficient that there will be a quieting, then sedatives OF ANY NATURE should be gradually diminished.
13. The first administrations should be under a sympathetic application of adjustments that may be made chiropractically OR osteopathically in this case, but especially for those areas through the coccyx and the last dorsals; of course, coordinating the lumbar axis and those through the lower portion of the solar plexus axis - or at the 9th dorsal centers.
14. Also with same we would administer the low electrical vibrations that produce BODILY coordination, which should be ascertained through the electric magnetic forces that show such variations - the vibratory forces, the static forces of electricity to coordinate the vibratory forces between the sympathetic or vegetative forces and the cerebrospinal system.
15. As we find, just before the administrations of the manipulations and adjustments, the deep or heavy Castor Oil Packs across the area of the lower abdomen and around the lower lumbar, and the lower dorsal centers, would be helpful in breaking up or absorbing the adhesions; with the manipulations and adjustments THEN made following same.
16. And to keep rest for the body, when the other treatments are not given or taken - or of evening - we would use the Radio-Active Appliance, that will make for the creating in the vibratory forces of the bodily function a coordination between the nerve systems of the body. Circulate the attachments about the body in the order that has been indicated for such; that is, the first attachment should make a circle about the body - one day the right wrist, the next day the left wrist, the next day the left ankle, the next day the right ankle; then start with the right wrist again, the other attachment always being to the opposite extremity, see?
17. Ready for questions.
18. (Q) Who would be the best doctor to take care of this case?
1488-1 Page 3
(A) This must be decided by those through whom and for whom the administrations are being made. They have their experiences, they have those activities to meet. As we find, such an one as Miller.
19. (Q) Could Dr. Miller take care of the entire course of treatments? (A) Take care of the entire course.
20. (Q) Should the body be removed from where she is, or should the treatments be given where she is living? (A) They may be given where she is living, and for many reasons this would be preferable to the body itself. Do these, and as we find we may bring the better conditions for this body.
21. (Q) Is there any condition of the heart? (A) There's a great deal of disturbance with the heart! owing to the pressures upon the nerve system, and as this is a portion of the sympathetic reaction, this is irregular - as we have indicated in the very first. NOT an organic heart disturbance; a reflex. Not even functional, but a reflex condition from the nerve pressures produced in the upper portion of the abdominal area.
22. We are through for the present. Two copies to husband (one for Dr. Mary A. Miller, 205 W. 57th st., New York City) Copy to Ass'n file (Radio-Active Appliance explanatory sheet, and Castor Oil Packs directions, [were] enclosed.)
