Time of Reading 3:35 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alabama. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes - Now as we find, the conditions here with this body are rather of the SEVERE nature. While there are considerable improvements, so far as the pain is concerned and the soreness through the extremities of the body, these as we find are not reaching the sources of the causes.

2. And these as we find may be materially aided with consistent application of those influences and forces that would create that which would eradicate the disturbances, as well as eliminate the causes of same.

3. These are the conditions as we find them with this body, Mrs. [1512] we are speaking of:

4. In times back, when there were periods of debilitation or weakness in the system, following a disturbance through the digestive forces as related to the organs of eliminations, especially the organs of the pelvis, we find that there became an unbalanced condition in the elements or the chemical reactions of the body.

5. The lack of sufficient copperas or copper and silicon allowed those conditions to become a source for infectious forces along the nerves as related to the coordination of the locomotories.

6. Thus we have allowed the arising of what has been called or termed arthritis, or the stiffening of the stamina or tendon and muscular reaction, from the very lack of the elements in that very portion of the body itself.

7. These became irritated; thence we have contraction in hands, arms, limbs and the natural debilitation as arises throughout the system from same.

8. In the making of the applications in the present, we would continue almost each day to have the neuropathic massage AND adjustments.

9. However, we would begin with these first - that is, we do not mean these are to interfere with the manipulations, but begin with these also:

1512-1 Page 2

10. Take one minim of Atomidine in half a glass of water before the morning meal, and the same upon retiring - or the hour for retiring.

11. The next morning before breakfast take two minims in the same way; the next morning take three minims the same way - that is, morning and evening as indicated; the next day four minims morning and evening; the next day five minims morning and evening - in half a glass of water as indicated.

12. Then leave off the next day.

13. But on that day take a bath in an almost SATURATED solution of Epsom Salts. Let the body lie in this, sufficient to cover the body in the tub. Or if it is more desirable by the body, cover the body - especially the limbs and ALL OVER the body but especially the limbs (this is up to the neck, of course, not over the face and head) - with a sheet, towels or such that are dipped in a saturated solution of Epsom Salts, just as hot as the body can stand same - then wrap the body in heavy blankets.

14. As we find, though, especially when the second period of the bath is taken, or second series of these treatments, it would be preferable to put the body in a tub. To forty gallons or a bath tub full of water, we would put ten to twenty pounds of the Epsom Salts. Let the body lie in this for twenty to thirty minutes, keeping it just as warm as the body can stand.

15. Then when taken out, rub down very, VERY thoroughly. Rub away from the body; that is, when rubbing the limbs rub away from the body.

16. After the rubbing, or after the body is cleansed off, massage into the limbs and especially along the spine, the lumbar and brachial areas especially, but all over the limbs, an equal combination of Pure Olive Oil and Pure Peanut Oil.

17. Then after the body takes all it will absorb from this massage, sponge down or massage with rub alcohol.

18. Wait five days; then begin again with the whole procedure; first the one minim of the Atomidine twice, the next day the two minims twice, the next day three, and four and five; and then the second of the baths of the Epsom Salts - all over as before - the rubdowns as before; then the third series, of course with the rest period between each series as indicated.

19. And we should find the body responding.

20. After the third period or series, begin with the use of the Wet Cell Appliance carrying Gold for the body. The proportions would be two grains to an ounce of distilled water. Use six to eight to ten in the solution, and change

1512-1 Page 3

the solution twice each period of treatment - that is, every fifteen days change the whole solution; of course, on the thirtieth day; and this should be carried for at least three, four to five such periods.

21. Attach the small plate first, to the 4th lumbar or the lumbar plexus one day, and to the brachial or the 2nd and 3rd dorsal the next day; but each time the larger plate, carrying the solution, would be attached last, to the lacteal duct and umbilicus plexus - or four fingers from the plexus in the center of the body, or the umbilicus plexus but toward the right side.

22. This should be used for at least thirty minutes each day that it is used; that is, each day after it is begun to be used. After it is used for thirty days, leave off for ten days - and then when it's recharged (during that rest period) begin again. Keep the plates very clean, and all of the connections very close. Take the connections out of the solutions when not in use, cleansing off the tubes. But be sure they are put on to charge at least ten to fifteen minutes before being attached to the body - thirty to forty minutes each day. And at least use these vibrations for three to four periods or months, with the period of ten days rest in between the periods, or course.

23. It should not be necessary to take the Atomidine or the Baths oftener than the three.

24. Then the diet: Be very mindful that there is carried for the system the milk, and this should be fresh raw milk - fresh from the cow with the body-heat in same. Let this be a part of the diet at least twice a day.

25. There should be taken turnips, parsnips, rutabagas, the white potatoes - more the jacket than the pulp of same, however. These should be a portion of the diet every few days.

26. Shell fish and fish should be a part of the diet, but salt water fish - NOT fresh water fish - for the body.

27. Eggs should also be a portion of the diet; and whole wheat - as cereals - this crushed, but cooked very, very thoroughly.

28. If the body will be PERSISTENT and CONSISTENT, and because of feeling better not leave off, we should find great relief for this body.

29. Ready for questions.

30. (Q) May I go out in car during treatments? (A) If it is not over, not OVERACTIVE. The air, the exercise is well, if well protected - but not in real damp, rainy, cold weather. The sunshine is well.

31. (Q) Should I continue massaging and manipulation from

Mrs. Cooney? (A) As indicated, this should be every day, or practically every day. These are better if they are taken for series; that is, for a month to six weeks, then leave off for a week to ten days, and then begin all over again. Just as it is better to take all the rest of the treatments in series as indicated - the Appliance and the applications as indicated. Beware of hog meats of ANY nature; not even for this body the breakfast bacon!

32. We are through for the present. Copy to Self, c/o Mrs. R. F. Cooney " " Ass'n file
