1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
3. As we find, many changes have taken place with this body since last we had same here.
4. In the present we find that the resistance is very low. There is a low count in the red blood supply. These are natural consequences; but there should be the building up for more vital forces to resist these deficiencies, as well as to build better resistance and recuperative forces throughout the body.
5. There will necessarily be some precautions taken lest there be too great an amount of scar tissue, where it was necessary for the recuperative forces to be applied [See 1505-7, Par. R2]. This, naturally, requires then that there be not an overabundance of energies as to keep from this reestablishing of the cartilaginous forces, or such natures, but that the resistance and red blood force be built up.
6. As we find, this will come more, of course, by the diet, and certain characters of exercise.
7. We find that the setting-up exercise, consistently taken once each day, would be very helpful; three to five minutes daily; the stooping and raising. Stooping with the hands above the head; bending a little bit forward; the hands on hips and a circular motion of the body; and the head and neck exercise.
8. And then the regular habits.
9. Fill the diet with such as fish, fowl, lamb occasionally, and the leafy vegetables. Plenty of milk, malted milks at times - three to four times a week, at least.
10. And we would take, at least three days a week, the vitamin forces as found in the yeast cake with tomato juice. One cake of yeast - this, of course, the best yeast - the yellow label, and break same, dissolve in a small quantity

of the juice and then stir in and drink a whole glass of the tomato juice with same, see?
11. Keep the body alkalized with the regular diet of fruits and raw vegetables also.
12. Doing these, if they are done consistently, and the general precautions taken, conditions should improve.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) Do the glasses need changing? (A) Don't change them until you have taken the exercise, at least of the head and neck, for ten days to two weeks; then as we find it should not be necessary.
15. (Q) Should I continue to allow the baby to nurse now and then? (A) Not very good for the body, nor is it good for the baby! Either do one or the other. And as we find, it would be better to put the baby entirely on bottle.
