Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GC: You will give the present physical condition of this body, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes - same address - [1498].

3. As we find, there are still those inclinations for the anemic forces, and the disturbances through the assimilating and eliminating forces of the body.

4. These naturally, with the toxic forces which arise from the disturbance, become a contributory cause to the general disturbing conditions of the body; thus producing a greater strain upon the inclinations for the anemic force and the lack of sufficient activity through the superficial circulatory forces.

5. Then, we would continue with those suggestions which have been made - and as would necessarily be a little bit more consistently followed than they have been heretofore.

6. Also we would add a tonic in the form of Codiron, which would be taken three times each day; one pellet at each meal. This will make for a much better appetite, gradually. But be persistent with this! Don't take it a day or two and leave it off, or take it for two or three mornings and then for two or three evenings, or two or three noon meals and then leave it off! Rather let it be a consistent thing.

7. In the matter of the diet, let figs, apricots and prunes be a part of the morning or evening meal - especially for the eliminations of the body.

8. Occasionally - not long series but occasionally - we would have the adjustments osteopathically. If these are once a week, and kept up rather consistently, it would be better for the body, with the general conditions of the system.

9. In the diets - as compared with those things indicated for a special condition - use a great deal of raw foods once a day; a great deal of the combinations of foods that make for body-building.

10. Thus we will have better influences and forces for this

body.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) What progress have I made? (A) There's considerable progress, but still the inclination for this tiredness, weakness, and the inability of proper assimilation which persists.

13. (Q) Is the circulation better? (A) Some better, but needs greater stimulation.

14. (Q) The conditions in the soft tissues of the face which caused swelling seem to be better but as yet I still have some swelling both over and under the eyes. (A) As we find, with the use consistently of the tonic indicated, there should be better stimulation made, - provided sufficient of the adjustments are taken to alleviate the connections here of the face and the head and neck through the vagus center.

15. (Q) Are the adhesions in the pelvis smaller? (A) They are smaller, less irritating - but still persist in giving ADHERING reactions at times. Thus we have a little inclination for the activity of the kidneys, as well as a reflex circulation that becomes disturbing.

16. (Q) Is my battery Appliance still good? (A) Still good, if it is kept clean - that is, the plates for attachment - polished each time before using.

17. (Q) Are there any exercises which I could do myself that would help? (A) Any of those that would be of the circular motions of the body. While it would be very severe in the beginning, we find it would be very well in the evening before retiring, and in the morning upon arising before dressing, to take this exercise: Rise upon the hands, with the feet braced against the wall (face down, you see). Circulate the torso portion of the body; up, down, circle, to the right then to the left. Do this for about a minute the first eight to ten times, and then it may be gradually increased to be done two or three minutes. It will give a better strengthening, and improve the muscular forces through the abdomen, the back, the limbs, and even the arms and through the area of the heart and lungs.

18. (Q) Will you please advise complete diet? (A) As indicated, use at least once a day the quantities of figs - the black figs or the stewed figs or the Smyrna figs, any of those; and occasionally the better quality or quantity of prunes, as well as apricots should be a part of the diet. At least once each day have a combination salad of raw vegetables. Then keep the general body-building foods; keeping a well-balance in the alkalin and acid-producing

foods.
