Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes.

2. As we find, the body - [1519] - is continuing on the improve.

3. There should be now, in the present, rather those precautions as to too great an activity in the open; yet the body must keep in the open. That is, be mindful to not get the feet wet, or not get excessively cold.

4. Greater precautions needs to be taken in the diet that there are blood building foods; as the whole wheat, beef juices, boiled liver, pigs' feet and the like. These carry the hormones and the gluten that supplies in the assimilating system the better body-building.

5. Regular exercises morning and evening would be well. Not to overtax the system but to make for the proper distributions of the energies as the building up in the bodily forces now continues.

6. The very low electrical vibratory forces of the short wave would be well for the CONTINUING of the healing in those areas where the auditory forces have been disturbed by broken tissue. This will aid also in giving the correct vibratory forces through the body.

7. With these precautions and with these cares, we should find the body continuing on the improve.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) What should be done for his ear? (A) As just indicated, keep the low electrical vibratory forces AND the activities of the specific natures; as the setting up exercises a few minutes morning and evening - which of course include the head and neck exercise.

10. (Q) What should be done for his heart, which doesn't seem to be just right? (A) If there are those precautions taken as indicated, this should become near to normal.

DO NOT give more of the Atomidine in the present.

11. (Q) Is it harmful to bathe his head? (A) If there are the precautions taken that it is dry before it is in drafts of any nature, no. Without same, yes.

12. (Q) Does he need a tonic? (A) Those properties indicated are much better than tonics; that is, those foods that carry such properties. ALTERNATE, of course; these not all to be fed him at once, or too great quantities ever; but let the diet INCLUDE such as these; and we will find these offer the greater tonic.

13. (Q) When should he return to school? (A) We doubt if it would be plausible or better even before the close of this term, but this will depend upon the reactions in the body.

14. (Q) Should he have the 22 gun he is asking for? (A) This should be rather within the desires and wishes of those associated with the body. It is not harmful if used properly, VERY harmful if not!

15. (Q) Should we tax him with his lessons at home? (A) If you make a game of it, it's very well! If you make it a burden, it's not so good!
