Time of Reading 11:35 to 11:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which might be submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. As we find, the general conditions are very good with this body. There are inclinations and weaknesses that have been indicated through the assimilating forces and this naturally affects the circulatory system.

4. As for the alarming conditions or those that cause anxiety for the body, through the circulatory forces in the lung area and as coordinant with the heart, the liver and the whole hepatic circulation, there only needs to be more of the violet ray - or more activity in the air and in the sun.

5. These as we find will allow for, and bring a better oxidization, or more oxygen in the blood stream, that would bring the better influences and forces for the system.

6. The general manipulations and the general applications as have been indicated should be kept - but have more exercise in the open.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) What caused pain in chest? (A) This as indicated was more in the circulation and NOT as of an organ, but as a reflex sympathetic condition through the nerve forces of the body, see?

Hence the character and the manner of exercise in the open would be the activity, and keeping a great deal more consistent in same. These would be the better for the body.

9. We are through with this Reading.
