Time of Reading 10:30 to 10:45 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1505].

3. As we find, conditions in many respects are very good - throughout.

4. There are some developments from normal activities, in a manner, and yet there will be the needs for some corrective measures - or precautionary measures - as respecting the non-activity of digestive forces, as well as those conditions related to the formations or developments through the pelvic organs.

5. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1505] we are speaking of, present in this room:

6. The blood supply indicates the quickening of the life-flow energies through the body. The lack of certain elements in the chemical system produces, through this quickening, the activity of the assimilating system, the creative or formative system, the anxieties - or trembling.

7. Thus those reactions which exist in the body-functionings themselves.

8. The nerve forces of the body, of course, become quickened - through the establishing of the varied relationships between the cerebrospinal nervous reaction and the quickening to the flow of the sympathetic.

9. Thus the body, through the nervous forces, becomes "jumpy," or there are suddenly QUICK reactions.

10. The bringing about of changes causes the upsetting to the flow of the lymph AND the emunctory activities through soft tissue in the abdominal areas, as well as the flow in the gastric conditions of the duodenum and stomach proper.

11. These, as we find, are the disturbing influences.

12. We find that there only needs to be the precautionary

measures taken as to excitement, overactivity, or the tendency to stand too long upon feet, or lifting, or such things as might cause the reactions suddenly to the general nervous forces of the body.

13. And take internally a compound to react upon the gastric flow of the body itself, through the assimilating system and through the activity of the nervous system of the body; prepared in this manner:

14. To 1 ounce of Lime Water, add - in the order named: Cinnamon Water........................1 ounce, 10% Solution Iodide of Potassium.....10 minims, 10% Solution Bromide of Potassium.....5 minims. Shake the solution well before taking. Take a teaspoonful in a little water two to three times a day. Do not take after or when such would become druggy, or indicate that there had been a crystallization of the bromides in the solution.

15. These should bring the more normal reactions and bettered conditions, relieving those tensions for nervous headaches, the tiredness and anxiety as experienced through the lower portion of the abdominal area and across the back.

16. Ready for questions.

17. (Q) Should the Solution be taken before or after meals? (A) Depends on whether the nausea or nervousness occurs! It is to be taken at such periods. At some times this begins before or upon arising, or after some unusual activity, see? Don't take, though, more than three times a day.

18. (Q) What is the condition of the kidneys? (A) Here, as we find, these are ADJUSTING THEMSELVES - as it were - to the normal pulsation that is being created, or that must be established; while the properties given here are to aid in the equalizing of the flow or the activity of the kidney in relationship to establishing that nerve impulse from lack of certain elements needed in the system. The heart's activity is normal, only quickened by the condition which exists between sympathetic and cerebrospinal system in its activity. This bromide also, as we find, should act as a sedative, but is NOT sufficient to destroy or to make for any excesses in activity.

19. (Q) What suggestions regarding diet and exercise? (A) The diet should be well balanced between plenty of foods that carry silicon and lime; while the exercise should be rather the walking a great deal - not overtiring, but

this is the better exercise.
