This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 9th day of April, 1938, in accordance with request made by the self - Mr. [1536], Associate Member of the Ass''n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc. R E A D I N G

Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:05 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Clearwater, Florida. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes.

2. As we find, conditions are on the improve.

3. The corrections that have been indicated as necessary for the relief of the body are being made.

4. But there should be, as we find, specific attention given to the area from the 3rd dorsal to the 3rd cervical, see? and these should coordinate as one with another.

5. To aid in making for a reaction in the activity of the muscular forces and the impulses in the bronchi and larynx, that receive the greater portion of the spasmodic reaction, we would take - when these conditions occur - a one-grain tablet of Calcidin. Do not take these too often, to be sure; and as the corrections are more in align, and there is the relief from the disturbance, less and less of the spasmodic reactions will occur.

6. In the diet beware of sweets, of pastries, and of those things that tend to make for a spasmodic reaction to the upper or cardiac portion of the stomach.

7. Also when these occur, a little salt occasionally will be found to be most helpful.

8. The rest we would keep much in the order as has been indicated.

10. (Q) How often may the Calcidin be taken? (A) Two hours apart, for a day; and then be left off for eight or ten hours before being taken again.

11. (Q) Any further suggestions to help effect quicker recovery? (A) The perfect alignment on either side, and where there are the segments and the subluxations that exist in the vagus area - these should be from the side as well as up and down; that is, lateral as well as up and down, see?
