Time of Reading 4:05 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alabama. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1512]; this we have had before as Mrs. [1512]. [GD's note: With her 1st reading [1512-1] we only had husband's initials, not her given name.]

2. Conditions show improvement, but because of the very nature of those influences that produce infection and the arthritic reaction, it is necessary that there be the continuation to at least the full periods of those applications that have been indicated for the body.

3. Where there are specific disturbances, as in knees or at times in hands and elbows or in feet, apply a saturated solution of Epsom Salts; this to be repeated for several hours at the time, changing about every thirty to sixty minutes, or when the Pack becomes cold. This should be with very heavy packs; that is, the cloths that are dipped into the solution and wrapped about the members that are in distress; such as very thick, heavy toweling or the like; not thin cloth but heavy cloth.

4. And it will be well that the Atomidine be rubbed over these areas BEFORE the Packs are applied.

5. The rest of the vibrations from the Gold, and the adjustments, should be kept up.

6. In the diet, keep rather close to the suggestions made as to those things of which the body should beware; and take more of the things indicated as well for the body.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Am so stiff in knees - is there anything else we can do to hasten the limbering up? (A) As indicated, use Packs on these - several hours at the time when the stiffness occurs, or when the irritation is the greatest.

9. (Q) Will I ever be entirely well and will I always limp when walking? (A) This depends upon the persistency and consistency with which there is the use of those things indicated that will

eliminate the disturbance from the system. Of course, this is a very insidious condition, and it is easily returned to the body with exposure, overeating, overindulgence, overactivity or any of those things that tend to make for creating of the greater amount of poisons in the system than would be eliminated through a coordinating of the eliminating system.

10. (Q) May I eat strawberries and tomatos? (A) These should be very little, not large quantities of these. A little would be very well, but not very much - and these occasionally.

11. (Q) Is it best for me to have any sweets? (A) Any sweets would be only honey WITH the honeycomb.

12. (Q) After completing the treatment as prescribed by you, will it be necessary to repeat it? (A) As indicated, this may be necessary to continue until ALL of the causes are eliminated. Do not give up too easily, and do not overindulge because you feel a great deal better. Be consistent and persistent, and we will find greater relief coming for this body.

13. (Q) How often will it be necessary for Mrs. Cooney to treat me, if at all? (A) This will depend upon how well the body responds. Do not give these up too quickly, even though there IS the return of the activity through all of the limbs, and the lack of any of the drawing or contracting from the disturbance. STILL keep these up for at least several months after it is all eliminated.

14. (Q) Any more advice regarding my diet? (A) As indicated, do not have those combinations that produce great acid. Citrus fruits while acid are NOT acid producing, unless taken with quantities of starch. Do not take coffee or tea with milk in same. A little sugar is not as bad as milk or cream.
