Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Miss [1548]; this we have had before.

2. Now as we find, there are decided improvements in the general physical forces.

3. While those precautions are not to be disregarded, nor the helpful influences left off, we find that with some little changes there only needs to be the consistent activity in those directions that may be outlined now - and from time to time - to ELIMINATE the disturbing influences entirely from the system.

4. First: Unless temperature were to arise - either from cold or super-infectious forces - there need not be the deflating nor inhaling nor the taking of the gas. For as we find this will not be necessary, with these changes as we would suggest here.

5. We would continue, of course, with the inhalations of the Brandy; about two, three, four times a day, dependent upon the feelings and the reactions in the system.

6. Beware that the body does not become over-acid, by diets or by activities.

7. Be mindful about those things, of course, that would cause the taking of cold.

8. Of course, quantities of vegetables are well.

9. As we find, the manipulations osteopathically have been VERY well given. And now we find that these need not be taken so often. If these would be taken, say twice a month - or once a week for a while, if there is the feeling of the need for such a reaction, and the GENERAL treatment as has been given (which has been well) - these as we find would be MOST satisfactory.

10. We would also add now those properties prepared in Acigest. This we find may be taken, now, in the Raw Milk - and not other milk taken! a teaspoonful in a glass of milk; not that which is separated from the cream, but not that too

1548-2 Page 2

full of the cream, see? a teaspoonful stirred in the glass and taken three times a day, or at each meal. Or, if it is preferable, take one with the morning meal, leave it off at the noon meal if so desired, and one in the evening meal and one at bedtime. But at least three times each day.

11. Also we would take the Calcios, which would only be taken twice each day - and about half a teaspoonful, level. This may be taken on bread or it may be eaten as it is. This also would be taken at the mealtime.

12. The addition and the effect of these upon the system, as we find, would be as follows:

13. The natural effect of any infection through the pulmonary system is to destroy the activity of that production between the blood flow as related to the acid and alkalinity of the system.

14. Hence we find that in those systems where there is the excess of destructive tissue in the pulmonary system, there is a lack of the hydrochloric acid in portions of the system.

15. Hence these properties are added in a manner in which there is the effectiveness through the intestinal system, and the assimilating system; so that we will have less reinfection in the blood stream, see?

16. Then the activity of the calcium or lime in the Calcios, as we find, is almost free; while much of this may be taken from vegetables, these properties will be easily assimilated, and the activity of the calcium is to produce for the blood CELLULAR forces that which adds to the EFFECTIVENESS as it were of the color and the covering of the blood CELLS themselves!

17. These properties, then, become EFFECTIVE in any system where there are the infections, or reinfections - as of tubercular or cancerous natures. However, there are the needs for other lobules that are prepared for conditions where there is a segregation. The opposite effect exists in a system, of course, with tuberculosis and cancer. For one is a separation, the other is a segregation.

18. But in this body here, we would take these as indicated - and keep then the rest of the activities that have been outlined.

19. Keep in that way of not overtaxing the body; keeping in the fresh air; resting sufficient - and keep close to the keg!

20. Do these and as we find we may bring the normal forces for this body.

21. Ready for questions.

22. (Q) Has left lung healed enough to stop taking

1548-2 Page 3

pneumothorax in right lung? (A) As has been given.

23. (Q) Are there any changes in rest or exercises? (A) As just indicated, these we would keep near to those activities outlined. Do not overtax the body by activities in an atmosphere or an environ that makes for TAXATION to the system by exhaustion, see? that is, where there's too much heat or steam, or where there's too great a quantity of sunlight that would be direct. And, of course, do not get the feet damp. Not that the body wouldn't go in the water when it wants to, or that it wouldn't bathe the feet; but just keep the right precautions as to such things! Keep away from environs where there is a great quantity of dust. But the general activities are very well. Walking is the best exercise.

24. (Q) Has loss of weight interfered with healing lungs? (A) Rather as we find it has been beneficial. However, with the taking now of the milk, in the manner indicated, we will increase somewhat the weight again; but not the same KIND of weight!

25. (Q) Has the diet been sufficient? (A) Diet is very well.

26. (Q) What would be normal weight for this body? (A) Well, follow these suggestions that we have indicated - and then weigh, we will say, on about the twentieth of July, and we will have normal weight!

27. (Q) How can I correct pre-menstrual temperature? (A) This will arise, or does arise, from the general activity of the glandular forces of the system as related to the assimilating forces of the body; and will be materially aided by the effect of the calcium activity upon the bodily forces themselves, reducing or keeping near to normal force in these directions.

28. (Q) Do I understand that I should discontinue the pneumothorax entirely? (A) As indicated - unless there is a reinfection, or a rise of temperature (which as we find will NOT occur, see?) - do not take more of the injections, or gas, or pneumothorax.
