1. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now called [1530].

2. In giving the interpretations of the records, these are given here without respect to what the entity has done about many of the urges which arise from the activities in this present experience.

3. Changes to be sure have come about in the entity, as to purposes, desires - even emotions.

4. And in the study of self and self's relationship to the Creative Forces, and the activities of same in the relationships to others in MANIFESTING that which is set as the ideal, more changes may be brought about; meeting much of those that have been and are latent urges.

5. For the development toward that which is set as its ideal in each experience is the purpose, is the activity of each entity.

6. As to whether the experience becomes for developments or retardments depends upon which choice is made; whether the experience is to be for constructive building or for the gratifying of that which has been builded as latent materially - or the gratifying of the ego of self.

7. The entity as we find in the present is in the processes of development.

8. In giving then the interpretations of the urges as we find from the records here:

9. Those of the astrological nature become those that arise from the application of the tenets or ideals of the ENTITY in the interims between the earthly sojourns; while those that arise from the sojourns in the earth become those that are latent in the emotional or the intuitive-emotional influences.

10. Hence in the study and the application of that as may be given here, in the interpreting of the records, take all of

1530-1 Page 2

these in consideration; and know the source, the author of thy beliefs, of thy desires - or in WHOM ye have believed as well as in what ye believe.

11. These interpretations are given that the knowledge of the faults or the inclinations may be strengthened to such use or application that the spiritual or soul development may be the commanding forces and pronouncements in this present experience.

12. From the astrological activities, then, we find these as influences: Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, Venus and Uranus - these in the order indicated making for urges, but - as given - irrespective of that the entity has done about same in the present:

13. One very determined, and one inclined to find fault or to pick holes in another's advice or counsel - or another's philosophy, or another's manner of expression.

14. Yet these are disturbing forces, as indicated; and the entity may or may not overcome such experiences. For as with the measure ye mete, as with the judgement ye make, so are such measured or meted to thee again.

15. And if ye would have friends, show thyself as a friend to others - if ye would have friends of thine own. Their faults are to be depreciated, their virtues magnified in their associations. Encouragements and hopes and faiths increased are much the greater influence than the faults magnified and their shortcomings constantly paraded before them.

16. In the Jupiterian influences we find abilities in the associations or business dealings; the inclination for the entity to take chances where others would not. Usually - if these are held to the purpose of constructive influence, whether in business, in social, in political, economic ways or what - these will become successful.

17. For the acumen or the reason that is a portion of the Mercurian experience is carried forward, which is inclined to make for self-sufficiency.

18. These are virtues if used aright; they are faults if used wrongly.

19. From the Saturn influences we find many sudden and many definite changes coming into the experience; as change in environ, change in social status, change in position, change in likes and dislikes, change in those things that become both as hereditary affluence (not influence, but affluence) and environmental influence.

20. In those forces from the activities or sojourns in the EXTREME or the Uranian influence, we find great stresses and great strains; experiences when the entity finds itself very

1530-1 Page 3

enthusiastic, and others when EVERYTHING seems or appears to be at a very low ebb.

21. These extremes are to be watched. Rather than using them as stumbling-stones, make of the stepping-stones.

22. For the hope and faith and patience and longsuffering, gentleness and kindness as may be manifested to others, will bring into the experience peace and contentment that may not be found in the great emotions without the serious considerations of all phases of an experience; or even in the great stresses when the entity would tend to make great sacrifices of one nature or another, whether in things pertaining to the ideals or just the outlook as to what people will say.

23. But again it may be reiterated, KNOW in Whom ye have believed, and KEEP that which is thy ideal; sincere, and the purposes in a constructive force, and we may bring great joy, great peace, great understanding to not only self but those whom the entity may contact day by day.

24. As to the influences that arise from sojourns in the earth, we find that while in the present there are not so many - owing to the changes that have been wrought - these are given as those that cause influences from emotions, and as to how the entity may apply itself in relationships to same in ways as to make them constructive in their influence and not stumbling-stones in the present experience.

25. Before this we find the entity was in the land of the present nativity, during those periods when there were the great numbers of peoples coming to a new land; when there were settlings in the land of the present nativity.

26. The entity was among those of French descent; combining or sojourning with those of English descent that settled in and about what is now a portion of what is called Providence.

27. Then the name was Margie Quelesquest; and in the experience the entity gained. Though going through many hardships in the material things, it made and builded for new purposes, new ideals, and the FREEDOM with which all these things were accomplished; that is, in the application of the tenets as to morality, as to those things pertaining to the worship of the spiritual in and according to the dictates of the own conscience.

