Time of Reading 10:45 to 11:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1523].

3. As we find, the general physical conditions are very much improved from those disturbances as we have had here before.

4. There are still some general and some specific conditions concerning which care and precaution should be taken; especially with the activities of the lower hepatic circulation as related to general eliminations and the activities of the upper circulatory system.

5. As we find, in this direction there should be precautions as to the diet, as well as the general activity.

6. No red meats of any kind should ever be a part of the diet, and very little of any fried foods.

7. Occasionally - once a week or oftener - the Jerusalem artichoke should be a part of the diet. This will tend to correct those inclinations for the incoordination between the activities of the pancreas as related to the kidneys and bladder. These as we find, even in this form, will make for better corrections.

8. Precautions are also well as to the conditions with the cardiac reactions - that is, not too great excitements to the body, in the way of exposure or cold or congestion or the like, with the general tension.

9. And with these precautions, we should keep well in the way of better physical reactions.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) Is normal pregnancy possible? (A) Possible - if the precautions are adhered to as indicated; especially as regarding the lower hepatic circulation.

12. (Q) What causes frequent periods of nausea and what can be done to overcome this condition?

1523-7 Page 2

(A) This, as we have indicated, arises from the incoordination between the upper and lower hepatic circulation, owing to the disturbance in the pancreas with the kidneys. For, as will be indicated and found by the body, when such occurs there is the more frequent activity of the kidneys AND the bladder; and becomes rather as a nervous reaction. Hence the precautions in the directions as to diet, to change the activities of the circulatory forces in relation to these, will bring better conditions and a removal of the causes of these conditions.

13. (Q) What causes dull ache in left tube when there is pressure on the tube from gas? (A) This, as indicated in the experiences given before, is a reaction from the general conditions which have existed in relationship to those disturbances. Here, again, we will find that the activity of those properties indicated will prove to be a relaxing influence, and yet a toning or tuning of the activities of all the organs of the pelvis.

14. (Q) Is this condition to be expected during normal pregnancy? (A) It may be expected. When such becomes severe (but it will necessitate taking the time to do it!), apply salt heat, see? not too much heat, nor too hot, but just sufficient to set up a reaction through the lymph circulatory forces in the abdominal areas.

15. (Q) Should breathing exercises previously given be kept indefinitely? (A) This may be, or may not be; dependent upon the general reactions to same. The circular motion of the pelvic area and the abdomen, as we have indicated as a part of the exercise, should be kept - periodically, at least - to strengthen all of the muscular forces throughout the abdominal area.

16. (Q) Suggest exercises for daily use to strengthen this body in preparation for pregnancy. (A) As just indicated, these are the character or nature of exercises that are MOST in keeping with the preparation for such.

17. (Q) What can be done to keep breast firm and strong before and during pregnancy? (A) The use of the massage of the glands, under the arms and to the area from the diaphragm up - on either side - and the lower portions of the breasts, with Cocoa Butter, will make for the activities that will keep the circulatory

forces. This, of course, should not be rough massage, but gentle massage over same, so that there is an absorption over the areas indicated, sufficient for the properties to stimulate the glandular forces.

18. (Q) What is the condition of the teeth? (A) These are very good, but the use especially of Ipsab as a stimulant for the gums - the iodine reaction in same would be especially good for the body at the present.

19. (Q) Suggest diet to prepare this body for pregnancy. (A) This has already been indicated. Of course, keep plenty of calcium, as the conditions generally are corrected, and we will bring the better improvements. This would be especially in the soft bone in fowl and fish.

20. (Q) Is smoking harmful to the preparation of this body for pregnancy? (A) Excess in smoking is harmful. In moderation it is not harmful. But these conditions, of course, must be more to the emotional body than to the physical conditions, as indicated - that there is needed to be the better preparation.

21. (Q) Alcohol in extreme moderation, considering pregnancy? (A) NO ALCOHOL - IN ANY FORM!

22. (Q) How should artichokes be prepared? (A) As would be boiled potatoes; or raw - or these may be taken one time one way, the next the other way.

23. (Q) Are osteopathic treatments necessary? (A) These would be preferable when there are closer or better conditions in the general physical reactions for such a preparation - or within three to four months.

24. (Q) Please suggest an affirmation well to be kept especially during this period of preparation for pregnancy - further spiritual or physical advice. (A) In the preparation physically - let the attitude of the mental self be that this may be the BEST body through which there may be the developing of the best body, mind and soul to find expression. And in the mental and spiritual attitude, let this - in thine own words - be the prayer and the attitude of the body: FATHER, GOD! CREATE IN MY MIND, MY BODY, THAT PURPOSE THAT THOU WOULD HAVE; THAT THERE MAY BE THE DEMONSTRATION, THE MANIFESTATION OF THY SPIRIT, OF THY PURPOSE WITH THY SERVANT. LET MY BODY, MY MIND, BE SUCH AS TO KEEP ATTUNED TO THE BEST THAT MAY COME AS A CHANNEL OF BLESSINGS TO OTHERS.

25. We are through with this Reading.
