1. EC: Yes.

2. Now as we find, there are some disturbing conditions which prevent the normal reaction.

3. These as we find might be relieved by persistent and consistent activities and application in the present.

4. Yet without some precautionary measures being taken, they might become rather a serious disturbance.

5. For it would become more and more a constitutional problem; thus growing in its severity upon the various disturbing factors that are shown in the body in the present.

6. These then are the conditions as we find them with this body in the present:

7. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find an irritation that at times becomes as an aggravated condition in portions of the superficial circulation. This is a part of the disturbance, though is an effect; owing to the character of the incoordination in the eliminating systems.

8. Hence we find that the reactions from these bring about this form of disturbance. This as we find shows, or affects, in VARIED manners. Not as an eczema but as a form of rash, though often not showing other than under the skin.

9. IN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, here we find, as combined with the deflection produced in the functioning of the glandular system, the real basis or causes of the general disturbance.

10. This we find the the lumbar and sacral areas, as well as indicated in the secondary cardiac plexus areas.

11. These deflections cause the upsetting of the digestive forces at times, the conditions as related to the poor eliminations, the incoordination which allows for toxic forces to become a portion of the disturbance; as well as the pressure produced through same upon -

12. THE ORGANS OF THE SENSORY SYSTEM, and these may grow GREATER in their disturbance unless there is a relieving of the pressure as related to the ends of the supplying ganglia

to the auditory and sensory forces in the body.

13. THEN, IN MAKING APPLICATIONS, AS WE FIND, we would begin with specific adjustments, osteopathically administered, in the areas indicated - the secondary cardiac plexus, the lumbar axis and through the sacral and coccyx area; to be sure, coordinating the upper dorsal, or the rest of the dorsal and the cervical area with same.

14. In taking the manipulations, have these at least twice a week for about three to four weeks. Then leave off for a period of three to four weeks. Then begin again. There should not be required more than a series of three or four periods to alter the conditions in such a manner as to make the greater improvements for the body.

15. Begin with a digestant, in the form of Alcaroid preferably; half a teaspoonful dissolved thoroughly in a glass of water, and then a second glass of water taken afterward. This dosage would be taken about twenty to thirty minutes after the noon meal and after the evening meal; so that through the activity of the system there will be less formation of the disturbing forces to the assimilating and eliminating system. These properties also should be taken periodically; that is, consistently; twice a day each day for a week, left off for three days and then begun again for another week - and so on through the periods when the applications are being made for the adjustments.

16. We would occasionally use the high enemas to cleanse the colon. Have these twice in the first month, then afterwards once a month should be sufficient.

17. Also, at least once a month, we would have the general hydrotherapy treatment with the ELECTRIC baths - which would be the more preferable. Have these once a month for at least six to eight months.

18. Be mindful in the diet that there are not too great quantities of sweets, starches or RED meats taken; that is, no RARE meat in any form.

19. Do these.

20. Ready for questions.
