Time of Reading 4:10 to 4:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alaska.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1506].

3. Now as we find, there would be rather those warnings given respecting inclinations towards disturbances which without corrections may lead to those conditions that would necessitate operative measures, and conditions that would be rather serious to combat.

4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1506] we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. In the blood supply we find disturbances as related to the metabolism and the inclination for a disturbance between the heart and the liver - or a disturbance in the circulation between heart and liver. However, there is as yet no organic heart disturbance. There is a disturbance between the liver and the kidneys.

6. This then, from the very nature of the pressures changed in same, indicates a disturbance in the manner of the activities between the liver, the pancreas, the spleen, AND the gall duct circulation.

7. Hence we find those conditions or tendencies that need careful consideration, in relation to these inclinations and disturbances which arise.

8. As to what any or either of these disturbances might lead, without corrections, would depend upon the manner of activity and the diet, as combined with the stimulations that offer activities of these organs as related to the general circulation.

9. In the nervous system - this we do not find as an involvement in the conditions or disturbances, but naturally such pressures are produced by such alterations in the metabolism, the katabolism, AND the circulation between the

1506-2 Page 2

upper and the lower hepatics, and the inclinations for the pancreas and the spleen to be involved, as to cause greater agitation to the sympathetic nervous system - or the anxieties and the expectancies for the effect of such disturbances, as well as the effect upon the deeper or cerebrospinal system.

10. Hence there are those tensions which exist in the associated centers through which cerebrospinal and sympathetic react for these inclinations and tendencies.

11. As to the activity of the organs themselves - these, as we find, are the tendencies for involvement:

12. The heart's circulation, the metabolism between the liver and heart - or the aorta artery, and the pancreas and spleen.

13. Sympathetically, from the pancreas disturbance and the amount of sugars produced, there are those conditions which deflect towards the disturbance in the lower hepatics - or through the kidneys themselves.

14. As we find, in making for corrections here, there needs to be first those applications that would produce a reaction through the liver area itself - in such a manner as would stimulate same to clarify its circulation; that is, as to the activities of the organs of assimilation, the pancreas, the liver, the gall duct - for these are governed primarily or principally through the lymph and the sympathetic circulation. Hence we need to stimulate that area in such a way that it might be "warmed," as it were, so as to cause the disgorgement of that tendency for the gall duct area to clog.

15. Then we need to purify the system; relaxing those areas or centers in the cerebrospinal system that are inclined to become involved between the superficial and the deep circulation.

16. Also we need to refrain from those foods or activities that would tend to create a disturbance through these areas.

17. And thus we will find great improvements for the body.

18. First, then:

19. We would apply Heavy Castor Oil Packs over the liver and gall duct area, for one hour each day, for at least two days. Have three to four thicknesses of flannel soaked in Castor Oil and applied over the area. Then apply heat, so that there is the absorption of same; tending to relax the area.

20. Following the last Pack in the series, take internally two tablespoonsful of Olive Oil.

21. Then the next day have the alimentary canal and the colon flushed, by the use of a colonic irrigation.

1506-2 Page 3

22. Rest then about three days, and have a thorough, gentle massage, with the body thoroughly relaxed before the massage is given. This would preferably be given by a regular masseuse, rather than one to make specific corrections; though the principal area to be massaged or treated is from the 9th dorsal to the base of the brain.

23. The colonic might also be given by the masseuse, or one skilled in giving such.

24. Refrain from fried foods, or fats.

25. Have more of cereals, dried cereals; also carrot juice, celery and lettuce juice - these combined. Plenty of tomato juice and the like.

26. Not great quantities at all of flesh; though fish, fowl or lamb - not fried - may be taken in moderation.

27. Refrain from drinks as of carbonated waters or the like. Tea and coffee are not very well, though they may be taken in moderation at times.

28. Drink plenty of water.

29. Doing these, we will find that these tendencies and inclinations will be removed from this body, [1506].

30. Ready for questions.

31. (Q) What causes the pains and acid condition in stomach, and what should be done to correct it? (A) The conditions just described - tendency for lack of gastric flow activity, and the conditions existing in gall duct area. If there is a disturbance or a fullness, or a tendency for gas formation - take about twice each day a small quantity (not large quantities) of ALCAROID; this as an intestinal antiseptic, and to relieve the tendency for gas formations from the inclinations for the swelling in the lower portion of the duodenum.

32. (Q) Should I continue the same treatment I have been following for the past month (Amphrojel, soda, milk, etc.)? (A) If this is desired, alright; but if these applications as we have indicated are followed, then these will be more beneficial and the others may be left off. Flush the system with the Olive Oil, of course, only after taking the Castor Oil Packs in the manner indicted.

33. (Q) Is there a duodenal ulcer, as I have been told by doctors? (A) No! It is the inflammation, or tendency - as just described - of the disturbance between the superficial and the deeper circulation.

1506-2 Page 4

As indicated, the flow - or activity of digestion - is carried on through the nerve forces' activity upon the lymph circulation. Thus there is the tendency to swell, or to form gas - because of the excess acids in the wrong portion of the system.

34. (Q) What causes, and what should be done for, dead ache in side of neck at night? (A) This arises from these same disturbances as indicated, and as these are corrected the whole general condition of the body will be improved. For, this is the tendency for the filling of that artery, as we have indicated, that causes the flow to the head that produces also the dizziness - which occurs if quickly arising at times.

35. (Q) How may obesity be corrected, considering the stomach condition? (A) As indicated, with the character of diets outlined - and the other applications for the gastric condition - this will be near normal.

36. (Q) Would I be healthier and happier out West? (A) This depends upon the inclinations and tendencies. As we find, considering all conditions, this may be made to be the happier dwelling place for the entity.

37. (Q) Should I remain in Alaska? (A) Through the summer, yes. In the fall or winter, there may be changes.

38. (Q) What should I do to develop voice culture, either for singing or speaking? (A) Practice!

39. (Q) To what teacher would you advise that I go? (A) This will depend upon the location of the entity. As we find, in the areas in the West there are many. But these, of course, have to be necessarily those who are in sympathy with, and who appreciate the activities of the body. Choices in this direction should be made by the body, according to its environment.

40. (Q) How can I protect or keep my son [1931] from going to war? (A) This isn't a matter for self; this is more a matter for the son!
