Time of Reading 4:05 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1539].

2. Now as we find, there ARE some disturbing conditions in the physical forces of this body. These as we find, with proper precautions and the proper applications, may be made to become nearer to the normal reactions - through the activities of the recuperative forces still existent.

3. The conditions as we find arise from a FORM of anemia. And, as we will see, it is partially the result of the assimilating system, part of the eliminating system. And, naturally, both of these arise from effects created in the glandular forces of the body.

4. These then are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1539]; first:

5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, to be sure, the metabolism IS involved, but not so much as is the katabolism; that is, that which has been indicated as to the lack of the proper balance being kept through the activity of the glandular forces. Not so much the thyroid as related to the glands of the DIGESTIVE forces AND as related to the adrenals.

6. The condition in the blood then is the lack of that plasm in same to keep the supplying of the needs in the coagulative forces of the whole of the bodily functions as used energies or the exercise forces of the body.

7. Hence the body becomes so easily tired at times; not at others. Rather weary, the condition of EXHAUSTION than tired. And this may occur as much from MENTAL anxiety as from physical exercise.

8. Hence the source or cause of disturbances with the body, as indicated.

9. IN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, as the nervous SYSTEMS are the sources of supplying energies through impulses created by the centers, or through the centers by the center of the voluntary and involuntary reactions (as the sympathetic and cerebrospinal), these at times OVERTAX, at others UNDERTAX

1539-1 Page 2

the system.

10. Hence we find periods when the involuntary conditions in their effect or reaction become, as it were, not voluntary but as the AWARENESS of their activity - becoming a consciousness of or to the body. As it may be at times in the activity of the heart, at others the pulsations as it were through the system, at others the active forces of the digestive system, at others the periods even when the awareness may be a heaviness over the kidney areas.

11. These then make again the consciousness, or through the sympathetic nerves, or the vegetative nerve system, the awareness of this disturbance.

12. Again we see it manifested in the manner in which there are irritations to the superficial circulation, as rash, or as irritations without the apparent APPEARANCE of rash other than conditions under the epidermis; not the outer skin but the secondary skin, see?

13. IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, as there are weaknesses, the disturbances at times become localized; not altogether, nor are these other than changing or alternating.

14. For there is the consciousness within the mental forces of the body (this body) to keep that awareness of all the strength THAT MAY BE MAINTAINED by the proper coordinating of the mental activity of the body with the physical reflexes in same.

15. But as the deficiencies appear in portions of the system, then these work upon the PHYSICAL body. And only are there the abilities of the consciousness to overcome when the body has been able to gain an equal balance from sufficient rest that the vital forces of the body may be carried through the mental activities to the depleted conditions.

16. Not that they are not one. For to be sure the body, the psychic, the spirit are one; or the physical, the mental, the spiritual are one. They manifest in the combination of an entity - a body, mind and soul.

17. And these depend, and are reliant, one upon another.

18. But foods or even applications of any character that may be added to the body - whether mechanical adjustments, stimulations of those influences that act directly upon conditions that are unfavorable to the better well-being of the body - the motivative forces or active principles of these are also of that ONENESS; which is in each instance that only which may bring the COORDINATING and correlating forces within a physical being.

19. Hence, as He gave, they that are whole need not a

1539-1 Page 3

physician, but they who are NOT whole may need the services, the consideration of a physician.

20. IN MAKING, then, THE APPLICATIONS FOR THIS BODY, AS WE FIND THAT MAY BE MOST HELPFUL:

21. We would stimulate to activity, by mechanical - that is, osteopathic - adjustments, those areas the more specific from which the organs of assimilation receive their impulse; that is, the liver, the duodenum, the pancreas, the spleen, the activity of the gall duct as combined with the influence from the eliminating forces through the lower hepatic circulation.

22. The applications, then, would be the more specific in the areas from the 9th dorsal to the 3rd cervical; yet, of course, in or through the whole area of the vegetative nerve system, as well as the ileum plexus and the rotary forces from the lumbar axis - these should be coordinated occasionally; that is, about every other treatment we would coordinate with those corrections and stimulations created in the digestive forces and the circulatory forces of the body.

23. Such manipulations we would give every other day for a period of two to three weeks, and then; then leave off a week to ten days, and then have another series; and then another series - of course, having the rest period between.

24. Use each day, for thirty to forty minutes, the Radio-Active Appliance; for periods of three weeks; then leave off a week, then use for another period of three weeks; then leave off for three weeks, and then use for a four week period.

25. Be sure the anodes are kept clean or polished before each application, that the connections are intact, and that the attachments are circulated properly about the body; that is; one pole would be marked (by using a string or tape on that side of the Appliance), and the anode from THAT pole would ALWAYS be attached first - rotating in this manner:

26. First day: Attach the marked anode (which becomes the positive, when attached) FIRST; to the right wrist. Attach the other anode LAST, to the left ankle - which becomes the negative.

27. Second day: Make the FIRST attachment to the left wrist, the LAST to the right ankle.

28. Third day: The FIRST attachment would be to the left ankle, the LAST to the right wrist.

29. Fourth day: Make the FIRST attachment to the right ankle, the LAST to the left wrist.

30. Then commence over again. In this manner the body is circulated with the attachments; the first anode attached

1539-1 Page 4

always being the positive, the last attached always being the negative.

31. In the matter of the diet, we would have the proper considerations - not so much as to FORMULA, but as to those things that may replenish the vital strengthening force of the system.

32. Hence those things that grow UNDER THE GROUND should supersede or be more abundant in the diet than those that grow as leafy or pod vegetables. This is because of the vibratory influence needed, that comes from the tuberous vegetables and their influence as from the earth itself.

33. Beef juices occasionally; not the meats but the beef juices should be a portion of the diet. Not gobs of it, but small quantities taken often. Or have regular days when a tablespoonful to two tablespoonsful would be taken, but in small sips during an evening or during a rest period at some time.

34. Honey and milk should be taken as a nightcap, as it were. Stir or dissolve a full teaspoonful of strained honey into a glass or tumbler of heated milk. Taking this about twenty to thirty minutes before retiring will be found to be most helpful, most beneficial.

35. Whenever sweets are taken, they should consist principally of honey AND the Honeycomb!

36. Meats should consist mostly of fish, fowl or lamb; though beef juices may be taken, as indicated.

37. No FRIED foods ever!

38. Do not combine or have cereals at the same meal with citrus fruits or their juices.

39. Do not use milk or cream in tea or coffee, though sugar may be added if desired.

40. Do these and we will bring near to normal conditions for this body; we will bring BACK the revitalizing of the system, making for the better katabolism, and producing a better heart's reaction, eliminating the poor circulation in the superficial circulation, and making for a better GENERAL condition.

41. We may put on a little weight, but this may be controlled very well.

42. Ready for questions.

43. (Q) What causes the pain under heart? (A) Just as indicated, the weakness and the lack of the vitality to keep the normal balance between superficial and deeper circulation.

44. (Q) Does this also cause the low blood pressure? (A) This is the cause, the basis of the low blood pressure.

The irritation on the lower limbs or on portions of the body, this will disappear GRADUALLY - with the carrying out of these suggestions indicated. But there may be applied the Prescription DDD for the ALLAYING of same, if this is desirable.