28. This has made the desire for freedom in its every phase, whether pertaining to the economic situation, the social, or the religious or political surroundings.

29. These have become and are a portion of the emotional influences.

30. Then, as to what the entity may do concerning these in

1530-1 Page 4

the present experience - this depends, of course, upon the judgements; as to whether the application is for the moment or for that which is coincident or coinciding with the ideas for the IDEAL relationships of the individual to the Creative or God-forces as they may be applied in the dealings with the individuals day by day.

31. For the LAW is, "As ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them." This is that ideal, that standard by which associations should be judged and acted upon - if the peace that has been promised is to be thine own!

32. Before that we find the entity was in the Roman land, during those periods when there were the persecutions of those of the land who believed in or accepted the new tenets that were being brought to the land by not only the natives but those that were brought either in bondage or as teachers and ministers from the Palestine land.

33. The entity then was among those peoples that would be called in the present the artisans or laborers in the niceties for conveniences in the homes, and in the application of those things that would bring more or less of the associations with the means, source or manners for worship in the various forms.

34. Then the entity ACCEPTED the teachings by Paul, and the close followers, and received persecutions and activities that brought disturbances in the experience of the entity during that sojourn.

35. The name then was what would be termed Elizeboth Mae.

36. In the experience the entity gained.

37. In the applications of these experiences in the present we find the oft questioning, as indicated, of those who are in authority, or those who are in power; whether in things pertaining to church or state or nations. And there is the interest in all such; though latent, it flares oft in the mind and in the experience of the entity.

38. Making judgements, making decisions in such depends again upon what is thy standard.

39. Before that we find the entity was in the land now known as Egypt; and was in those activities as to the keeping of the records of those things that made for the various decisions of groups as individuals were chosen for activities in the various phases of experience during the sojourn.

40. This was in all activities whether pertaining to the home, the activities in the Temple of Sacrifice or the Temple Beautiful, or the preparation of individuals for the individual service or activity as would be called today the missionary or emissary, or the activities for those in any

1530-1 Page 5

particular field or endeavor pertaining to the peoples of the own land.

41. Hence the entity was what would be called today the datastician or statistician.

42. Hence the abilities of the entity in the present to write, to give descriptions, to make for counsels, to make for activities with others in which the various spheres of experiences may apply to individual purposes in the present - these become a part of the entity's latent and manifested abilities.

43. The name then was She-Both-El.

44. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, and that to which it may attain and how:

45. In any field of endeavor, as has been indicated, may the entity MAKE a FINANCIAL or business success. In those fields of service as of writing, as of counseling, as of making for a better understanding between the seeker and that sought, may the entity find - as we find - the greater peace and harmony; and the greater relationships for building contentment in the present experience.

46. Ready for questions.

47. (Q) I would like to know if I was destined to bring in two such children into the world? [Daughter and son.] (A) Study that which has been indicated; what ye sow, ye reap. What ye have in thine experience, if ye will use same for that of CONSTRUCTIVE experience and not condemning and finding fault - it may all become the blessing to thee!

48. (Q) Have I finally come to my life's work at this time? (A) Very well.

49. (Q) Am I strong enough, spiritually and otherwise, to take it on at this time? (A) Putting thy trust in Him, counseling oft with Him within thine inner self, yes. Without Him and that strength which comes from the closer walks and associations with Him, no. Let that purpose ever be, in all thine heart, in all thy meditations: "HAVE THY WAY, O LORD, WITH ME! LET ME DAY BY DAY, IN EVERY WAY, BE THE GREATER CHANNEL OF BLESSINGS TO THOSE I MEET DAY BY DAY. "LET MY LOVE FOR MY FELLOW MAN SO FILL MY DESIRES AND MY HOPES THAT I SEE NOT FAULTS - NOT AS A CONDONING BUT AS THEY EACH FULFILLING THAT PURPOSE THOU WOULD HAVE WITH THEM! "FOR I KNOW THAT THOU HAST NOT WILLED THAT ANY SOUL SHOULD PERISH, BUT THAT WITH EVERY TEMPTATION, EVERY TRIAL, THOU

1530-1 Page 6

HAST PREPARED A WAY THAT WILL EVENTUALLY BRING THAT SOUL TO THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF THY ABIDING PRESENCE. "AND LET ME SO LIVE, SO ACT, THAT THAT CONSCIOUSNESS MAY EVER BE MINE."
