1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1523]; this we have had before.
3. Now as we find, conditions are somewhat different from that as we have had here before - in the physical forces, in the mental and the spiritual.
4. Then, for the betterment of the general conditions as a whole, it would be well that much of an analysis be given; that the conditions which are existent be thoroughly understood from a psychological, pathological and physiological standpoint.
5. These are not meant to be mere terms, but indicate rather the boundaries of the various changes which have taken place, and are taking place, in this body.
6. In other words, then:
7. The body, as an entity, is experiencing the result of the mental attitudes of the body through a given period. Thus psychological conditions have brought, do bring, their effect upon the general systems of the body.
8. Hence these are - as the name indicates - a creative, an activative force through the mental and the physical conditions of the body.
9. Thus there should be, then, the realization that organs and their functionings have become aware, or conscious, of their activity, their function within the system.
10. While as yet this is not a true or full conception, there is the awareness and the awakening of those influences within the system - which is indicated not only by the lack of the full menstrual flow, but by the continued inclination or tendency towards expulsion of that which may within itself become true conception - through the attitudes, the activities, of the mental and physical - or physiological and pathological - reactions.
1523-8 Page 2
11. The awakening, or this awareness of these reactions in the body, has created, does create or bring about the physical activities which have been experienced; as: first, the mental arousing to unusual reactions to words, activities, conditions, peoples, environments - unusual responses to, and being more sensitive - the awareness of being sensitive to such reactions without.
12. The definite or specific physical reactions in the awareness of the position of the organs of generation, or the genital reaction through all the pelvic activity, cause pains through portions of the hips, the groin, the quick pulsations of the heart at times, the shortness of breath, - and those reactions as of the tingling sensations through the mammary glands, finding their centers through the nipple of the breast at times.
13. These are all the results of the AWARENESS of those influences that, with the proper attitude, are bringing about the arousing to the physiological conditions that are taking place.
14. The physiological conditions at the present:
15. As we find, there is encased within the womb itself the semen that may become a reality in its genitive reaction to the activities of the system itself; though there has not as yet been the reaction from the ovary for true conception.
16. Thus, by overactivity, overindulgence, overexcitement, too great extremes of mental or physical nature, there might be brought about such a pathological condition as to produce an expulsion from the body of this - as might become true conception.
17. Hence - if there is the desire, the purpose, the intent that this shall still be the reaction, through the creative influences, or the psychological effects to bring about creative influences - there should be no activity that would be of the contraceptive nature.
18. Hence the diets, the activities, the influences in the mental and physical and spiritual attitudes, are to be such as to build or to allow still the creative forces.
19. Thus we may bring those things to bear that may bring into the experience the awareness of being a part of creation; for the preparation, physically, of a body through which mind, soul - yea, God itself - may manifest in a material world!
20. Exercises, then, should be of the gentle but specific natures; as not too much ever of lifting heavy articles, - not too much cold, and yet not pampered as to bring too much of the sedentary reactions to the mental or physical attitudes, or aptitudes, of the body.

21. None of those foods that are of themselves contraceptive in their nature, or in their reactions to the system.
22. Thus, have plenty of the stabilizing foods that are within themselves creative, rather than of the palliative nature.
23. Thus - plenty of the fruit juices; some little, not too much of sugars but as in Chocolate or Cocoa, which is preferable to coffee or tea. Malted milks of all natures.
24. Plenty of fowl - but prepared in such a way that more of the bone structure itself is as a part of the diet in its reaction through the system; that better reaction for the calcium through the system is obtained for same. Chew chicken necks, then. Chew the bones of the thigh. Have the marrow of beef, or such, as a part of the diet; as the vegetable soups that are rich in the beef carrying the marrow of the bone, and the like - these as a part of the diet once or twice a week - and EAT THE MARROW!
25. Plenty of water. No strong drinks, wines, beers or ANYTHING of the kind!
26. These are the characters of the foods, then, for the body.
27. Then, the mental attitudes towards same:
28. Hold often to that which must have been the awareness of the Mother of the Master, when there was made the awareness, the quickening of the body-forces through the Spirit of God; "That my body, now, is in that position, that condition, wherein God, the Father, may make manifest in me, through me, LIFE, God Himself made flesh; that I, through my body, may be aware of His presence with me, that I may give to the world a channel through which greater blessings, greater knowledge, greater love, greater hope, may be made manifest in the world."
