Time of Reading 3:40 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will have [1548], present in this room. You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Miss [1548]; this we have had before.

3. As we find - taking all conditions in consideration - the activities and the care, under the existent disturbances - the conditions are good.

4. While there are still indications of affected areas, there are NOT indications of the areas being active.

5. But as we find - if there would be the adhering - more regularly - to those things suggested; in the use of the Keg as well as the Acigest and the Calcios - there would be less likelihood of this becoming active, and - as indicated by the fluoroscope - this would be less and less dense in the affected areas.

6. But that the organs, the activity of the tissue through the lung area, the activity of the heart, the trachea, and the whole of the pleura, are clear, indicates that there are not those dangers of the adhesions that so oft come where even the disturbance is stayed - even for a time.

7. Keep those precautions as to not getting the feet wet, as to keeping down too much acid in the system at any time; and these, with those precautions as given, should keep the body toward the improve.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Is the morning cough due to bronchitis or active germ? (A) It is neither of these. Let's understand the condition: When the body is relaxed, as in sleep, there is a rest in all the functioning organs of the body. Oft this is the period when either there will be the recuperative measures or the tearing down; depending upon the activity of the elements assimilated and distributed or carried away as waste during such periods, see?

Then, with a condition such as this, there are the needs that those precautions just indicated be kept more consistently. Then the recuperative forces, and the ability of the system to adjust itself or make those coordinating and cooperative forces, will be nearer normal. This is the attempt of the system, then, to adjust itself to the new speed of the flow of circulation; causing along the trachea area that of irritation - just as it may at times from any condition that acts as a waft or a draft or any irritant to an irritated portion of the body. Then, it is not true bronchitis - neither is it an active force in disturbed areas; but it is the inability of the system to quickly adjust itself to the new speed of circulation in the body. The keeping of this more normal, by the inhalation of the fumes that are activative with the healing influences when the properties that have been indicated are taken in the system, will aid in preventing this condition.

10. (Q) What causes ache in leg and knee, especially near menstruation time? (A) This is the effect again of the system ADJUSTING itself to activity of organs that DRAIN from the body, see? Massaging the limbs with Peanut Oil would be good for same; at least four to five days before the Period would be found to be very beneficial.

11. (Q) Is it advisable now to undertake any specific work; if so, what type? (A) Any type of work that does not TIRE the body too easily; but should be as much outdoors as possible.

12. (Q) Please read the last X-Ray, which I hold in my hand. (A) As indicated, we find that this indicates there is not active tissue in the area that HAS been the disturbing center; that there is not ANY adherence in any of the wall of the pleura; that there is a good flow of circulation throughout ALL portions of the lungs themselves save in that one particular area.

13. (Q) Any spiritual advice? (A) Let the activities be in accord with ideals and purposes. And let these ideals and purposes ever be helpfulness to others. For, inasmuch as ye do it to the least, ye do to thy Lord.

14. We are through with this Reading.
