Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Lakewood, N.J. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1533].

2. Now as we find, the disturbing conditions in the physical forces of this body have in part been held in abeyance through the applications of the mechanical adjustments; thus allowing the best of activity under the existent circumstance.

3. However, we find that the cause is a bit deeper-seated, and it is the lack of glandular reaction that is the cause and the base of the trouble.

4. Thus, with the general applications and adjustments (for these as we find should be continued), there may be given that which will aid in bringing relief to the body and a much nearer normal condition.

5. These are conditions then as we find them with this body, [1533].

6. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find indications of the conditions arising from the glandular system, especially as related to the effect of the adrenals upon the blood supply.

7. Thus we have conditions that make for a lack of the balance in the katabolism and metabolism of the system.

8. Thus we find the affectations that bring about such weakness, and the effect of the weakness as well as the lack of structural properties for the very bone reaction - or the lack of the proper activity to what might be said to be specific portions of the cerebrospinal system AND the muscular forces along same.

9. This disturbance also makes for the inclination for the kidneys to function improperly, and at times there becomes as it were the lack of the proper activity - or what would be called that condition JUST free from there being pus or accumulations about same, with the inclination.

10. Thus we see puffiness especially in the areas about the eyes, that receive impulses from the vagus center circulation that is a part of the activity from the

1533-1 Page 2

glandular forces that are SUPPOSED to coordinate with the glandular force of the adrenals.

11. IN THE NERVOUS SYSTEMS, we find these, without the applications that have been administered, would be almost in that condition of a rolling up and a very disturbed condition between sympathetic and cerebrospinal.

12. And a great deal of commendation is deserving to ones making the applications or adjustments along the spinal area.

13. AS TO THE CONDITIONS IN THE ORGANS OF THE SYSTEM, as we find, the head, throat - all become at times involved in the condition, but have been kept fairly clear at MOST times.

14. The lungs, the bronchials, the larynx - save for impoverishment from the poor circulation - ORGANICALLY are very good; functionally they have disturbing forces at times.

15. In the digestive forces of the body we find there also needs to be consideration as for the diets that may assist, with the mechanical adjustments and applications, and with the administering vibratorially of influences that world work with the glandular forces of the body for the better conditions for the system.

16. For, through the disturbances in areas indicated, there are reactions such as to cause the lack of the proper assimilations; owing to the unbalanced condition produced in the CHEMICAL reaction, as it may be called, of the system; and the inability to supply, owing to the character of disturbances, the necessary influences and forces.

17. THEN, AS WE FIND, IN MAKING ADMINISTRATIONS FOR THE BETTER CONDITIONS, or bettering of the conditions; and to assist with the continuation of the adjustments that have been administered, these we would give as suggestions:

18. First we would take small quantities of Atomidine; one minim in half a glass of water each morning before any meal is taken. After it is taken for five days, leave off for a period of five days. Then begin again, taking TWO minims each morning for five days. Then leave this off, and:

19. BEGIN the use of the low electrical vibrations from the Wet Cell Appliance, that would carry Gold into the system through the VIBRATIONS of same - these to be administered in this manner:

20. Each day the smaller plate would be attached first, but to a different portion of the body; the first day to the 3rd cervical; the next day to the 9th dorsal; the next day to the 4th lumbar.

21. Each day the larger plate or anode that carries the Gold, or that passes through the Gold Solution, is to be

1533-1 Page 3

attached last, but ALWAYS to the same place - that is, to the umbilicus and lacteal duct center.

22. These plates are to be attached, to be sure, DIRECTLY to the body, at the centers indicated; to remain for thirty minutes.

23. After three days, leave off three days; and then begin again for the three days more; then leave off again for the three days.

24. Every fifteen days (that is, of use), change the Gold Solution. After THIRTY days of use renew the solution for recharging the Appliance.

25. Do not leave anodes or connections in solution when NOT in use. And be sure the connections are made firmly to the body at the centers indicated - directly to the skin itself, you see.

26. Keep up the regular treatments that have been mechanically manipulated, or the adjustments chiropractically.

27. As for the diet: While not so severe, this should include specifically for the body at least once or twice each week the Jerusalem artichoke and (but not on the same days with the artichoke) two or three times each week parsnips and the oyster plant. These last two may be taken on the same day if so desired. The artichoke preferably would be prepared as roasted or boiled potatoes. Do not OVERCOOK, but cook until mealy. If better desired to take raw, take raw; but at least one artichoke the size of a duck egg or small goose egg at the meal when taken.

28. Beware of white bread, of white potatoes - though SMALL white potatoes if roasted and only the jackets eaten may be taken; rather than the pulp, take only the potato close to the skin - and the skin itself.

29. Do not combine spaghetti or macaroni at the same meal, though, with potatoes OR artichoke or other tuberous vegetables of that nature.

30. Beware of too great quantities of sweets, though stewed fruits or fresh fruits may be taken. Or as soon as they may be obtained, small berries of every nature may be taken; especially cherries, whether they be canned or fresh. But do not use those that are canned with benzoate of soda; only those that are in their OWN juices.

31. Do not take fried foods at any time. Meats when taken should be fish, fowl or lamb.

32. At least once or three times a week have a raw vegetable salad.

33. Do these and we should find much nearer to normal forces by the time there is the third or fourth recharging of the

1533-1 Page 4

Appliance - and with the others kept up as indicated; the other applications, that is.

34. Ready for questions.

35. (Q) What can I do for that itching around the rectum? (A) When there is the application of these things indicated we will find this will gradually disappear. Before these have had the opportunity to clear the disturbances through the system, if desired there may be used locally a little Cocoa Butter as a rub.

36. (Q) What form of exercise shall I indulge in? (A) Walking is the best of any. Do not overtax self, but this is the better exercise.

37. (Q) What causes the palms of my hands to be hard and dry, and at times to form little water blisters? (A) The poor circulation, and the lack of the activities or coordination between the glandular system and the eliminations. Do these things as we have indicated, and as we find there will be brought the better conditions for this body of [1533].

38. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file
