Time of Reading 3:15 to 3:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1509].

2. Now as we find, the disturbances that have arisen in the physical activities of the body are not primarily arising from the heart disturbance - but the heart disturbance arises from the lack of a balance in the chemical reactions of the bodily forces themselves; and thus in the effect produced in the blood flow has reacted and does react upon the nerve forces of the heart's activity itself.

3. These then are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1509] we are speaking of:

4. The blood supplies indicate that through the activities of this unbalancing, by the lack of sufficient iron being present in the system, there has been produced a prolapsus in the descending colon.

5. This in its reaction causes the body to have poor eliminations, very poor assimilations, and no appetite; and that when taken, any of the food values, disagrees - and thus producing gas conditions and pains in portions of the cardiac portion of the stomach itself, pressures upon the heart's activity through the cardiac area, and thus reflexing again upon the system itself; and thus depleting the strength and vitality of the body itself.

6. As we would find, then, in administering for the needs of the body in the present:

7. While it is necessary under the existent weakened condition to continue with the stimulation for the circulation, we would gradually reduce this stimulation for the circulation as the applications are made as here indicated; that is, we would then gradually discontinue the giving of the Digitalis or the stimulant to the heart activity.

1509-1 Page 2

8. We would begin then first with a colonic irrigation; this may be given at home, using a colon tube. Do not attempt to give the whole of the tube's length in the beginning, for this would only make for a weakness that would be hard upon the circulatory forces of the body. Give these just sufficient that there are the eliminations through the alimentary canal each day.

9. Do not take cathartics, though Milk of Magnesia as a LAXATIVE may be taken; as also OIL - such as Usoline or Russian White Oil.

10. The water for such colonic irrigations or enemas should be body-temperature, and in each half gallon of water put a level teaspoonful of table salt and half a teaspoonful (level) of baking soda - but dissolve this thoroughly.

11. Prepare for the body the Beef Juice, and for the strengthening and stimulation give this often - but ONLY sips at the time. Season to the taste. Give at least an ounce of this during a day, but give in sips - and this does not mean a teaspoonful nor a full half teaspoonful at the time, but give it very often - every half hour or hour, and let it be gradually sipped. This will give strength to the body, this will give the vibrations necessary for the replenishing of the appetite. Do not have fat meat in same - this is not broth, but just the pure beef JUICE. Better if this is made every day, rather than being kept for two to three days.

12. In the matter of the diet besides the Beef Juice, give fruit juices alternated at other times (not together) with whole WHEAT cereals. This means crushed wheat, but cooked for a long, LONG time - two or three hours, and small quantities taken. This will not only supply the strength and the vitality but add the necessary elements and food forces.

13. Then to add the IRON, we would use the low electrical forces of the Appliance carrying the VIBRATIONS and the effect of same to the system; in the proportions of one-half drachm of the Muriated Iron to four ounces of grain (80%) alcohol, so that the Appliance would carry the VIBRATIONS and the effect of same to the system. The attachments would be made as follows:

14. The small plate would be attached first, at the 4th lumbar; while the larger plate - passing through the Muriated Iron solution - would be attached last, to the umbilicus and lacteal duct area; about twenty to thirty minutes every other day.

15. Begin these Appliance treatments after there is a little better eliminations - by the use of the colonic irrigations.

16. Also we would begin immediately to have the corrections made, osteopathically, of those conditions that exist in the lumbar, sacral and in the cardiac plexus center; these to be gradually done. Hence such manipulations and adjustments not more than once or twice a week.

17. Then, as the strength is given, as the poisons are eliminated, we will find we may gradually diminish the quantity of the heart stimulant.

18. Do these and we will find these conditions will be reduced, and we will find strength and aid for the body.

19. Do that.

20. Ready for questions.

21. (Q) How can her appetite be stimulated to take nourishment? (A) As indicated. First we should set up some eliminations, so that assimilations can take place better - and the appetite will be stimulated by the SIPS of the Beef Juice given often, that will produce a gastric reaction through the whole of the alimentary canal.

22. (Q) What other nourishment? (A) As indicated; the fruit juices, the whole wheat cereals. Do these as we find, and - of course - keep the body quiet until the strength is gradually regained.

23. We are through for the present. Copy to Mrs. [...], the daughter " " Ass'n file (two copies, one for other sponsor)
